901  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i make 100 $ daily from online casinos on: May 02, 2023, 07:49:17 PM
It's been awhile I try daily to make profit

Stake casino mostly mines

But it take back profit.. I have 2k balance.. is there method

To get 100 $ per day

It's all about creating value.

To get $100 per day you could start creating things that people might be interested in buying.

For example, posters, ebooks, courses, apps, etc. Eventually, if you make good ones, people will pay for those, and you might end up with more than $100 per day.

If you are simply putting money in a casino you are not creating value. The casinos created something of value for you (the entertainment or the idea you will get rich), and you pay for it, not the other way around.

I couldn't agree more, but that is quite tricky especially if you don't have the required skills/talent to do it because these things can't be learned overnight. Besides, I doubt if the OP is still interested with those ideas or with our opinions because I don't really think that the OP still visits this thread after posting the question where he seems asking what method or way could he earn $100 per day while gambling.
902  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: May 02, 2023, 05:27:54 PM
Well, in that part you have a complete reason, I saw that fight with the full intention that Pacquiao could give one of those explosive Demonstrations to which we were Accustomed, but I don't know what happened to the Filipino, maybe at that moment it was not thinking more in politics than in anything else, that fight was really a shame, I'm sure that if Pacquiao had Trained a little harder he would have won the fight easily, there are times when athletes trust only their talent and don't train or not they work to improve and be more efficient, and things like that happen.

He mentioned that he was having problems with his foot after the fight, which affected his movement. Pacquiao is known for his quickness, but he wasn't as quick when he fought Ugas, so it's clear that he was telling the truth. However, upsets can happen in boxing, so we can't discount the possibility that Donaire could lose for any number of reasons.
Yes, is that Pacquiao shouldn't have fought like that, also at that moment Ugas could beat him, and then when Pacquiao lost to him, the frustration of feeling that age was not helping him, that there is much more competition, that he gave up winning from a boxer who was not so Famous, that partly makes a boxer say or say himself that he is no longer the same as before, and that Influenced him to retire, it is not necessary to do an interview to see what It actually went through his head in his thoughts, more or less I think that would be what he concluded, and it is easier to do ezexhibition fights.

Apart from the foot problems that he was facing, at that time, Manny Pacquiao was already busy on his schedule as in the same time, he was also campaigning for the presidential seat in the Philippines which gave him a fewer time to prepare against Ugas instead having a long-break to only focus on his preparations towards his incoming fight.

Which did not really him a lot towards in the day of the fight because Yordenis Ugas successfully upset the Filipino champ and took the WBA Super World belt with him.
903  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 02, 2023, 03:45:59 PM
...but when it comes to Lakers vs Warriors, it's a series I am not entirely sure about.

You're exactly not alone with that, the best of 7 games between the Warriors and the Lakers will put up a mystery to the people's head because we really don't know who got the upper hand. I mean, sure, on paper, the Warriors are truly a good roster that is almost unfathomable with now Kevon Looney who is exceptional in guarding the paint. But we know that it's not about who's guarding the rim, it's about which team will have a better performance to bring the team a W at the end of the day.
904  Economy / Speculation / Re: What if BTC won't see ATH again? on: May 01, 2023, 12:38:50 PM
Quote from: Nrcewker
BTC are destined to rise in price. The reason for which I am so confident about this statement is because Bitcoins are limited in numbers, and the rise among people to acquire Bitcoins is increasing. Currently the price and marketcap is enough to prove that Bitcoins will rise. So I would say, don’t greed and think more, whenever price falls just try to accumulate as many Bitcoins as you can and hold it for long term. Definitely we will see an ATH price this year.

I agree with you, because there is a hope that the price of Bitcoin will break record this year 2023 to hit $70,000 or $80,000 for those that invested some years ago to embrace the opportunity to make a huge amount of profits from their long term holding. Many people thought something like this last year that gave many Long term investors and short term investors to used all their strength and energy to get money to purchase potential coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum in the lower price and hold before they really them for sale last month when the price increased higher in the market to make a good income at the moment.

Might we see a huge pump this year but I would say that I don't reach for another ATH this year. As I recall on the previous bull run where the price of Bitcoin reach its new ATH it was 4 years after the last 2017 ATH. And trying to count it, it was predicted to have a rally 2 years from now (2025). If we can see the price of Bitcoin will reach $70k, therefore, I would say that the market had really changing fast.
I hope I was wrong but this is what I see in the market now and this is based on the previous market record.
905  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you blame someone for your gambling losses? on: April 28, 2023, 08:21:55 PM
snipped

Could this be a case of making someone pay for what they didn't eat or a case of double standard.

Bet as you can sustain and not allow your emotions have a better part of you.

First, gambling is a personal choice, obviously for me, I would not blame anyone for the losses caused because of my gambling activity.

