your rate are not good at least ... for me. If you check on yobit, you can find an easily 0,2 % DAILY for a minimum investment of 0,01 btc. ROI prediction: Daily: 0.2% Weekly: 1.4% (+ little interest from past earning) Monthly: 6% (+ little interest from past earning) Yearly: 72% (+ little interest from past earning) Your ROI prediction: Daily: 0.06% Weekly: 0.425% Monthly: 1.695% Yearly: 20.35% So, probably most of people are scared to use this exchange, because they have a bad support, delist some coins without alert and so on... But personally I can trust more their service and not yours. Kind regards I don't think there is a need for this at all. If you won't trust his service then go through with it but not coming to advertise another service just to press home your point. I am not speaking for OP as what I am after is what he use those funds for and how he intends to make that return no matter how small, he should do what he can afford and not scam anybod and also in a case where the trades you make result in a loss, how do you intend to make it up to you clients?.

This is one key weakness I have with bitcoin because there is no way scammers can be gotten even those advanced countries that have specialised units for cyber crimes which bitcoin falls under the category, I don't see them dedicating quite an amount of their resources over a few thousands dollars and this is something that will be hard to implement couple with the fact that the culprit could be domiciled in another country.

IRS Now Has a Tool to Unmask Bitcoin Tax Cheats: http://www.thedailybeast.com/irs-now-has-a-tool-to-unmask-bitcoin-tax-cheats...Chainalysis, a startup offering its “Reactor” tool to visualize, track, and analyze bitcoin transactions. Chainalysis’ users include law enforcement agencies, banks, and regulatory entities.
The software can follow bitcoin as it moves from one wallet to another, and eventually to an exchange where the bitcoin user will likely cash out into dollars or another currency. This is the point law enforcement could issue a subpoena to the exchange and figure out who is really behind the bitcoin.I must admit that this is something I never see coming but government can to a large extent in other to implement an action and even force it but where the issue is, how would they know that the bitcoin address belongs to a US citizen because after they must have traced the bitcoin to the site and issue a subpoena then realise that it belongs to someone in far East Asia. Aside that, what if the exchange site does not have a location in the US or host its facility in the US how does it work?

The SEC report regarding the DAO token states that is was indeed a security and that the ICO providers and the investors themselves were violating federal securities laws. What happens legally if a token a US resident bought/sold in the past is classified as a security by the SEC in the future?
It actually depends on the provision of the law but most times, it is applied retrospectively and the modifications for that will be set out in the guideline however, I don't see any form of punishment in that regard since the law is just coming into action as that will haphazard situation. In conclusion, if the promoters of the tokens do the right thing I believe all will clear.

Ya many ICOs are not allowing US members to participate. Recently EOS didn't permitted US members, but all other for it's ICO. Should we take that as a sign of a scam, if they are not allowing US members to participate in any ICO?
Its not necessarily means that they have the intention to scam likewise we have seen some gambling sites that would nande you accept the condition that you are not a US citizen before using their service can we also say they are scams the reasons why some of the reputable ones is because of the paperworks which is not only money consuming but also time consuming in which at the end only a fraction of the US population might get interested in which case the cost had overshadowed the benefit of such.

Government of any country has only two options of either ignoring Bitcoin or legalizing it. Banning is certainly isn't a viable option. The reason being anything on internet isn't really easy to ban just like darkweb. It takes lots of government resource and time and thus isn't worthwhile. Also, government of any country can't afford to ban Bitcoin today when it's gaining important place in financial landscape. Thus, Bitcoin can be either legalized or not but can't be banned. Thus, it is ultimately legal in most of the countries and will stay the same. All what government can do is to reduce the dominance of bitcoin in market that is quite far from what situation is today.
I share in your point of view because at this time with the various breakthrough in technology where I could hide and browse the internet and it would show I am in Africa whereas I am in Europe. They would have no option than to come to the centre point which is regulation because trying to stop it will be a course of action with no end in sight or any breakthrough at that.

Masterluc a Legendary Bitcoin Trader now predicts that Bitcoin will reach $15,000 before the end of this year. What’s more, he believes that Bitcoin will reach a price of $40,000 - $110,000 by the end of this bull run. He gives a timeframe of 2019 for that price target.
While these numbers seem absolutely extraordinary, many traders have noted that the recent “bubble” doesn’t seem so bubbly after all. Bitcoin has not yet gone parabolic as it did at the end of previous bubble cycles. No guarantees
Of course, as any investing prospectus will tell you, past performance is no guarantee of future gains. It remains to be seen if masterluc is correct in his predictions. If--and it’s a big if--he is correct, there are going to be a lot more Bitcoin millionaires by 2019. Do You Agree?
If someone like him had to express an opinion on the direction of price, I tend to begin to think in that direction although not totally accepting rather than those wall street guys that will seat behind computers then read chats and come with a prediction. I would really want to know if his historical prediction has been accurate to some level before I begin to fully think in this direction.

Only a newbie who is just coming fresh into bitcoin and not only the forum, should be asked to prepare for a crash but unfortunately several people who been long enough and even aware display such level of ignorance. Everyday, I live with the possibility that a crash might happen and that's exactly what everyone should do and be prepared everyday and with that, you won't need to be notified of any preparation.

It did rise a fuck ton last weeks. Now segwit is in. What are they fueling the hypetrain with next? Time for a correction?
Instead of worrying about what "they" will do next, its either you wait for the actual thing to happen because no matter the outcome, you won't be satisfied in the sense that, you either say "they" are pumping or "they" are dumping. So, its high time you acting in the direction you want the price to go either higher or lower then we can classify you too as among the "they".

