681  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] $CARE - Coin with a Purpose, Team with a Heart! on: July 07, 2021, 09:21:12 PM
If you will be transparent with your charity activities, are you going to disclose also your team members here? How will people contact you in case they want to collaborate if this is anonymous? And how do we know if you will be giving to charity organizations -are you going to provide like transactions, article from the charity organization that you helped, maybe a tweet or something from the organization itself?
682  Economy / Speculation / Re: 22 july, BTC 20k$ or 70k$? on: July 07, 2021, 08:27:33 PM
The meeting between Elon Musk and Jack Dorsey on July 22 was an important one. We hope that Jack Dorsey can convince Elon so Tesla can accept bitcoin back. I'm sure the price of bitcoin from 30k$ can go up to 70$ and it can even touch 100k$

The difference between the quoted value is huge. Nearly 40k was a difference. Now the priceeof bitcoin was stuggled to reach the value of 40k dollars itself. So it will be not a interesting factors to reach. I had a opinion of bitcoin to reach the value of 50k dollars soon. So the shorter goal in price, will succeed.

Yes, $70k is somewhat too much if in case this event will positively affect the market. $40-50k may be possible to happen. But $20k, I don't think we will go down that level. Even if we have had crash, btc manages to keep afloat in this $30k level. If Tesla will accept bitcoin again, I believe it will have an impact in the market, but not that high jump. This is interesting, so for those who believe that btc will have a positive jump in the coming days, better buy now to make profit.
683  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Terms and condition a must read before signing up any online gambling site on: July 07, 2021, 07:29:31 PM
In fact terms and conditions are a must read in anything you do.
But many gamblers may not care enough about the site term and condition because most of the sites have pretty much the same term and condition. I think it is a misunderstanding of some gamblers because obviously some site also have different term and condition. I agree that these term and condition are thing that every gambler need to pay attention to because almost all the information about the rule is written there. To be honest I didn't read all of them, but only read a few important point.

That's fine, as long as you know the important things to look at that may possibly give you problem in your account. Because, honestly, how many really read the ToS from beginning to end. But if you are a high roller, I think, you better read it all before it is too late. There are some variations from site to site, regarding their country restrictions, wagering requirements, min depo/withdrawal, use of VPN and many others. So you need to be alert with those things as it may cause freezing of your account if you violate their conditions.
684  Economy / Exchanges / Re: UFC inks $175-million sponsorship deal with Crypto.com on: July 07, 2021, 06:37:45 PM
Such news should be posted on https://www.ufc.com/ webpage also, but so far there is not a single line about that sponsorship. Nothing is on their social media account either.

Perhaps they would announce that after their nearest event (Conor McGregor vs Dustin Poirier trilogy). They could have paused that announcement not to steal attention from event. But this is just my predictions.

It is already on their site (News section) - https://www.ufc.com/news/ufc-and-cryptocom-announce-historic-partnership. With that multi-million dollar deal, definitely, they will post such news on their website. I know one of the casinos here, Stake is already a UFC betting partner. And now, UFC partnered with a trading platform. Seems that they do believe with crypto business. This is another step to encourage UFC fans to check out crypto.
685  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling becomes popular on: July 06, 2021, 11:58:47 PM
The volatility of cryptocurrency which these online casinos supports today is probably one of the main reason why some reputable casinos decides to end and shut their service down. For some, or maybe most of those that closed their site, one main reason also could the lack of users that plays on their site. As a casino, they have to pay fees for the services that they offer, like games on slots. If there are not enough users to cover that, the casino won't thrive IMO.
I think the main reason why so many casinos come and go is the fact that this is an incredibly competitive industry and the money needed to remain competitive is simply too high, after all we know that there are casinos that have been around for a very long time and people trust in them, and this trust cannot be bought as many players prefer to keep playing in a casino they have known for a long time than to try to switch to another, especially if the casino is too young and its reputation cannot compare the reputation older casinos have.

trust and reputation are really valuable, you are right
you simply can't buy it, it has to be built

probably in terms of competition it comes and goes in weaves, competition gets harder, more people go out of business, competition gets easier, more people enter the business, so forth and so on...

