Hello moderators, why havd none of you replied to neither this post or my email to the appeal website. Are you dodging this outcome? I will not resort to PM but i would like an answer. Even if its just straight up no. Im tired of randoms posting their opinions on here so please reapond asap so i can close this thread.
Thank you much

You might probably not get a response because of the ever increasing cases they have to face on a daily basis. If it were hilarious he would have given you a reason if he is involved. Why don't you try the option of contacting the moderator of the Russian thread if he can provide you with a satisfactory response then you know what to do.
602  Economy / Lending / Re: Suggestions for newbies w/ no collateral: asking at risk of eye rolls/snark on: November 18, 2017, 07:25:45 AM
Hi,

I'm new to the board, I have been looking at the threads for the past few days (full disclosure, I am looking for a bitcoin loan, but have not placed a formal request... see below).

One thing I've noticed is that there are hardly any lenders willing to give a loan to a new person without collateral. I get it, and the reasons I have seen given are valid. But at the same time, how can a newbie who has no collateral establish some kind of credibility for lenders? Aside from paying a higher interest rate, what can a newbie do to at least get a second glance or further consideration? ID? Paystubs? A formal contract? Nothing at all?

I realize that this may be a completely idiotic question, but I'm just curious. Thanks for your time.

The basic truth is that there is no second chance again because quite a number of newbies have been extended that courtesy but rather than using it well, they blew it and because no one knows who is behind the account of a newbie there is nothing to be done.

My own question to you is also simple why on earth would you join a community and the only thing you can think of is asking for loan. Its not applicable anywhere in the world whether online or offline.
603  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why People Are Not Honest. on: November 15, 2017, 08:10:36 AM
This is something I have not even be able to phantom myself that someone in his right sense will wake up in the morning and the only thing that he can think of is to make someone somewhere lose his money to him/her. Some might argue that they only hustling but at the same time there are several legitimate hustling one can do and still make it big but people will just want to enjoy all the goodies of life without wanting to lift a finger to work.

This is a social menace that has spread across every nook and crannies of every society without any respect for tribe, country, religion or even colour its every where. But what are the honest ones have to do, we all need to look on to the bright side to ensure that we never judge people with the premonition of what we went through in the past rather see the good in every body and be careful not to fall victim of such individuals again.
604  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 9/11 reality or conspiracy? on: November 14, 2017, 01:06:02 PM
there are lots of people saying that the 9/11 was a conspiracy and many are saying that it is reality. those who says that is a conspiracy says that governament planted all this and put the blame on terrorest to expand their miltary operations and to control the world through perfect plan. and those who says that is a reality says that thay are still having the nightmares about that horrible incident. so is it areality or a conspiracy? Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Every action of government is always being attached with conspiracy no matter how open and transparent the action is. If government should come and release the video of how a terrorist was killed, you will still see someone saying the individual purportedly killed was planted or they say government is the one sponsoring them etc. 9/11 is an event that shook the whole world and if it has been the action of government sinister motives, then the terrorist played into government's hand not by causing the bomb but also by claiming responsibility for such before government then expand their position since they had already been in the position of strength.

607  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are the banks going to kick-out bitcoin with their new digital coin on: November 01, 2017, 11:51:49 AM
The banks with their effort would only contribute to the increasing awareness of bitcoin because by the time they are launching their campaigns of their digital currency, there is no way reference would not be made to bitcoin and for someone who is seeing it for the first time would want to know the origin of such and thereby find his way to bitcoin. Understanding the real thing about bitcoin will surely make anybody pick bitcoin above any other digital currency.
608  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Segwit2x to dump or not to dump on: November 01, 2017, 09:37:06 AM
It's clearly that S2x fork gonna change the things a lot
The price of BTC is skyrocketing and by the mid of nov i think it will reach 10K at least

but as a small holder .. what do you think we should we do ..

should we dump it for some BTC as BCC or should we hold it as the "NEW THING" ?!!