In the case stated by @OP, I do not think there is a chance for this mother and son to get away of fraud since they admit the fault at the end.  Honestly the news is somehow confusing.  The lack of details how the event happens and how these mother and child ended up pleading guilty.  This is another case of poorly written news report IMO.  There should be the initial state of the case, a short information of the development of the case, the turn of events or proof that lead how this mother and child ended up pleading guilty.  But there is none.

Maybe the reason why the mother and son pleaded guilty was because they got no other choice but to make a plea in-order to have a shorter jail time rather than making the processes much longer until they will be found guilty beyond unreasonable doubt. It was just a mistake on their part because instead of facing the consequences themselves as they are the ones who initiated the actions, they instead blamed someone else for the mistake they did.
906  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: April 28, 2023, 07:48:19 PM
I found some interesting article that might be interest some users here especially Filipinos. By the way, this is article is not really connect in the 2023 playoffs that we are currently enjoying now.

This is for the Filipino basketball players who aspires that someday they can play professionally inside the NBA, and of course, for the Filipino NBA fans out there that can't wait to see and watch a full-blooded Filipino basketball player playing inside the NBA.

Quote
NBA deputy commissioner Mark Tatum said "it's only a matter of time" before a homegrown Filipino player makes it to the NBA.

The key, he said, is identifying the correct pathway and tapping the right talent early on.

Speaking to a group of local media at the league's Manila headquarters, Tatum -- who is in town for the FIBA World Cup draw on Saturday -- said programs like Jr. NBA and Basketball Without Borders are in place to make it happen.
https://www.espn.ph/basketball/story/_/id/36303143/nba-deputy-commissioner-mark-tatum-only-matter-filipino-plays-nba

This might be it because deputy commissioner Tatum himself is giving away some signs that maybe in the future a pure blooded Filipino is nearing to play in the NBA. Talking about that, Kai Sotto might be the nearest candidate to achieve that history for the Philippine people but I'm not that certain if he will enter his name in the upcoming 2023 Draft because the last update I know about him is that he is joining Japan B. League (JBL).
907  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: April 28, 2023, 06:52:27 PM
Yes, Tank is better than Garcia. This should not only silence Garcia in trash-talking against Tank, he should also be silenced in some of his arrogant trash-talks about him being the king, having been defeated by no other boxer, etc. He is defeated. He is even knocked out. And the knock out was humiliating in a sense because he was the one who refused to stand up, even if it was impossible to stand up. That is already something to some fans and opponents.

Although we can say now that Garcia is not on Tank's level, I really wonder where Garcia now if he hadn't faced all those challenges in his life which distracted his focus on boxing and affected his entire career.
Nah, he'll be alright. He didn't look disappointed after the fight, and he knew inside that Tank is really a tough fighter and that he could lose. We hate him because of his trash-talking ability, but in reality, that's what you call effective marketing on his side. So let's just hope for the best for Garcia, who suffered his first defeat. I'm confident that he'll come back strong soon!

I think Ryan should change his trainer he put up a very bad game plan, Roy Jones summarizes it by questioning who told Ryan to stalk a puncher like Davis, is it Goosen his trainer or he just acted on his own, Ryan has to change the way he boxes the head is always stationary he has a big left hook fighter who lacks ring generalship.
I believe Ryan still has a future in boxing but it is hard for him to be as great as his idol Manny Pacquiao, he will meet another highly technical boxer with a good ring generalship and power punch in the future and he should prepare for it, now he knows what's like to fight in a big fight like this, he is 0 title against a guy who is 12 - 0 in a title fight, so the result is pretty obvious.

That's what I have thought as well, maybe Goosen did a poor job on training or at least putting up a strategy on this fight against Davis. Although in the pre fight conference, he said that they have plan A and plan B.

However, we don't know if Ryan bypass it and just went with his own strategy which is to stalk a puncher like Tank and that his is downfall. His family is pretty close to Goosen though, then know each other so not sure if the Garcia's will look for another trainer or not. Remember that he was under the wing of Reynoso before he shift to Goosen in his last 3 fights.

Taking this loss as a good learning path to his career,

so instead of changing trainer better to try finding what's lacking him and adjust to be more prepared in case he will face another fighter with the same level as Tank or possible if a rematch may take place.

Improving needs time and it will be a good timing for him and Goosen to work it out and try to focus and stay
with what's the fight plan if in case he tries using his own strategy.

Yes indeed no need to change his trainer since he will adjust on new learnings again so better improve things that needed to work on. Its just one lost and he can still work more with that to learn a lot of things om what he experience from davis, he need to grow up since that fight reminds him that there are more better fighter than him.
Improvement really takes time but Garcia is talented fighter so for sure he can adjust and became more wiser after his unfortunate match.

Well, I think both Ryan Garcia and Goosen made a mistake because they didn't prepared for that fight well but they expected a different outcome. Goosen should've planted into Ryan Garcia's thick head that he should use his size advantage because Tank Davis will definitely have a hard time landing a good clean punch if he cannot reach Ryan, but what happened was the exact opposite because it's Ryan who adjusted to give Tank the control of the fight, which explains why Tank didn't have any hard time giving Ryan a good counter punch that knocked him down in two separate rounds.
908  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is going down. on: April 28, 2023, 08:44:29 AM

If you understand the movement in the Bitcoin market dude, I am pretty sure you must also understand why Bitcoin is volatile.

