This is them on this very forum saying what contradicts with my CASE!

These last two screenshots of their own statement I quoted above, I believe you take it from this thread. Here, let me give you [almost] the whole statement that depicting their stance of these kind of cases even better,

[...]

In order to continue the exchange or return the money, we must make sure that the funds were received honestly, as well as get all the information about the source of the funds received. If the client for some reason cannot provide us with information about the source of the funds received, then he can contact the law enforcement authorities of his country to initiate a criminal case, this will greatly simplify the process of dealing with the incident.

We do not request KYC, as we value the confidentiality of our customers, but only information about the source of the funds received. It is easy to prove the honesty of receiving funds by providing the requested data. If the user has nothing to do with the crime and did not know that the funds he received were criminal, then we have no reason to withhold these funds.

Send it to their customer service, say that it's their own statement and stance, and point it out that you met every criteria they set themselves: you received the fund honestly [through some web designing work], the source of the fund is a payment for your work, that's proven from the intensive and intrusive proof-of-convesation they asked, and that you have zero idea that the fund is being involved with a crime, given you'll quite likely not asking each of your customer something like, "is this money legal?"

Point it out to their customer service too that they probably violate their own statement of valuing confidentiality when they ask for your telegram details.
862  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🔥🔥 BC.GAME - CASINO AND SPORTSBOOK | $1,000 GIVEAWAY LIVE! 🔥🔥🔥 on: January 24, 2024, 05:55:55 PM
Hmm... situation with atomicarthur seems to raise unnecessary noise and discussion, given we gave about half a page talking about it. Let's put an end to this, I'll notify BC.Game Support, have him take a look and see what actually happens. I am sure if he told us the whole story and what happened to him really happens [that he can't withdraw his fund from survey, and no other factor being involved], it's a simple misunderstanding that can be sorted out very quickly. Unless... there's more to it than what's told.

Firstly, a sincere thank you to everyone for your active involvement, valuable feedback, and the time you've invested.

I'm glad to announce that verifiers have been successfully integrated into every PF game. You can now easily verify the fairness of each game by accessing the codepen.io link provided in the game settings.

We kindly request you to test it and share your feedback with us. Your insights are greatly appreciated and are of significant importance to the FortuneJack Team.

Cheers,

I see that verification has been added to all of the games. I will be testing them out tomorrow.

However, All my past bets on all of the games have been deleted/cleared. Unable to verify any of my past games. Kinda strange huh?  Huh

https://imgur.com/a/fgsIWQ8

Is it just the ones from Orbital's bet or every single past bets on FJ, from every game provider, are not retrievable? Perhaps it's a temporary issue when they tried to add the new script of PF into their system.
864  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit stole my withdrawal… please help on: January 24, 2024, 10:49:32 AM
If you were talking to support and were advised to wait 30 days to reactivate, then it sounds like you already knew about the self exclusion. Then once you were not able to reactivate the account, you decided to break the ToS. Correct me if I'm wrong?

He was so eager to play again that he decided to not wait any longer and try with a new account. I'd blame the addiction in this case.
Why would you deposit without asking support first if the account is still locked by mistake or if there's an issue?

Weren't there any other casinos where you could play while waiting for an answer from Rollbit's support?

For your ex girlfriend to have access to your gambling account login details then she must possibly have access too to verification request details and could have completed the process for the account closure without you knowing. I mean  both guess is possible following your explanation. If I were you and knowing about what my ex had done, upon receiving a message to wait for the 30 days intervals as given by the casino I would have just done so not to go against their ToS. Or maybe you're one of those gamblers that can't go a day without gambling which would have been the reason why your ex girlfriend took the action without your notice.

This is an interesting angle of this case.
What if your girlfriend tried to play and was banned and then said that she requested you to be excluded? What if she was lying to you?
Have you ever thought about this OP?

That is not the case here. Razer had replied on the other thread [Yogee quoted the reply here] and explained the situation from their side. He checked the account's history and confirmed that the account was locked because it asked for self exclusion, so his ex did not tried to play and got banned, she [assuming she really exist and was not just OP's attempt to annul his own self-exclusion commitment] did ask for the exclusion.

