661  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you ever bought games from Steam using Bitcoin? If so, for how much? on: February 10, 2017, 07:49:35 PM
Keep in mind that products based on Dollar makes Bitcoin change its value. If you buy a game worth 15$ as of now you have to pay .0152 BTC. It always change now the aim of people is to lessen the Bitcoin they will use for buying any product. The higher the value of Bitcoin the lesser Bitcoin you will pay for the product.
Good point and it's something that I've definitely taken advantage of when I'd bought Bitcoin for around 800 dollars and buying a game on Steam a few days later when the price went up again.
It's not much that you save on such low value purchases, but still pretty nice Smiley

It depends at what rate have you bought the bitcoins, if it is lower than the price at the moment of purchase then it is a benefit spending the bitcoins on the right place instead of trying to exchange in cash (and paying different fees) and then buying though paypal or credit card which is a long process reaching this.

Hello, how can i keep myself updated with coins that are pre mined or those having airdrops? Smiley

Thanks. Newbie here

What do you mean updated exactly? If you want to be up to date with the recent moves of the coins then you should subscribe to their newsletter and they will notify you what they are going to do or have done until that time, read the topic, and read the news about that.
663  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate muslems? on: February 10, 2017, 07:28:18 PM
I don't know why Trump is so afraid of muslims all over the world when he has dealt with many muslims in the past (or still dealing with them) and he is just earning points or something else but It's not a healthy logic to hate muslims because they're people like us, this is discrimination.
And interesting to me to know when you are destroyed during the attacks of other people you thought about the fact that these people will not understand who is good and who is bad. You are responsible for those who commit crimes.

I'm not saying that all "muslims" are good because there are many people who say that are muslim by just saying some words when they attack others which is not good of course, most of the religious attend to spread the peace and not killing people, but those who does then they deserve being in jail.

These people who shout "Allah Akbar" and then kill and murder have been studied, and we know exactly what they are.  They are Islamic religious extremists.  They went to mosques and they listened to evil clerics and then they went and did what they were told.

Nothing you can say changes that one bit.

Islam owns terrorism.

I'm not sure what are you trying to do but you can't change my mind neither the most of people's mind here. You are WRONG and completely WRONG, Islam does NOT owns terrorism neither does Christianity, they both appeal to people to have peace and not kill people.

Hello Guys
I Want to sell my page in facebook

Price 10$
Skype: mshhwr

Where are the people who like your page from? You can put the fanapage ID to this page likescheck.com and analyze it and maybe send me in PM the details, does the fanpage has any hidden owner or any other things that can recover/hack back the fanpage to another owner rather than the buyer?

Look To PM

Just checked and analyzed the fans and seems that it does not fit my needs, it is in a language that I don't understand neither I can't write so I wish you good luck selling it to someone who can manage it!

666  Economy / Economics / Re: WHO HAVE BITCOIN TELER MACHINE? on: February 08, 2017, 10:49:11 PM
in my country BTC bitcoin teller machine was still rare it is, that so my question is who owns the bitcoin teller machine, and are there any of you who have never used?

Bitcoin teller == Bitcoin ATM ? I'm not sure what you mean about bitcoin teller machine, like something that explains or introduces people to bitcoin and how to use it or like a bitcoin ATM where people can purchase bitcoins within a short period of time. The number of ATMs is not increasing rapidly so I doubt for a few years this will change.
667  Economy / Speculation / Re: Oh god, BTC might rise 25-50%+ within a month! on: February 08, 2017, 10:41:12 PM
https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-price-gets-ready-to-factor-in-winklevoss-bitcoin-etf-approval

I been waiting on this awhile.. Honestly thought they had given up or something and forgot about it!

I wouldn't think much about this because it is just a poll that we don't know who exactly and how these answer has a basement that bitcoin price will be increased to $1500 by the end of this month which for me seems unrealistic but who wouldn't like to see bitcoin rising?
668  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Powered Credit Card ??? on: February 08, 2017, 10:31:13 PM
I Am Just Curious Is There ?? Any Platform That Allows Us to deposit bitcoin and load them to a credit card to use globally ??

If Not Then I Can Build One,, ANY SUGGESTIONS ?

How are you going to build one when you don't know who are your competitive? There are many companies that offer this service and some of them that I have in my mind now are e-coin rebranded to wirex, coinsbank, cryptopay etc. You can check their website to learn more about their service, limits and verification procedures.
669  Other / Meta / Re: Avatar Upload on: February 08, 2017, 10:24:47 PM
That's what I also thought but it actually re-uploads the old one on my profile instead of the new one. When I click Upload it shows the new one but just on the page as an upload file, not on the actual profile.I wonder what may be the cause for this.

Refresh your browser because the photo/avatar is already cached on the browser, if after you refresh it doesn't shows the new one then try to force clear or maybe better to say ignore the cache by CTRL + SHIFT + R (the same is as CTRL + F5 or SHIFT + F5) this may change depending on system.
670  Economy / Economics / Re: How many BTC will make you a fiat millionaire in 5 years? on: February 08, 2017, 09:13:04 PM
How many BTC will make you a fiat millionaire ($) in 5 years? Why?

