881  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you stand to gain from the bull run. on: February 21, 2024, 11:18:26 PM
There's always a reason why someone procrastinates when in accumulation. Some unexpected life events might have occurred and that's delaying the purpose of their money for buying Bitcoin.

What if bitcoin corrects 20% this time, you sell everything on the way to the top, won't buy back on the way down and the run up resumes, leaving you behind? You'll milk yourself, or other bulls milk you and leave you behind.
This is what pretty much happening nowadays. When someone buys at the top and then the market corrects and then there's nothing left anymore. It's best to DCA and just plan your stay for a longer time before you sell.
882  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is your advised for being a trader? on: February 21, 2024, 10:54:09 PM
One thing I would say is don't follow any group signal. They basically use us to profit themselves and get out of there quickly.
I might say the same advice for those that are trying to be a trader. They're going to milk a lot of money from you when you're ignorant of the sides of the crypto market. Even the news that you can get freely, they're going to send it to you just for them to have something to signal to you.
That's not even worth it at all and that's why if you happen to see people advertising some signals group, avoid them because they're not going to help you grow on this market and what they'll take from you is your money and after that you're a thrash to them.
883  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What memecoins are you holding atm? on: February 21, 2024, 10:20:06 PM
nobody is confident while it comes to buying memecoin. As there's no roadmap, no fundamentals for memecoin, so there's no way yo justify it. Most of memecoins play with people emotion. Only "HOPE" of getting Huge profit drive s people to buy memecoin. I don't like shitcoins but as dogecoin is popular enough, that's why i just hold a few amount of doge to experience what will happen in bull run
I have the chance to buy a lot of dogecoin before but I was too hesitant. I've bought some and did sold it eventually because I thought that it's not going to make sense if I hold that for a long time. If I was just too lazy during that time and managed to sold it at the ATH, I've bagholded probably a lot of profit that I can use for anything that I want but most likely, I'll use that money to buy more bitcoin and that's the typical strategy of an investor on this space.
884  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Quick profit is the only reason why we invest in Altcoins on: February 21, 2024, 09:31:57 PM
If you think there is any other reasons that makes investors put their money in altcoins feel free to share. I would love to know.
That's the realest answer and all is about the profit. Forget about the technology and potential, all of us share common interest in investing into altcoins and that's about the profit. There's no need for us to have some other reasons just because we're supporting a project or not but in the end, it's all about the money matters and the profits that we can make. So with that, it's realizing that many investors don't really invest because they see it as something good in the future but as long as they can make money from it, that's where everyone is investing.
885  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lost Bitcoin on: February 21, 2024, 08:53:19 PM
If there will be some changes then it's going to fuck up the whole network and many will lose trust to blockchain itself. And that's why satoshi has made it clear that lost coins are considered donation to the community and you should accept that fact because it is not going to change and the consensus tells us that there won't be any change that will happen although discussions are there and it's being talked about but it doesn't make sense anymore.
886  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins profits or bank profits, which best? on: February 21, 2024, 08:26:27 PM
A profit is a profit. The lower the risk - the lower the reward. Everyone resides for themselves on how much they want to risk their money.
Yes, both of them as long as they're profit, that's the best thing that you'll ever have. So, it doesn't matter what profit you're getting if it's from the altcoins, bitcoin or from the banks. As long as you're consolidating these things and you're in profit, that's what is the important thing. Because we're here to invest and not to just lose the money we have earned. But to grow and make profit from it, there are people that are risk takers and invests in altcoins and there are the conservative that invests or deposits only to the banks.
887  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Seeking Advice ‼️ on: February 21, 2024, 07:50:36 PM
5 is like a lot and if you don't have an idea on what you're going to buy better to start with Bitcoin. And from there, you'll get to have 2-3 more altcoins that you may want to invest. Still, your good decision will depend on how much effort and time you'll be investing in knowing what's the best altcoins that you'll invest. It's not just about the amount and I don't think that diversifying too much is a good thing. Sometimes it's too overrated and might cause you confusion on what you actually want on this market.
888  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Share Your Thoughts on the Recent Crypto Price Drop on: February 21, 2024, 07:22:55 PM
For beginners, don't be panic.  This may be your first time and you will experience it again and again.  My advice, stick to your analysis and pay attention to the trend.  If you stick to your analysis, you don't need to worry at all.
Always get to know the latest news because that's how you're going to take advantage of it. When there are some bad news regards to the market, you'd see if they have already affected the market or specifically, the coin that you're holding. So, with these drops that we have, there's a reason for it and that's what you need to know about them. Just like what we're experiencing now, look at the reason through searching it what might be the cause of this sudden dump.
889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][EMC] Eloncoin - Mars, here we come!! 🚀 - POS Energy Efficient. on: February 21, 2024, 06:44:13 PM
On my wallet, the network was stuck on January 2024 as there's only one or two active in the network but it isn't updating. Unlike when I updated months ago, it was easy and quick to update to the latest block. Maybe there's a problem on that part or technically, there's something to get fixed?
890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin season coming soon? on: February 21, 2024, 06:18:00 PM
The excitement in the altcoins market at this time is not so visible as it was in 2023 so most investors think it is not the best time.
It's more visible this time IMO because if you're looking for the sign, once Ethereum pumps, then majority of the altcoins are also going to come along with it.

