It's the culmination of having a louder voice and being associated with being "trusted." This is explicitly and infinitely more noticeable in altcoins section, again, where i primary post. Hero is great and i do carry significant weight when calling out scams, or bullshit (there's an infinite amount of it in altcoins).

Perhaps if you bring some of these scams to our attention on the scam accusation board, you will have a little more success getting the attention that you rightly deserve.  Wink

I don't want to participate in being a merit source, because i never supported the system. Neither do i want you guys to look through my post and give me credit, please don't waste your time with that, i almost feel bad. I'm not here for merit.

Don't feel too bad. I've briefly gone over your recent post history, and you should toot your own horn. It's not like you're some newbie who just wants to get that one merit or more so they can sling their paid signature all over the place with nonsense.
702  Other / Meta / Re: Grant Me Legendary Status on: March 28, 2019, 05:09:46 PM
Yes, the altcoin sections do not get a good deal of love. I think theymos should try to appoint one or two altcoin enthusiasts to be merit sources. The only problem is that many altcoin holders are only interested in a handful of coins. So it would be hard to pick someone who would do a good job distributing the merits throughout the altcoin board. Perhaps someone who is involved in mining or an exchange would be a good candidate. I was thinking someone like ocminer, but he hasn't given out a single merit to anybody.

Well, I decided that I am poor, so bit the bullet and joined a signature campaign that makes me wear an avatar. I am keeping my hat in storage, though. I guess if Alaska now wants to use my hat, he can. I still consider myself part of the WO club, even though I haven't been posting here very often lately.

Hey no shame man, I must have made, probably over 7 or 8 bitcoin’s in sig campaigns since I came here in 2014.
Effectively talking to you guys made me that much money.

I remember earning over 0.15BTC per week at one point.

Wow, I've been doing it wrong for all of these years.  Cheesy Buying hash at nicehash to mine shitcoins didn't work out too well for me. I did wear a few sigs back in 2015/2016. But I dumped the yobit sig for some bounty campaign, not a smart move. Then when I was done with that, I didn't want to enter sig campaigns because many wanted you to post in sections that I have zero interest in and to change your avatar. I miss my hat already. But I'll get over it.

and bones i think your a very high liked WO-member absolutely no shame, a man gotta do what a man gotta do, and if it provides extra CORN then GL man

It's nice to know that I am liked. I would hate to have a whole day of the week designated to rag on me...

Please excuse the dumb question. The 100 characters. I gather this is only the letters in words of your reply and excludes spaces, punctuation, and links. Correct?
706  Other / Meta / Re: Reporting Member sandy_is_fine FOR Spamming (Please Ban Her Moderator) on: March 28, 2019, 04:58:47 AM
Just so you know, it isn't a bannable offense on this forum to post a false accusation or an outright lie.

you mean something like this ?  Roll Eyes

Here comes her other alt account Mikey who for some crazy reason is everywhere Sandy is at in the digital

Yes, something like that. Sorry that the post is no longer available. I couldn't help myself and used the report to moderator function and gave "double post" as the reason. Grin

Good job reporting my last message because you're afraid of the truth so your trying to hide it so no one sees it. Here is my reply which he reported as off-topic but indeed it is on topic. I'm explaining why Mikey always comes to Sandy's aid which he is doing now so this relates to the topic. Everyone read it before they remove it again lol

"Here comes her other alt account Mikey who for some crazy reason is everywhere Sandy is at in the digital goods and scam accusation forum, Mikey knows all about abusing merits, he even brags how he racked up alot of merits within 4 months. I could dig up and show you pics of how these two strangely appear together everywhere lol They even had a guide together in digital goods. I told you all she has many old great accounts that's how I know her real account is in the loan forum were she holds accounts as collateral for loans when people can't repay she keeps them now abusing them. I know no one will believe me but at least I could try. For sure she is guilty of spam and therefore should be banned"

I didn't report it as off topic. I reported it because you posted twice in a row. That is not allowed. Next time, if you have more to say in a thread and no one else has posted in a thread and it hasn't been 24 hours, use the edit function and add to your current post. Also, I have reviewed sandy's posts, and it doesn't come close to "spam." The rest of your conspiracy theory is ridiculous. I don't see how mikey is "abusing merits." Especially when his biggest merit fan happens to be a staff member of the mining board.  Also, sandy is not guilty of "spamming." I'm not certain why a person such as yourself, who claims to have been ripped off by one of the digital goods thieves, is going after the biggest whistle blower. Talk about cognitive dissonance.  Roll Eyes

I looked at his posts in that thread and they involve research on his part. Go ahead and distribute the 20 merits to those posts and any others that are related that I am not aware of.
712  Other / Meta / Re: Community Opinion - Signature Campaigns on: March 27, 2019, 09:51:28 PM
Shocked Am I now going to start seeing a scantily clad woman in a bunch of people's signature space? The WO thread is bad enough with all of the "double bottoms" and "green dildos." Now my partner is really going to wonder what the hell I am doing.  Angry

713  Other / Meta / Re: Reporting Member sandy_is_fine FOR Spamming (Please Ban Her Moderator) on: March 27, 2019, 09:20:05 PM

Thank you for your reply. Ive been scammed by Skeptical One and YoutubeTV. I'm glad both are banned but Sandy has been on a power trip labeling everybody as Skeptical One, Spamming Trust, spamming threads non stop. I posted many proof of her spamming people even when she's not sure it's them but labels them as Skeptical One. Please Moderator please BAN. Don't let people abuse their power just because they're higher rank, higher rank or not they still have to follow rules. There's order on this forum and no one is above the Moderator. I know Moderator is nice person and will take a closer look into this.