Second, based from the screenshot shared on OP's "main thread", he did not mention his GF on his initial exchange of communication from his first account when it got banned, only on this second one, when it got banned. Logically, when someone was in this kind of situation, they will not forget or left out that kind of important information, they'll brought it up, like, "it was my girlfriend who asked for it, not me, it was a mistake."

Third [and although it's arguably too premature to arrive at this conclusion, given it's just a few days] OP was not active for three days after the situation that applies, and will be adhered, being explained to him. If he really is not asking for that exclusion himself, and then made this thread and that girlfriend excuse on his moment of weakness, I think he'll be more motivated to pursue this case.

So, all signs point to a very likely possibility that OP did ask for the exclusion himself, and then made the excuse when he tried to walk away from the self-imposed restriction. It seems the case is as good as resolved.

I appreciate the effort to keep the forum updated about this and promptly push Orbital to provide their PF script once asked. It shows sign of professionalism.

OP, can you help us confirm if this issue with Orbital's game is solved and their game can now be verified? I'll mark the case as resolved with your confirmation
867  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Wolf.bet blocked my account on: January 23, 2024, 10:07:20 AM
Balance amount 1131$

My deposit has been withdrawn 794$

This is the amount of your initial deposit? They allow this amount to be withdrawn and not your total fund because they stick to their findings? And as it's now withdrawn, you consider this case as resolved, or what?

And oh, if you still consider this unresolved, please attach proof as many has asked. Without it, I will have to mark this as "invalid" on the list.

There were several deposits, I lost them and deposited a total of $794. Here is their latest message, they blocked me from logging into my account. There are no representatives here. Who can help me?

Umm... actually, a much more proof won't hurt, like your email exchange with them [please censor sensitive information], etc. But, did you err... do anything funny with your betting as they accuse you of? Mind to tell us a bit about it? Everything on this thread seems rather... not detailed.

All things considered, given they're currently not active on this forum, you can try an arbitrator. I think AskGamblers will help on this matter. Mind that they will ask for detailed proof and their ruling will be considered as final and binding to both parties.

Edit: their representative was online today and had a PM with me regarding other thread. I notified them about this thread. Mind to wait a little, in case they're looking into your situation? In the mean time, adding supporting evidence like screenshots to back up your story won't hurt.
868  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [scam] Yas.bet refusing withdrawal after verification on: January 23, 2024, 09:57:58 AM
I was reviewing cases and quite surprised that this one was not resolved yet [actually, I am more surprised on how do I missed updates about this case]. I see that JeromeTash raised a type-1 flag against them... I think OP can raise a type-2 or 3 considering the situation.

Anyway, I am marking this thread as unresolved on my list, and supporting the flag.

Yes no word from them at all. How would I go about doing that?

Raising a type-2 [or type-3] flag? Or to support Jerome's flag?

To support his flag, simply click the link and press "support", and then "confirm".

To raise your own flag, the shorter explanation will be to simply click this link and everything else is self-explanatory. Type-2 is the implied agreement and type-3 is the written contract. You can choose whichever you see fit.

The longer explanation:

  • Go to their trust page, accessible from their profile
  • Scroll down to the "New Feedback" section
  • In line with the "Negative", at the end of it, there is a link to "add a flag"
  • Choose which flag you want to raise
  • You'll need three DT's support for type-2 and type-3 flag to be active, and one DT's support for type-1

Note that a flag can not be deleted. You can read more about flag here, and ask for a support/opposition for that said flag here.

870  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Wolf.bet not paying out winnings (at the moment) on: January 23, 2024, 09:35:28 AM
Happy to hear that they find no problem in your betting history and in your account, and that you can finally withdraw your fund. Mark this as resolved by editing the first post's title, and lock this thread to prevent meaningless discussion. The button to lock a thread is located at the lower left corner of this page.

Lastly, just to make it clear, for your future reference, and to reiterate, it was not the casino that took a [relatively] long time to perform an investigation, it's the provider. Thus, avoiding the casino as you mentioned two posts above made little to no sense. It won't make much difference whether you play on this casino or other --probably bigger ones-- if the provider asks for investigation, they'll have to comply and let the provider take as long as they need to finish the investigation
871  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coins.game CONFISCATING all my winnings (268mbtc) on: January 22, 2024, 09:48:17 AM
While we would like to provide evidence, doing so would expose our investigative methods and potentially enable individuals to bypass our system.

