681  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What website do you use in investing your bitcoin? on: October 15, 2017, 05:03:43 PM
The only sure investment that anyone should look into now is to keep for bitcoin in your wallet because every other investment, is 99% scam and you end up losing your money. Rather than looking for investment sites, I would rather concentrate my effort in sharpening skills in things that will be productive either on gambling or trading because with those ones despite the risk, you are still sure of making something.
682  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ether hard fork and prices on: October 15, 2017, 02:42:17 PM
The hard fork for Ether, Byzantium – the first leg in the update – will occur at block 4,370,000, or roughly Oct. 16, which is tomorrow. How do you think it will affect ETH prices?
It seems that they already have a bug, patched it but I don't know.
So, how do you think ETH will be price wise tomorrow?

I must admit that I am just reading about ETH fork now but I think a lot of people who are believers are really going to be interested in it to give ETH a nice pump since ICOs is becoming more and more difficult to make and this has been a major push for the price of ETH. But generally I see a slight push in the price of ETH only if the fork is not available to be converted to BTC directly but if that is made available, then the entire benefit of this goes to BTC with ETH getting only a fraction of the airdrop.
683  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade with app ??? on: October 15, 2017, 12:15:04 PM
Can we trade with the help of application for example i have an account in bittrex and i want trade with application. is it possible ??

of course we can trade with helping from the apps that available for our android cellphone. personally, i use tabtrader and foxy trader which you can download at playstore. you only need to add your api which you can found in your account and then after you add your api, you can start to do trade. but please remember don't activate the withdraw option when you make your first api because it could makes other people withdraw your balance when he hold your cellphone.

is it risky Huh or any hacking problem or any steal money from our account ??

Everything is risky and even trading on a computer is even risky the issue is you ensuring you keep yourself safe to the best of your effort so if anything should happen, you are sure to know its not your fault. Mobile app will pose a great advantage to make trading handly just by launching it, you are good to go with your coin prices, the latest decision can be done but but where I see some issues is to be sure that the right app is being downloaded and on the average you are safe.
684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt Coin Pumps on: October 15, 2017, 08:01:11 AM
Hi - where is the most reliable information on forthcoming Alt-coins pumps?

Thanks

Tel

Pump groups are the ones you are looking for and  in addition, a lot of them are not reliable because there is no other reason than the management of the ump group who would have known the coin itself bought enough then tell you to start buying. Another is that any developer could have approached him to make a deal in other to create a room for him to dump with that, the members are the ones at the losing end. The best is to avoid them altogether if you can do without them but at the same time, some people have made profit.
685  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen on your altcoins in exchanges during hardfork? on: October 15, 2017, 07:24:51 AM
Is it okay to leave your coins in exchanges during the fork OR to transfer it on your wallet?

I don't see nay threat against ALt because it does not affect them. The fork is about bitcoin and there are advantages of leaving it on theexchnage sites for those ones who will credit you according to their statement but make sure they are reputable ones. This will ensure that there is real time conversion to whatever currency you wish in a case you don't want to hold rather than keeping in an offline wallet that you have to start looking for procedures to convert and the right provider to use.

687  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Goverment is not recommending to use digital currency such a bitcoin? on: October 14, 2017, 07:36:37 PM
Yesterday I red article regarding digital currency. The article aim to discourage us in using digital currency as these currency is not recognize by our country moneytary institution. What do you think is the reason why  some goverment are discouraging its citizen to use digital currency? Any thoughts.....

This is an issue that has been discussed over and  over again. Government don't need any reason to want to shut down anything or discourage its use. Its basically whatever they wanted that would play out every reason they gave is just because they want it to look acceptable and nothing else. With all the policies put in place can they say crime or money laundering have increase the more or reduced after the advent of bitcoin, I guess the issue still remain the same.
688  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Swedish Officials Settle First Debt in Bitcoin on: October 14, 2017, 07:21:04 PM

The posting of links that is forbidden is to the best of my knowledge related to referral links and spamming the forum looking for someone to sign up under you. The other is posting the source of your information this will not only give credence to what you trying to pass across for those who wants to read further before passing their comments but also to make you free from plagiarism which is something so frown at over here.
689  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Moving bitcoin before the new fork on: October 14, 2017, 06:54:53 AM
can we move our bitcoin before the new fork happen? and after? how it work exactly do we risk to lose our coins because of replay attack? from 25 october to 1 novemeber there will be this new fork i want to know thnaks

You are a legendary rank member which in my opinion, you were around during the last fork exercise except otherwise. You don't need to bother yourself about understanding replay or technicality surrounding it. Because even if you do understand it, you can neither do to stop it or make it better. I just have the strong believe that how to go about it will surface by people who have more knowledge about it and have the authority to do same.
690  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I told my grandma to put all her lifesavings in Bitcoin because you guys said on: October 13, 2017, 09:04:34 PM
How I wish Op can update us on the thread but he would most likely forget about the thread itself and focus on other things. But its so surprising to see a lot of people now praising him for encouraging his grandma to invest in bitcoin when it was $4200 range in September but one month down the line the fortune has change to be the best decision. I only hope he and his grandma didn't chicken out along the line because that would have been their loss.
691  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin breaks all time high and surges past $5,000 on: October 13, 2017, 08:54:18 PM
will this fork play out as free money as usually when bitcoins are kept in exchanges or is it specifically for bitcoins in wallets one possess it's private keys.

Its probably going to be the same thing repeating itself while some exchange will outrightly give direct proportion, others will want to test the coast before hopping in just like the case of BCH but hopefully in the coming days, things will be more open then we will see the true effect of things but I feel this coming fork of BCG is not gaining attraction as much as the November proposed SegWit.