The trust comments aren't moderated. I have seen theymos intervene when the trust comment is grossly inappropriate: ie reference links link to NSFW site, dozens of duplicate comments. If you feel that sandy is "spamming," then use the report to moderator function. The post will be deleted if it violates the rules. Additional action may be taken depending on the offense, up to and including a ban. However, I suspect if you start reporting sandy's "spamming," you are liable to get a lot of your reports marked as bad or remain indefinitely unhandled. Just so you know, it isn't a bannable offense on this forum to post a false accusation or an outright lie. The moderation team does not want to be put in a position to determine if a statement is indeed a lie or false.
714  Other / Meta / Re: Reporting Member sandy_is_fine FOR Spamming (Please Ban Her Moderator) on: March 27, 2019, 05:43:38 PM
What your trying to do is spam and pretend to be a hero on this forum to earn merits really fast and many post counts to climb your account rank higher very fast which is also ABUSE.  Please stop spamming.

Sandy-is-fine is already Legendary rank, the highest possible, and has been so for several months. So this theory that you propose for motive is not sound. Perhaps you should think of another theory for motive. From my perspective, it looks like sandy is on a mission to clean up the digital goods child board.
715  Other / Meta / Re: What can I do about possible merit abuse? on: March 27, 2019, 03:38:54 AM
I think it depends on how long your campaign has been up. If it has been quite a while, it could be someone who had an eye for the campaign and went to apply as soon as they achieved enough merit. You may want to look over the most recent merited posts and see if they are something that is deserving of merit. If they are uninteresting posts in mega-threads, it may raise red flags, especially if they are earning more than a merit or two per post.

Our platform consist on Bet selection, progression and money management, mixing all together and increase the accuracy of predictions is the only way to beat the house edge Smiley
We have a Great and unique technology but look like people are more willing to critics rather than even try it out for free

Quote from: Carl Sagan
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

Also, your program may be a free trial. But giving it a try requires putting my money at risk at the casino. Even if I am dissatisfied, and end up not getting charged by you, I am afraid the casino is not going give me my money back.  Cheesy I'm not putting my money at risk to test your algorithm. Also, I don't have the time to test this out on the free games for you either. (And I'm not quite certain if these free games aren't biased to let you "win" anyway.)
717  Economy / Reputation / Re: BTCGamble PRO, tagged. on: March 26, 2019, 09:59:49 PM

Thanks so much Bones, this sound very fair to me,

i want to award you with 1 week free membership, please post or pm me your username in our platform

Thanks Smiley

I try not to make gambling a habit anymore. I will need to decline your offer.

No Martingale, Fibonacci, Labouchere or any other failed strategy in the market.

Exactly what kind of algorithm is this? The only one that would make a little bit of a difference is one that can somehow detect bias. However, that would probably require a huge sample in order to detect any possible bias, and the bias would probably still not be enough to overcome the 5.26 % house edge in American Roulette, the 2.7% edge in European Roulette or even a 1% house edge in "dice" games.
718  Economy / Reputation / Re: BTCGamble PRO, tagged. on: March 26, 2019, 09:39:35 PM
@BTCGamblePro as a former gambler and someone who has a Math BA, I'm not swayed by what seems to amount to extreme puffing on your part. I left you a neutral rating. However, I am watching your announcement thread. If I catch wind that people are starting to experience glitches in the free 1 day trial of getting their money back if you are not honoring your 100% money back guarantee, it will change to negative in a heartbeat.
719  Economy / Reputation / Re: BTCGamble PRO, tagged. on: March 26, 2019, 08:51:57 PM
What others people think about it?

From what I can tell, it is probably both a bankroll management and Martingale progression scheme. Also, it is geared toward dice and roulette games which are total luck. If you play long enough, you will eventually hit the maximum bet limit and lose that bet as well. Also, with the edge in the house favor, the amount you lose in your bad sessions will likely exceed the amount you win in your good sessions. Even if there was no house edge, this strategy won't work either. The reason is because the casino likely has a bigger bankroll than you do. For example, let us say you have one dollar and are playing a penny ante game with the a casino who has one thousand dollars. It is likely that you will go bust first.

He has now changed his loan request into a ponzi.  He is obviously desperate - time no longer on his side.  Sad

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5123782.0

Yes, the nature of the "investment" that he describes makes little sense to me.

This can be seen as a loan (3 weeks 5-10%) or an investment (more, up to 8k I would say, brings marginal profit; still some more upwards to 15k but not as worthwhile).

What kind of investment has expected diminishing returns the more you invest?  Huh Doesn't make sense to me, but I'm not an investment expert either.