but overall the tendency is that gambling industry gets stronger online
probably

Online gambling is getting stronger owed also to pandemic. Some people who got acquainted with online casinos will prefer to play on them rather than going to physical casinos where the chance of getting infected is high. Also, with other benefits like you can play at the comfort of your home, or play even with small funds, there are a lot of benefits that they can really get by playing online. However, they need to find those trustworthy casinos or else they will get rekt fast.
686  Economy / Speculation / Re: The market is full of opportunities to come on: July 06, 2021, 11:23:57 PM
Every time the price drops a bit people are getting worried, and that is the funny part about bitcoin as well. As soon as it drops under 35k people are acting like it is going to go to under 30k right away, and it never does drop there, look at the price action, we had just one time it went under 30k in the last month and that was for just few hours and it shoot right back up, after that it was all because people were acting as if price would crash, and yet it didn't. You know what is even funnier? There are tons of people who think it will go to 50k as soon as it goes above 35k again as well, and then it hits 40k and stays there and goes back down.

Maybe it is time for people to realize that we are not going to go above 40k or under 30k for a while? I mean it looks like that is the reality but many people still argue against it and say that it will change soon each time it happens, just chill out and calm down man.

As the market is very unpredictable, what we can do is just speculate and act accordingly. If you are heavily invested, you need to keep up with the latest updates and follow the market trend. It is hard to tell when will btc will hit the 40k or 50k again. But if you believe that btc will increase its value in the next years to come, then, it is good opportunity to buy now. If you are here for long-term, you should not panic every time btc goes down. Because later on, it will gain its value. As many countries are now looking at bitcoin, even more financial institutions, the potential for btc to grow more is already here.
687  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Be a Responsible Gambler on: July 06, 2021, 09:52:07 PM
Well i can feel that , because if you are a true responsible person then you will never consider playing or betting in gambling as this is risky and not really created for making fun but to lose our funds .
i don't believe those who claims that gambling is designed for Fun instead the other way around.
It is okay to consider betting as much as you can. But to consider someone is truly responsible is that he sets an amount that he afford to lose and will be careful with his bets that he won't be affectionate with whatever the outcome of that bet. Gambling is already known to be risky so someone who's getting in is aware of that and would probably made his decision that he's willing to take the risk.

Well, I do know a handful of "responsible" gamblers. They are those who have the extra cash to use and just go to casinos to simply enjoy the place and the amenities it can offfer. It's like for them the winnings are simply an extra thing they get for the trip. If a gambler gambles because he wants to get more money on it then for me that is a very risky reason for someone why he needs to gamble. Gambling should be entertaining and not a depressing experience.
This is the right attitude to have, it is way easier to be a responsible gambler if the expectations that we have out of gambling are just to get some fun out of it, when people put more expectations than this then this creates problems as they are unable to fulfill those expectations and then they want to force their way and get them anyway, and while this can happen for some time we know that over the long term this is not possible making them to lose amounts of money they did not planned to lose and making them irresponsible gamblers in the process.

Unfortunately, not many gamblers can afford such lifestyle, playing just for fun. Most of the time, gamblers want to play for the hope that they will go home with their winnings. So if you are the one that is included in the latter, better use your own extra funds and not borrowed money. So in case you lost, it is your own money and you don't owe anyone. Based from my experience, once you are already inside especially in a physical casino, the tendency is to use whatever you have. So just bring money that you can very well afford to lose.
688  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To what extent can sport be strengthened with cryptocurrencies on: July 05, 2021, 11:59:19 PM
Through sponsorships, sports bookies, accepting salaries in the form of cryptocurrencies. These are some of those use cases that can be applied to any sports.

If you haven't seen it yet, there are a lot of sports book already that have been sponsoring teams and individual in different sports of their niche.

Sponsorships is one of the major aspects that crypto can be involved. Just like what we have seen already, some popular sportsbooks here in the forum are already sponsoring some events like stake as the UFC Official Betting Partner and TT Cup, and sportsbet as partner of Arsenal FC, Southampton FC and Flamengo. I think, in the next coming years, more casinos will sponsor athletes/events, even if it is just a one-time deal. These leagues or athletes will be the reason why some of their fans will get to know the existence of crypto casinos or websites.
689  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You got a pifzer ? Then you can be eligible for lottery in Poland. on: July 05, 2021, 11:03:18 PM
Insane how Poland didn't get a good number of people vaccinated yet, even after releasing these lotteries. Their government is doing a great job but citizens seem to be non co-operative, that is why many people die due to corona because of lack of self-protection. Hope that their citizens will understand the concerns and start getting vaccinated quickly.
•Lack of interest
•Afraid of side effects

No matter how government would be putting efforts just to convince their citizens to take a shot as long they wont be willing to do so then there nothing they can do.
Community wont be cooperative because they are still hesitating on taking a vaccine due to those negative news about it which even myself cant really resist
on not to mind about probabilities on where you do die with vaccine side effects than with the virus itself.