I have read somewhere that in order to get high ranks you must use good English when writing but I think that is not the case at all. I'm fed up with reading people I can barely understand. People who seem to be more worried about writing a certain number of comments rather than writing with clarity and quality. I comment on this here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2110355.40After the first comment, a guy who hasn't even read what I say (and who probably hasn't even read any comment) pours a shit instead of posting a comment: "Bitcoin have many advantage .But firstly you deside to which part you earn bitcoin.you can earn bitcoin from this forum. You need to follow some rules.Donot spam post always try give anything to this forum.you have also knowledge about english because english is international language.Finaly ragister an account this forum and try to posting or any comment .Never copy to other .you can earn bitcoin from trading. I hope anyone can choise any part earn bitcoin easily and reduce unemployment people.thanks" His status is full member. The two comments after that contain basic mistakes as well. Do you really think good English matters at all? I've only been here like a week but I think it doesn't matter at all. Although my English is quite good I'm not a native speaker so I was worried about my English but after seeing what I see every day I'm not worried any more. You have really made a valid point and that's is what is being faced on the forum every day and that is why concerted efforts are made to actually reduce to a barest minimum comments that are not constructive enough to be heard. And also that is the reason why we have several boards to take care of non-native speakers in other to express themselves but the work is still needs to be done and that's why you see report bottom on each post in other to help in your own way.

Since the cryptocurrencies, particularly the Bitcoin, has provided such a convenient way of trading and transacting basically anything, can we assume or speculate that it is now being used by some "elites" in the drug cartel? c",)
This is just like asking whether the people who engage in all his illicit affairs have not been carrying out their activities before bitcoin, or people have not been doing freelancing before bitcoin, these are fundament things that have been happening and if bitcoin serves as a currency it does not discrimate for users to use it. And if another currency comes out tomorrow and accepted then it will be used for all this purposes.

I still don't believe war will happen at least not now because if it will, with all the confrontations and the likes, it would have happened. And the reason why its only confrontation is because the war won't be about military might or about machines or war zones you don't need to be in the war front to be affected, it's something that will be coming in hard and affects everyone, then back the hands of time and all the negative effects which I am not sure any country can afford right now.

The President of the Philippines has been opposed by most of the big time officials in the country. Can he surpass all the Big Fish in the Philippines and survive the six years term?
The worst thing that would happen is that he won't win the next election but that he won't complete his term, that won't happen. Every government will come with its own opposition but how they handle it is what matters. He might have a lot of opposition but he will also have his own supporters and he has a good team managing him, they will fight back the attack by spinning all the oppositions to his advantage.

Something is happening right now that can kill Bitcoin BTC. BCC announced that they have lowered the difficulty of their algorithm. The consequence is that now it is more profitable for miners to mine BCC than BTC. 20% of the Miners moved to Bitcoin cash! If it continues like this, Bitcoin may become unusable. Transactions will become impossible or very long. Bloody times are coming. I have moved all my assets in fiat, waiting to see what is going to happen. If Bitcoin Cash wins, it will be a tsunami comparable to the bubble of the techno in 2000. What do you think? If the miners move to mine BCC, because of difficulty, then I don't see any serious businessman doing that sacrificing difficulty for profitability. Miners are in business to make profit and not to have it smooth because the smooth ways does not pay the bills and in this case, so far profitability is constant, then I see the miner keeping their business and if that is anything to go by, then when another fork happen they should also switch because of simplicity in mining.

Several things are possible, several things are equally not possible and this speculation is one of those things for BCH to equate bitcoin before the of August would then mean that a lot of people should start buying BCH to level up to bitcoin or a lot if people start dumping bitcoin to come down to the price of BCH and I don't see either happening not now and not in the future.

Bitcoin isn´t big/stong enough to really disturb government and big banks, probably a minor incovenience by now, we see some talks about regulation here and there, but nothing concrete.
But as it gets more popular and a direct impact in their operations start to appear, it´s reasonable to think action would be taken, even making it illegal.
Sure they won´t be able to seize our bitcoins, or stop transactions, but this won´t matter, the support and general belief will suffer major damage, price would crash to hardly recover ever again.
US took down major and global poker sites overnight due to suspicion of illegal activities around it, why should be different with bitcoin ?
When it comes to bitcoin, an outright ban have proven not to be effective and I don't see how that will because that will mean shutting the government from getting revenue from what could make money for them and giving a room for people to stash their funds elsewhere because only you break bitcoin technology or shut down the internet can stop it and a major crackdown will consume lots of resources. So, the best option is regulation which might be tough but still achievable.

When it comes to trading, the source of information for decision making is a key thing and I am always careful in doing that. In my own case when it becomes expedient to buy any coin, I just do for the low value ones that are currently valued at few satoshis that have no option than to increase in value then I sell and most times I follow my instinct in doing so.

Your phone number and chatting with you doesn't help anybody when you do a charge back, does it?
You're a noob with no rep, and people should think twice about doing a PP deal with you. Escrow won't even help.
thanks for your contribution. If anyone is interested hit me up. Anyone can contact you but I doubt if any person who knows how PayPal works will still contact you considering the fact that the moment the btc is sent, then there is no going back unlike PayPal which can be reversed even after the deal has been sealed couple with the other condition that you are a newbie who doesn't have any reputation to trade in this kind of deal anyway. Goodluck to getting someone patronise you.