693  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: looking for a good trader on: October 09, 2017, 02:53:56 PM
Hey guys,

So I'm currently looking for good traders, who are able to profitably exchange cryptocurrencies - if you are one, please contact me via PM or E-Mail.
no binary options or something like that, just exchanging one cryptocurrency to another. For example, if you see that China is about to regulate ICOs you should know this news will affect the ETH price in a bad way, and exchange it to another currency who might not be affected so much.

I would want to doubt if anyone who is really a good trader as you have suggested would want to contact you and not make money for himself rather than coming to work for you. A lot of the information that is being sought to have influence on the price of coins, is always from one news website or twitter which means its already out there before someone will get to read and those who get such information before the news break, are most likely people on the inside which in most cases is illegal because it will be interpreted as Insider Trading.
694  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience and Holding on: October 09, 2017, 02:36:03 PM
Ive been wrong that i withdraw all my earnings on trading ..
i learned that ..must have patience in holding then exchanging it times 10 from the day I bought my alts..
hmm .. too bad for me now bitcoins is still aiming high ..

Even aside trading one  key virtue of life is patience and most importantly, its a virtue in trading because without that, you are quick to make loss in a matter of seconds. Its good that you have learnt your lessons because if you are being told which I am sure you must have read, you will tell yourself, these people don't know what I am going through and now you will be more careful in your future trading activities. But unfortunately, someone will still make same mistake tomorrow and wish he/she had wait a little bit.
695  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: 7 People arrested for Bitcoin Trading on: October 09, 2017, 01:20:28 PM
It's the latest in development from the country of Nepal which started nabbing bitcoin traders for fraud. Can be sentenced to upto 3 years in prison.

http://kathmandupost.ekantipur.com/news/2017-10-06/7-nabbed-for-running-bitcoin-exchange-business.html

First case of bitcoin related arrest in the country.

The story is totally different from what your title states. They are not arrested for trading bitcoin, but they are arrested for illegally running a bitcoin exchange in the country which would not be allowed in any country, and anyone would get arrested if authorities come to know that some people are running an exchange without any license and legality. It should not be a surprise for them, nor for the people hearing the news. And they should have been expecting this to happen, because running a bitcoin exchange is quite a big business these days, and if you try to do it hiding behind walls, this is what you can expect when it comes to the sight.

I guess that is exactly what will happen across the world that government will say ' do your business, but do it the right way or else we are coming for you' and I think this is something that should be encouraged in as much as we want to run our exchange business and make money, we owe a duty of care for individuals patronising the platform to be safe. Aside that, anyone who does not have the intention to scam would not have any issue registering with government.
696  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if bitcoin will be made as the official cryptocurrency? on: October 09, 2017, 12:43:03 PM
What if bitcoin will be made as the official cryptocurrency,  promoted and regulated by the government,  what will be the effect to other cryptocurrencies?  Is there a chance that others will be banned? How do you if will affect the bitcoin price? Will it be a negative impact on bitcoin itself?

This will not happen now matter how we all wished it should for the reasons such as

1. This is negate the primary reason of bitcoin which is decentralisation because government regulating will then mean bitcoin is now centralised into one authority.

2. Which government exactly, if governments of two countries finds it difficult to agree on simple issues such as borders would now agree on the issue of currency? That will never happen.
697  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you check Bitcoin price everyday? on: October 09, 2017, 11:19:52 AM
The only time I don't check the price is always during the time of price crash so that I can control my panics and not take decisions I wish I shouldn't. Aside that, every now and then I check the price so that I will be abreast of everything happening to price and not be caught out incase a landmark price is achieved. I want to be able to be there and witnessed it myself then also to feel a sense of happiness within me that 'Gradually and gradually, the dark period is getting over with'.
698  Economy / Economics / Re: Pissed of by eBay: I want to choose by myself which currency to accept on: October 09, 2017, 10:11:06 AM
Horrible eBay always forces you to receive USD, EUR or paypal.
If I sell my used stuff I want to choose which currency I get.

There is a lack of new trading platforms (similar to old eBay, old Amazon, old Alibaba) which offer their customers to choose receiving their desired cryptocurrencies.

These are free countries.
They have to stop forcing us!

They are actually correct because this is what you assented to in their terms and conditions before agreeing to sign up on their platform and using the service they offering. There is an option which is only refusing to use their service by looking for alternatives and if that wont work, you can create an alternative yourself which I know a lot of people will equally not be happy with the limited options they are making available. But with the absence of those two alternatives, there is nothing that can be done on the contrary.
699  Economy / Economics / Re: Dogecoin Petition for Amazon on: October 09, 2017, 08:35:50 AM
First steps to get coins as an accepted payment method at Amazon:

www.change.org/p/jeff-bezos-doge4amazon-accept-dogecoin-as-a-payment-method

A petition to the best of my knowledge does not mean acceptance rather its an appeal which can either be accepted or rejected by the person who its being directed to and in this case Amazon. I don't see any big deal here and at the same time the acceptance of Doge coin as a currency when even bitcoin itself has not been given audience not to talk of consideration despite the popularity its has garnered over the years.
700  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Surges Above $4400 As World Realizes Jamie Dimon & China Don't Matter on: October 08, 2017, 08:27:51 PM
As at the last time I checked, price have surged above $4600 which clearly shows its going that trend without Jamie as Jamie never mattered in the crypto world but the timing his comment was made further worsen the already bad situation which I would conveniently liken to a mere coincidence. In the case of China, I don't think we can still do without them as they are still very much relevant on what happen afterwards.