However since altcoins are a very large market, it is very important to save altcoins if you want to get more profit in bullish markets.
But not all of them are gonna be worth of your money.

Also don't focus only on bitcoin because if it goes down again then you have to waste big time. Also the long term savings process does not require much caution as high level tokens are best for this reason.
If you don't know how the altcoins play in the market, it's best for a newbie to stick with Bitcoin until gets familiarized on how it goes with the altcoins market.
891  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum price approaches $3k on: February 21, 2024, 05:47:00 PM
Analysts at the company predicted a 50% chance that a spot Ethereum ETF will be approved by MAY and a near-certain chance that such a fund will be approved within one year.
There is a chance but I don't think that chance will be more than 5%. There's still an uncertainty with that approval and that's why if that analyst thinks that it's up for that approval, it's best not to think that it will even get an approval. Take the example of Bitcoin. It took years before it had even got an approval but maybe they've applied principles from that experience for it to get approved. But as for me, I don't think that it's going to get approved.
892  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: JASMY - worth investing? on: February 21, 2024, 05:12:15 PM
Been a while since I even thought about Jasmy and noticed today it has pumped 100% this last week.

Anyone holding at all? Current price is $0.01 and hoping it can reach at least $0.25 this bull run.
Since one year ago, it's near to 100% increase. But I am not impressed with its chart. Look at how deep the dip was and I don't think that there will be some recovery that will make it at ATH. With your price target, it's better if you'll decrease it a bit because you'll never know if that will be reached during the altcoins season. The high of it was during the launch time and note that it was also the bull run, so you think if it's going to be able to pass and be on that price.

Lets see what happens - I think it reaching $0.25 this bull run is possible but I will start taking profits @ $0.05.
That's possible but the most important part that you must do is to check about taking profits. No matter how high it can be back for this bull run if you don't have target prices then you're mostly wasting your time. And that's the reason why you should check it out upon doing so. So, if it's close to that target price of yours, sell. And as you observe, you have to wait until the right time comes if it's going to exceed on that part or not.
893  Economy / Economics / Re: Is increase in minimum wage a good method to fight inflation? on: February 20, 2024, 11:36:52 PM
Increase in minimum wage can help in some certain extend but can't fight against inflation fully, when the price of goods keeps increasing weekly due to poor economy structure workers still can't cope even with an increase in wages.
Yes, it can help but that's the end of the help that you can get from the government and with your employer. After having an increase, that's all going to be your own battle and you need to fight against it on your methods that you know. Looking for side hustles and other ways to increase your income will help you deal with inflation. That's what will set as the reality that you have to come together along with the inflation and also with your expenses so as your cash flow.