You can send your proofs to a trusted member to avoid any future problems. As it is now, it seems that you simply confiscated user funds which is not acceptaple.

To me, user bets are normal and he deserves to paid every penny.

Bad idea. It will only be a burden for that trusted member to verify the claim, not to mention they probably doesn't have a way to verify it. This is a sport-related bets, thus CasinoGuru are quite unlikely to be willing to facilitate a mediation. I've taken a peek and see that Coins is on AskGamblers.

Gekke, I am sure you already know how to raise a complaint on their platform.
872  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit unfairly made me forfeit my withdrawals on: January 22, 2024, 09:42:37 AM
Holy, thank you for your assistance in this matter. This is correct my ex closed the account, falsely claiming a gambling issue. I was never informed about not being able to open other accounts. After the mandatory 21-day wait, I found out the account was permanently closed when I contacted support. Unaware of the multiple account rule, I created a new one. I of course wouldn't have deposited funds if I knew they'd be forfeited. Despite them detecting my account, they allowed me to play and deposit until I requested a withdrawal. If they won't honor my winnings, they should at least refund my initial deposits.

Suppose we entertain that idea as what actually happened, that your girlfriend requested a self-exclusion for her reason to delete your account, there is not much that Razer or any of Rollbit's staff can do.

Responsible Gambling --and within it, Self Exclusion-- is something that should not be taken lightly by any casino. And on this case, Rollbit did not. They couldn't know for sure, nor has any means to verify, if the one requesting self-exclusion was your ex and not you yourself during a short moment of clarity, and this is not a relapse. As such, it'll be a wiser step for them to consider that the request was made by you and this is a moment of relapse. Thus, the exclusion stays.

As for the deposit, it was not returned to you because it was in line with the terms agreed upon your exclusion. Be it you the one accidentally left them on read, or your ex that read the message while she's pretending to be you [and the assumption that should be hold by Rollbit here is that your ex doesn't exist, and that you're the one submitting self-exclusion, and thus, the message was left on read by you], the terms for post-exclusion has been communicated
873  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Wolf.bet not paying out winnings (at the moment) on: January 21, 2024, 10:56:28 AM
Though they've not being online for months, I'll try notifying their representative and made them aware about this issue, but I doubt that they can do a lot about it. As nicely explained, the one doing investigation is the game provider, it's out of their hand, all they can do is pursuing the provider to finish the investigation.

Rest assured that if you do everything is within the line, they will not confiscate your winning.
874  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit unfairly made me forfeit my withdrawals on: January 21, 2024, 09:50:25 AM
Let's see if I get this correctly, when your ex-girlfriend pretended to be you and asked for a closure for your account, she did it by requesting self-exclusion? And based on the screenshots with Rollbit's live support [re-uploaded below], you mentioned about it just now, when the issue of this second account arise, and not when you had the first account closed and you reached to them by email?

Edit: I see that you also have another thread about this matter in gambling board, which later moved to this section. Going to read that thread too as it has more discussion, and then sticking to this thread.

Edit 2: finished reading that thread. I've sent Razer a PM, notifying him about the existence of this situation and both thread, and asked him to look into that first account, see if it's indeed was a self-exclusion [kinda moot, but let's make sure everything is done properly]. I am encouraging you to focus the discussion in one thread, either this one or that, instead of having it on both and make everything rather hard to follow.
875  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Partially Resolved] Rollbit scams me for over $20k on: January 20, 2024, 09:06:53 PM
I notice that although you've got your fund back and account reactivated, as well as a thorough discussion with Razer, you choose to mark the thread as "partially resolved". Is there other issue that is not yet addressed?

Yes I got the withdrawal, and then redeposit the amount. This reaffirms my trust on the site.