This shit is getting me confused

If there is any fork that would make waves even beyond the ones that have come before it, its SegWits and the expectation is really high. This is a fork that Coinbase is declaring support for even before launch while those one that have launched are still being subjected to reviews. This shows that the impression is going to be massive and I see it going above the roof with the benefit coming along with it. On whether to drop or not, I think that will be a personal decision afterall its going to be a free money if you are not interested in trading but if not, its going to be hard having to buy it all over again.
609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your opinion on the first SelfLoan platform we are about to make? on: November 01, 2017, 09:01:42 AM

Hello, everyone! We all know credit loan industry may not be so nice sometimes:

Exceedingly high loan interest rate--5-20% per year;
Long approving time: about 2-5 days;
Easily privacy leakage: Almost no privacy…  Cry Cry
Isn’t it like a shabby beggar who needs to carry a mountain-like burden to walk? Sometime it is too much for us.

So we figure out a SelfLoan platform! Advantages are as follows:

The loan interest rate will be fixed at only 1%.

Unlimited repayment time.

Anonymous to loan.
  Cool Cool

Do you like it and want to know make it real by support our coming-soon ICO? We are so grateful to hear your precious opinion! I will keep you guys imformed of our progress! Great bounty and campaign will be coming soon for first users!  Smiley

Its really good to have a platform like this where you get to borrow money but the issue of concern here is on the basis of recovery and what will be the process of getting the loan, the information to be required and even the collateral to be submitted. We all know that privacy in anything that have to with the crypto-currency how then do you want to ensure that the people making the funds available to be borrowed are guaranteed their payment with interest when the lenders come to borrow and they are not ready to release their information and even when they do, how do you do the verification. For digital goods, I don't know how much it will worth, but would only work if you are looking at micro loans.
610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Gold Electrum support on: November 01, 2017, 07:02:23 AM
Electrum Gold released https://www.electrum-gold.org

If only this particular post can be deleted from the forum because even though people who are in the know believes its a way to steal the entire bitcoin you have, what of those newbie coming on the forum to seek information. Someone might fall for this and there wont be anything to be done to redeem the situation.

I'm guessing, after that date, one might simply download the Coinimi wallet and import your Electrum keys into it to claim the Bitcoin Gold?

This is exactly what happened in the case of bitcoin Cash but you will have to update your app first according to that same statement you are making reference to.
611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did Satoshi see the coming of Altcoin? on: October 31, 2017, 09:33:52 PM
Any info on this?

Did he (or his co-creator like theymos) foresaw the coming of other Cryptocurrencies?  Is there any where he use the name Altcoin or similar names? Just curious...

When he created a technology like this, he open a new chapter for developers and geeks to task themselves to do more. A lot of the development we see today while some are for the advancement of the technology while others are to reduce its continued dominance the fact is he must have know about it and if he does not want to allow it, then it would not have been possible for anyone to break either fork it,  make it better, or create a new platform on it.
612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you hold your coins? on: October 31, 2017, 08:02:42 PM
So i'm new to cryptocurrency, actually just started 2 days ago, was reading about cryptocurrency, and stumbled upon Neblio and decided to go for it.

Now i'm holding about 600$ worth of Neblio on Cryptopia, which i'm fairly certain it will reach at least 2x, but aiming at x4 early next year to be honest.

Anyway, i want to sit on the Neblio for a while, but i don't want to have it hostage on an Exchange, so what are the best and safer solutions, Desktop and Online to hold he currency?

Keeping on exchange site or web wallet for as short as one week is long term because these people can wake up one day and come up with a change in policy that would take effect immediately without recourse to your feelings or investment because to them, its secondary. Another is the way they are subjects of targets which is on a continual basis and because hackers will not notify you of their heist, you are further at their mercy.
613  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin back above $6k on: October 31, 2017, 05:56:21 PM
So bitcoin recently busted through the $6,000 mark once again. ( currently at $6,350 )

Do you think that it will continue to rise the way it has been the last few days or are we in for another market correction/dip in the oncoming week?

Let me know your thoughts!

Did I read recently, but the day before yesterday based on my own time zone is not recently but its no longer news that bitcoin will surpass that range with everybody expecting it to happen while some pessimists are of the opinion that the recent drawback is for the worse but now everybody is happy both the optimists and the pessimists. Several factors can be traced to what is happening but in my opinion it's unconnected to the launch tomorrow and the fork of later in the month.
614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Kucoin & Binance are the new Bittrex & Polo ? seems so. on: October 31, 2017, 05:15:33 PM
Lately a new "Exchange 2.0" taking over. Bittrex & Polo suffer from many complains, locking accounts and many other issues.

Kucoin & Binance are quite different. they have their own token which give benefits.

Both are going very big in Asia and International.