895  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do you think are the best crypto to invest in today before the halving? on: February 20, 2024, 10:45:56 PM
Which do you think are the best before the halving? Im a little lost with all coins there are....Thanks
Are, so you are asking for many altcoins. Honestly, everything can pump after Bitcoin's halving and that makes it one of the reasons why it's best to invest in Bitcoin because there's a sureness that it won't get any dump soon. But as part of many plans out there, many think that it's already too late to invest in Bitcoin because you just don't want to get ahead of it and you see some possible ideas that it's going to happen with altcoins that they might pump as much as they can.
896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum gas fee on: February 20, 2024, 10:15:57 PM
It simply means demand. Despite that there has been scalability issues ever since with Ethereum, it's still being liked by its major community. You see that despite that there have been some other chains that are supporting the other altcoins, there's still a huge demand for it.
Because if there is none to little, it only means that the fees will come down. It's been so long since I've transacted with Ethereum or with an ERC20 token because I am dismayed with the fees so if there's an alternative network, I choose that.
897  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Opinions on the Pi network on: February 20, 2024, 09:45:51 PM
Stop your interest in this coin. All were promises but never been delivered. But it's all on you guys, it's your time that you're wasting. Yes, you may not spend any amount on this coin.

Why would one project take such a long time to be rolled out? Users have done KYC as well. People have given up on this project after waiting for such a long time and I am on of them.
It's because that they are not legit. They have collected KYC and identities of people in return of their promises but then, the people that have complied for it gets nothing and still hopes that someday that they'll be rewarded by this project.
898  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Coin suspension on: February 20, 2024, 09:19:24 PM
What happens when a coin is suspended? How long does it take for binance to release from suspension?
So as said by the people above, there won't be any activities anymore for those coins that have been suspended by Binance or any exchange. Do you see any coin that has been suspended and you have been holding that coin on Binance?

Especially from conversion.
AFAIK, you can't even convert the small amounts into BNB if it is suspended. And that's why if it's allowed to withdraw, you gotta withdraw that and sell it somewhere else or with another exchange.
899  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Rise of Blockchain Gaming on: February 20, 2024, 08:49:52 PM
You know, I remember that during the craze of NFT games. You'd see games that have bad graphics but at first has been in demand because of the rewards they give to their player investors. That's the thing for them during that time and the quality was terrible and I don't know if those type of games are still existing nowadays or they've probably already sinked together with the bear market after that craze.
I think we can't even call those things games. They were just static, dumb point and click websites worse than browser games from the beginning of 2000's. These websites you mentioned were developed by scammers who never had legit intentions of creating real games, since those platforms worked on the same concept of Ponzi schemes, where early investors were able to make huge profit in short time intervails, but the ones coming late just lost money, and the demand for the site went to zero right after.

But thinking about old 2000's browser games, I think it could be an idea blockchain gaming developers to try introducing again on the internet. Maybe real time city building games such as Travian, Tribal Wars, Ikariam, Grepolis could work nicely giving players the chance of earning money from it, while also investing money on it to grow their cities and empires through a cryptocurrency. In fact, developers don't even need to create a native token. If they just adopted Bitcoin, it would be great already.
Well, they try to make it as a game because you can click, move, etc. And you're right that they're just making it as if a game but the system for their reward is like a ponzi scheme. These developers are clever but good thing when the bear market has arrived, many of them have been stopped and didn't do well anymore. By that means, most of them have probably sold already their tokens and left the players so sad with a lot of losses having that faith with their development.
900  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is investing in altcoin futures a good idea? on: February 20, 2024, 08:20:11 PM
Hi guys, do you think investing in altcoin futures is a good idea?
As long as you know what it is and you've made your DYOR.

Which altcoins do you think are best for this? I appreciate all the help Smiley
Ethereum is the top choice if it's with the altcoins. But you know that people think that it's more profitable to get into altcoins and that's how they do it. So, if you're looking for any altcoins you want to invest, invest also in time in researching so that you're going to have an idea if it's a good investment or not.