I marked the thread as partially resolved, because I still wait for reimbursement of RLB-USD conversion fee as agreed by Razer.
At the beginning I wold told to liquidate and withdraw ASAP. Thus I had to sell RLB, which is not what I did want.
However, Razer resolves the situation amicably and allow me to continue using the site. Thus I need to re-buy RLB which causes 0.5% each way traded, in a total of 1% fee of traded volume.
This is approximately $110-$120.

Razer mentioned that he will afk so I expect this will be fully resolved after he has checked back the ticket on Rollbit.
I will then mark as completed (resolved) when the fee is fully reimbursed.

I hope in the future Rollbit manages this type of case differently, at least by a normal support either in chat or email.
Losing by playing games is one thing, but if a player wakes up and everything is forfeited is simply a different story.
I continue to hold RLB and their V1 bot as my show of support and trust. I do hope that they are succeed and continue good operation.
[...]

I believe this is not how they commonly respond to inquiries about a situation happen to their customers. A quick stroll through the back of my mind for past cases, I think mostly they inform their customer about the violation made before they even ask, or will be more than glad to provide the information upon being asked, excepting the ones where they are waiting for confirmation or investigation from the providers.

I think your case has an oversight, which also why I immediately asked Razer if he can spare some of his time during this weekend to look into it and tell us a bit more, and done in a very short time.

I have updated the thread to "Resolved".
Razer has reimbursed $250 which cover the fees I mentioned.

Anyway, he apologize for the invonvenience you experienced and clears your issues and points of discussion very nicely. With both sides declaring the don't have any issue, and I can see that the thread's title has been marked as resolved, it'll be better to lock this thread and keep it away from any further meaningless discussion.

OP, the lock button is at the lower left of this page. Do you mind to lock it?

I'll edit my entry to better reflect this situation

Is that all they explained or do they give a specific reason and/or pointing you out to a clause in their ToS that they consider breached and put you on ban? Let me try to get Razer to look into your case and get a clearer assessment behind your issue.

I've tried to ask for specific reason for over 3 attempts.
However, they only state that I "abused their game".

This is the only thing they say despite my repeated questions.

OK, I've notify Razer and add this to the list. I asked him to look into the reason behind your banning. Can you provide your username? It might help him to track your case and get to the bottom of it easier.

879  Economy / Reputation / Re: Obvious Merit Scammer / Merit Buyer created a “Raffle” thread lol on: January 20, 2024, 10:12:53 AM
I have gone through this topic shared above but seems to be edited and when I tried to read from people's comment it seems to be merits buying, to me which looks very bad and isn't allowed to buy merits rather you can be more creative and constructive to receive them when you make some good comments. Then your title isn't corresponding to what you just posted here maybe try to change it as the first user already suggested.

The title has been changed since my suggestion, and describe the situation nicely; "Merit Buyer created a "raffle" thread".

The whole idea lies in him trying to show interest in organizing a raffle draw but has no proof of funds to back it up, then the other side of the story is someone try to accuse him of phishing for merits, to me, I see this as two opposite things, I don't even think you can earn merits like that for organizing a raffle draw except people have tested you and see how true you sound in what you offers, secondly, the forum is not liable to stand for you for any offer you do or receive, you're on your own, including your participation in any signature campaigns, ensure you make research before starting anything here, scam is not moderated here, it's not a force to engage on a raffle, it's by choice.

The whole idea was him trying to earn merit by having a raffle contest. The entry for that raffle is by meriting his post. This is just a merit buying with extra step... or... less step. The other side of the story is someone calling this attempt out. No one phish anyone.

@holydarkness I'm not trying to step on your toes. Just want to get my own question out of the way for ratings since they are new and don't have much to go by. As said above, I don't want to be unfair to Coins.game so a reply by them is important.

I'm wearing a steel-toed boots, no need to worry about stepping on my toes.

OP, have you tried to explain to them that your nationality is different from your residency? IIRC you're a Dutch? Netherland is one of their restricted country, is it possible they assumed you're accessing from Netherland due to the ID you submitted to them for KYC and tried to bypass geo-restriction by VPN, oblivious that you're currently in German?

Anyway, I'll add this to the list as well as trying to notify their representative. This will be the first time I am in touch with them, so I have no idea about their response time. Fingers crossed.