I think that's the majority of reason why they don't want the covid shot. The side effects it may do to their body. As everyone is different, you have no idea when this side effect will occur to you. Maybe if the vaccine is already established in terms of research and trials, some people will get it. However, right now, the thought of side effects is the main concern of many. You can't blame other people about such decision, because it is your own body at risk here. Maybe, for healthy and young body, there's no problem getting the shot. However, for those people with comorbidities, that's when they are getting afraid of the shot.

691  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: July 05, 2021, 06:04:10 PM
I read some article saying Donaire and Casimero is okay now, but the fight will still not happen, so most likely, Inoue will be next target of Doniare. As a champion, he has a high confidence and he believes he can beat Inoue in the rematch, let's just give that to him as he deserve a rematch, but if you'll ask me, Inoue will win 100%, same dominant result is what we are going to see.

So they will be cooking this Donaire-Inoue rematch? If the demand is high from boxing fans, I believe Inoue's camp will agree for this match. But in this match, Donaire will be underdog. And if he has still the strength and power, this will be a good time to unleash inside the ring as Inoue is still in his prime. Let us wait if this will ever push thru without Donaire fighting first another boxer.

I invite you to participate to win PHR coins and to get to know the community

Interested on what will happen to PHR project once GFN is launched? What is the role of PHR once GFN is up and running? Are they going to develop the PHR alongside with GFN? Also, is the marketplace of Phore giving income to this platform? Just wondering how they are doing with the marketplace business.
693  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Million Dollar Race II - UFC Betting Partner - Play Smarter 🥊 on: July 04, 2021, 11:19:25 PM
I need a clarification here... so some guy has some balance at Stake. And that balance mysteriously disappears one morning!!! After that, that guy complains and asks for a refund?! Well, this is something new from scammers! Smiley
You seem to have misunderstood the issue here. The gambler's balance didn't just magically disappear. Stake froze his account and siezed his funds due to which he created a scam accusation thread against them.

The Stake team is currently investigating the issue. We are talking about 200 grand here which is why this will probably take time to get completely resolved.

We don't know the whole story yet but Stunna already replied on that player's thread and they are investigating his case. If the player is confident that he did not violate any of the terms and conditions of stake, for sure, he will get his money back. This is the site where you can see huge amount of money used in betting, and I don't think they will ruin their credibility if it is the fault of the site.
694  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you run when you fail or loose in a trade? on: July 04, 2021, 08:39:59 PM
I've been in crypto trading since 2017 I can say that untill now sometimes i can still loss on trading but I am not running because the best thing to do is to stay and learn. If we walk away after we loss then we cannot get back or recover the lost funds but if we stay and learn I am sure that soon we will gain bigger that what we already loss.

Same here. Also, running will not do any good. As you will always come back as you still need to trade with other coins. Unless, once you decided to run away, it is your last stop in crypto trading. Just remember, if you are at a loss today, you will be winning in some days. As you learn the tricks in trading, losing will not be your forever fate. Losing is part of every trader's life. You are not alone in this journey. There's no trader that don't lose at some point. But that loss will make you understand why it happened and you will not repeat the mistakes the next time you trade.
695  Economy / Gambling / Re: dappcasino.io - Gambling Dapps & Crypto Casino Reviews on: July 03, 2021, 11:54:12 PM
I see that in the List you have some casinos that I have hardly seen here in the forum, I would like to know if you take into account as a main requirement to choose the TOP what? The Welcome bonus? Perhaps if you focus that the casino gives opportunities to offer to play to those who use VPN and who are in prohibited countries, that I think may be a criterion to take into account.

Here in the forum there have been many complaints due to this, and with large casinos, also many casinos that are excellent have been demanding KYC thanks to their licenses, are these things taken into account?

As for the page, it seems to me that it has a good presentation and is understandable.

Thanks.