Check out how Kucoin perform vs other exchanges:

https://www.kucoin.com/

Your opinion?

A lot of exchange start ups try to impress their client when they are trying to register themselves in the mind of the participants in the market especially when the there are large number of players offering the same thing. The moment they get their target audiences and even surpass it just with few numbers, they also begin to be guilty of those things we are all accusing the big players today. Its just like someone comparing how fast a transaction on a coin platform is to bitcoin and by that decide its the best option without considering the amount of volume that is happening on the bitcoin network every seconds.
615  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading two cryptocurrency across on: October 31, 2017, 04:49:39 PM
Is there is a trading platform for exchanging two currencies across? I mean first, buy Ethereums with Bitcoins and after that buying Bitcoins with Etheruem.

What sort of question is this exactly? But because you are a newbie, I believe its a question asked with the right intention. Every trading platform makes that available and its not only for BTC/ETH but several other coins are made available depending on how you wish to exercise your choice in patronising to make profit. The several exchange sites are available on the service announcement section where you have the options to pick, register, deposit and start trading.
616  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold (BTG) on: October 31, 2017, 04:16:58 PM
Am sure that by the time BTG is launched officially tomorrow, then we can now see good news about exchangers and other news

Whatever that will happen, I don't see any massive thing different from what we have seen and the amount of exchange that will join have already been listed on their website while the trade is already taking place in majority of the platform what I fear is what the price will say tomorrow if by this time, its already trading at 0.02+btc. The only thing we can all do is just to wait and watch out because of the individuals who will see this an another opportunity to rob people of their coin.
617  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin just jumped $200, and then dumped $100... on: October 31, 2017, 02:51:34 PM
love this rollecoaster! in a couple of mins it went up for nearly 400$ and then back down, this crypto world is not for weak heart.
Sometime is really scary indeed, but there's still room for improvement (toward the top or the bottom) Cheesy

That's is the most important part because in a matter of minutes things might either change for the better or otherwise just like what is being witnessed not too long ago. But the issue is that a lot of people got into bitcoin with the wrong orientation which therefore affects the way they react to issues happen in the market. How I wish the way the people are happy they now they can show the same resilience in situations when the price is crashing to everyone amazement.
618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: who hate altcoins ;) on: October 31, 2017, 12:18:49 PM
i hate eth and all other coins

my one love is only BTC

what about you?

Actually, your opinion does not matter neither is you feelings matter. Everybody have the freedom to go for what you believe in and if you are saying hate ETH, then its all good a lot of other people love ETH not because of its price but because of the appreciation of the amount of hard work in inventing some as that and the same thing goes for bitcoin as well and all other worthy coins that have made the crypto industry an interesting one.
619  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Trading Be Dominated By Paper Bitcoin? on: October 30, 2017, 06:30:29 PM
The price of gold is manipulated by Bullion Banks and Central Banks.

They suppress the price by selling huge numbers of gold futures, and rolling over the contracts on expiry. The size of the futures market is many many times larger than the physical market, hence the gold price is dominated by these paper transactions.

Currently, this does not seem to be a major factor controlling bitcoin pricing.

Recently, I read:
LedgerX LLC has received permission to trade bitcoin futures and options from the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). ProShares has filed an application for an ETF dependent upon receipt by the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) of approval for trading of long and short options on bitcoin. Wall Street sees the demand and wants a piece of the supply.

Does that mean that we can see similar shenanigans, where the price of Bitcoin is totally determined by the Central Banks and financial organisations, rather than by supply and demand from bitcoin users?

What does that mean for Satoshi's dream of independence from central banks?

Am I being unduly pessimistic?

Your fear is valid and if this is successful, it then mean hijackers are coming to defeat the entire dream of bitcoin and I think this is something Satoshi foresaw to have ensure that bitcoin cannot be printed but the issue at hand is that the moment the shenanigans control the bulk of the available bitcoin, then they can make what seems impossible possible.
620  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Is it possible to use bitcoin like offline currency? on: October 30, 2017, 05:56:30 PM
I don't think its possible to use bitcoin online at this time because its done via the internet and everything relies on it. How do I even want to have access to my wallet without the internet? I don't see the possibility of that at the moment even buying from online sites, there some sort of intermediary to make it happen rather than doing directly to the site. I think the best way out is to convert to fiat then buy what you want to buy and stop giving yourself the headache of looking for who to accept offline.