At the current price we need around 1000BTC to become millionaire and seems that most of the people has voted this in the poll above, but I think that in 5 years bitcoin price can be increased more and maybe we need 200-500BTC to become millionaire, just my opinion.
honestly it is depend on how you describe millionaire in your life .

for some people having 10 million dollar are more than enough , but for some people too it wasn't enough , at least have 900 million dollar! then if you are an early adopter , you bought 900,000 bitcoin for $1 each it's enough! nowadays it seems hard to make it happen.

I doubt there were so many coins (around 1 million) for selling at $1, also who doesn't like 900 million?? lol. I think that if you have 1 million it isn't a small amount but not also a big amount if you think to invest in a project that you have searched or waiting for.

672  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi? Why did he hide his identity? on: February 06, 2017, 11:25:00 PM
Why did Satoshi hide his identity? Has anyone seen Satoshi in real life?
Is Satoshi one person? Or is it a community?

I read an article that monero owners/team is in investigation by FBI because criminals have used this coin and I think that they have tried many time to see who is satoshi and maybe to arrest/contact him to give more information about bitcoin users(just a speculation), sometimes I think that it is better to not know who is or are Satoshi because bitcoin is an innovation. Some are claiming that they are satoshi but I doubt.

Well Criminals can use bitcoin the same way as criminals can you local fiat. So its not right to associate criminals with bitcoins. Bitcoin , just like any other currency can be used in good or bad way.
As far as Satoshi is concerned, is there any proof that the creator of bitcoin name was Satoshi ?

Maybe we should search who has made this nickname but we should know that satoshi was a forum member before but turned into inactive in 2010, here you can check the latest posts of satoshi https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3 .About the criminals there is no difference if they use bitcoin or fiat, we should not mask bitcoin as something bad for the community.

Need a nice signature for my coin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1764555.0

Willing to pay .0125 btc for nice banners

You can make a contest and wait for designers to show up with their designs but your offer may be low if you need the signatures for all ranks. If you want to contact directly the designers then here is a overview thread of bitcointalk designers: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1610428.0
674  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Payment methods which are hard to reverse on: February 06, 2017, 10:26:59 PM
Hello,

i've been using Skrill and Neteller for some time, but they keep blocking my account after each payment I receive which kills the incentive to continue using their services
do you happen to know a similar service, which is hard to reverse
i want to trade successfully for high volume on exchanges but i'm afraid that my cash will be blocked for an undisclosed term, and that's not fun

i want to be able to do daily exchanges
i got the coins, but it's just not fair how many people steal accounts, or use other people's accounts and I end up paying for it from my pocket

I don't know where are you from but you can use kraken or coinbase to link your bank account (if your country is accepted by them) and then pass some verification procedures and then trade. Some coins that are irreversible are altcoins (which at least one should accept/ed bank transfers).
675  Economy / Economics / Re: Difference of Trading and Investing? on: February 06, 2017, 10:23:12 PM
There are many Differences in trading and investing but in investing you have to wait more and should be very patient because once you send the money you have to wait what will happen with that coin or conpany.
yeah investment usually takes a long time to gain an advantage or requires a long period of time to get a payout while trading requires a short time, because only drive up prices

i think not just in investment that we should waiting but in trading we have to waiting too for the up and down the price and we should be patience and wait more longer when the price is suddenly down too deep. the different for me is in trading, we can learn how to be a good trader and increase our skills but in investing, we don't need to learn but we need to search the information about the investment then if we are really sure then we can make investing.

In investing you have to wait more, I'm not saying that there is no wait on trading (which is possible) but when you invest in something the time to get your money back will take longer than in trading, in trading you may get not the full amount if you dump the coin or something else in order to exchange it faster because of any emergencies or you smelt something bad about that.
676  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [Exchange] Liqui - trade and earn 24 APR on BTC, ETH on: February 06, 2017, 10:16:37 PM

I have received this email today and wanted to know when chronobank will be listed in liqui, I have seen that there are many coins that are not in the other popular exchanges and by being first to list new/these coins I think liqui will be one of the best exchanges that doesn't require verification like some.

679  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin 20 Years From Now on: February 06, 2017, 12:20:26 PM
We are now experiencing the efficient, fast and amazing convergence of technologies which one way or the other greatly contributing to the rise of the cryptocurrencies and making Bitcoin as the King of the Hill so far.

Looking into the future...what do you think will be the scenario involving Bitcoin twenty years from now? Will Bitcoin be worth more than a million or will it ceased to exist? Or will a new crytocurrency replace the supremacy of Bitcoin...?

It's very problematic to estimate what will happen with bitcoin  after such a long time from now but i think that bitcoin will change for good and will have additional features. I'm expecting that people who have bitcoin will be able to spend them easier than now.
680  Economy / Economics / Re: First investments in bitcoins on: February 06, 2017, 12:04:42 PM
I think that my first investment was buying referrals for the faucet, I think i have joined first faucenta and learned about bitcoin even though the profit was really low or zero i wanted to have as much referrals as possible but that time has gone and it doesn't worth more.