The top crypto casinos in his list is different from what is popular here in the forum. Also, I don't think they should include 1xbit in the list because they have not-so-good reputation in the forum and unresolved issues. But anyway, players have long list to choose from and it is for them to experience the services of those casinos.
Also, how many people are giving the star ratings for each casino?
696  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: July 03, 2021, 10:43:46 PM
Well, perhaps the reason why Donaire canceled his fight against Casimero because they are both Filipino and now Donaire's target is Inoue because of the revenge. But the eagerneies was only on the Donaire's side not on Inuoe and there is a chance that Inoue will not accept the chance to fight that was challenged by Donaire. Although there is no announcement yet and that is only a rumor, it could be the judges mind will change who will be the next. But who knwos there is an announcemnet.
They should not make announcement with regards to that fight if they think they are both Filipino, it’s just that Donaire can’t handle the trash talk and Casimero is playing a dirty trick. Going back on this discussion, we know these are two great boxer, they have history and there’s a chance for this match again. If Pinoy can’t beat Inoue this time, then I believe there’s no other way but to accept that fact.

Yes, it is the trash talk that made Donaire called off the match. As Casimero's camp disrespected Donaire's wife. We don't know if this will gonna push thru. But if there are no demands to push thru, I think this one is really shelved for good. Now, it is interesting which fighter they will face next. I don't think Inoue will accept the fight for Donaire if he has not fought another boxer before him. But if they will see the demand from their boxing fans, maybe they will set-up for this re-match.
697  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC price VS gambling on: July 02, 2021, 11:35:07 PM
But that is not the only function of money, money has another function and that is to be a store of value, look at gold, thousands of years ago you could by a lot of products with it and now you can do the same, this is a great store of value, bitcoin needs to perform this function as well and despite its volatility it seems it is on its way to achieve this, so while it is completely fine to spend bitcoin as that is one of its functions holding your bitcoin does not go against this as it is just another of the functions that money needs to serve.

Yes, I agree, but here we are talking about bitcoin's use for gambling, which is, in my opinion, one of bitcoin's first applications. And a very significant one in my opinion.
The first crypto casinos appeared shortly after the first faucets, back when bitcoin barely had any value.

Yes, that's true. I remember primedice as first gambling site that I got acquainted before. Before all these blockchain projects, there were few gambling sites that were already in existence, which were the first bitcoin users in their system. And throughout the years, the purpose evolves into other businesses.
And now, because of its current value, most people prefer to hold it rather than spend it to non-essential things.

The official launch of the Si14 platform.

Dear users! Every day our platform is getting closer to the official launch. In the near future, you will have the opportunity to register in the affiliate program and get access to your personal cabinet. Also, the Si14Bet platform considers exclusive representatives by country/region on an individual basis.

I think I have seen this project a long time ago. Didn't know that this is not yet operational. Anyway, good to hear that this platform is about to go live. Are you going to get your gaming license also for this project? The business of betting exchange here in the forum is not common so maybe, you can get your niche in this particular field.
699  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto-Casinos and KYC on: July 01, 2021, 11:46:42 PM
some gambling platforms often do KYC when they get users to withdraw the profits they get with very large amounts, this is done in my opinion because this gambling place wants to know who these people are and maybe the positive side is that one day they will will get interesting offers from the gambling place which they can send to an email address or other.
That's no positive side. They won't ask you KYC just for you to get the positive side. A kyc isn't just all about emails, you'll be sending your personal identity to them and if they're going to offer us some good and interesting offers or promos, our emails shall be enough for them to send it. But in some casinos, they give incentives and that's what I think you're saying but not all of us likes to have it unless you're really relying on that casino and you're benefiting from it.

Yes, KYC entails a lot more than email but actual identity of the player like submitting the passport or any valid ID. Some are even requiring to send a bill payment where your address is indicated. So if they just want to send you offers/bonuses, they can easily do that by using your email. KYC has different purpose to the casino and that is to validate the identity of the user. Or some will require this when the user got large winnings, and the casino wants to delay the payment or they don't want to release the winnings.
700  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Binemon - A fascinating combination of Gaming & Blockchain, "play to earn" on: July 01, 2021, 09:11:35 PM
@OP, you forgot to publish the related links for this project particularly the website. Maybe the app itself can wait. Gaming industry is indeed one of the booming industries despite of this pandemic. Now, not many games have the "play to earn" feature, so the potential to attract gamers is always there. But you need to assure your players that the token or coin they will earn, will have actual value in the market.