Are we going to repeat this topic over and over again, most people know that the market is very unpredictable, if you notice that one day a bitcoin recovered to 30k$ and then for a few moments it dumped again to 27k and now it has recovered again 29k$ more. So it means that with these actions, there are many people who are positioned at that value of bitcoin, so it shows only we are still in bullish season and it's your opinion only.
A lot of topics concerning this and tiresome but wait, we also have to consider that not all here have the time to explore the forum. So if they don't understand the situation, they are expected to ask then. We have to understand how a person feels about this kind of investment, they will certainly be wondering why this happens ( and really about to happen whether we like it or not). What I just hope is that OP could gradually adjust and adapt to the volatile situation of the market so he could manage to hold and remain strong than started to get panic.
909  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How is the chance of $PEPE to become the next $SHIB? on: April 28, 2023, 06:34:30 AM
Memecoins like PEPE are becoming a trend in the crypto community. However, investing in these currencies is very risky and not recommended. They often don't have a good technical background, don't have a product or service behind them, and only rely on the popularity of the community to determine their pricing.

Regarding PEPE, I cannot make a prediction on whether it will continue to increase in price, but I want to emphasize that investing in memecoins is very risky and not a long-term investment option.
usually if it has reached such massive increase it only future is down hill from there on, always avoid meme coin that already reached high valuation, usually it's already reached its peak and usually there's only one thing left the whales hasn't done that is finding exit liquidity and maybe you will be their food.
There are rumors the developers of this coin are already selling their coins and if true then there is no future for this coin, not like it ever had the possibility of reaching one at all anyway, but if those rumors are true then this could accelerate the end for this coin, but as much as I would like for that to happen, we know the very next week tens of new meme coins will emerge and each one of them will try to reach the same kind of success as this coin, and eventually rug pull their investors.
The same strategies as scammers before. They build a new project and join the known exchanges in order to gain attention and hype, after all, they just sell their coins and are gone. Though it was just rumors and no support, however, we can't just ignore the possibility that any of these days this project will turn shitcoins, as all meme coins do. Trust should not be given too fast, they are meme coins and we probably know their story. In fact, how to expect a project to grow if there is no working product, seems impossible.
910  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't claim to be an investor if it's still like this on: April 28, 2023, 06:08:01 AM
Investor is looking for huge return in the future, if someone invest today and hope tomorrow he will earn huge return, he's either a shitcoin trader or gambler. There's a chance shitcoin will make someone rich over night, but there's a chance you will lose all of your money you have invested, same applies with gambling.

But what is the purpose to claim himself as an investor? I don't need any recognition from anyone and better to being silent.
He's thinking about the miracle to come, ain't an attitude as an investor.
We don't need to proclaim ourselves as an investor nor tell everyone but at least we did it silently. Investing is not difficult to manage but some people make it hard because they never know what really is all about. Like brainwashing for many promoters and asking people to invest their money into crypto and then make money by tomorrow. In this case, if you are an investor, you can really think about how these people are fooling others.
911  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: April 27, 2023, 06:29:47 AM
These playoffs really are a treat for every basketball fan.

Miami @ Milwaukee right now is yet another crazy game with a crazy comeback in the 4th quarter.

The Heat down 16 at the end of the 3rd and rally back and send the game into overtime with a 0.1 sec before the end alley oop layup by Jimmy Buckets  Grin . Miami now with a 5 point lead in OT with 2min to go, CRAZY.

What a game!

The Warriors also just lost a big lead after 3 quarters and a 1 point game 5min before the end.

That's the stuff I want to see!!!

The Heat have eliminated the number one team in the East. It's a big disappointment for the heavy favorites to win the championship. Maybe soon we'll also see the number seven seed eliminating the number two seed, which is the Boston Celtics. Grin

Regarding the Warriors vs Kings game, the Warriors won the battle.

Perhaps one of the biggest reasons for their victory was Fox's injury. He wasn't very consistent in this game and had a low shooting percentage, especially from the 3-point line. One more win and the Warriors will advance in the 2nd round.
912  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will April be a red month? on: April 27, 2023, 04:50:20 AM
For me, April ain't a bad month in crypto as the market performing well.
With all the dumps that we see, it was not that worse and the rise is still huge compared to it. But honestly, I wasn't expecting much this month, at least we reach $30k is an indication that the following months will show more great pumps. However, I was looking huge changes in the 3rd and 4th quarters of this year. Perhaps, I was expecting it as the halving is about to commence next year.
913  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any advice for invest my first 600$ in altcoins? on: April 27, 2023, 04:25:10 AM
Hi just new to here. I want to know what are the good altcoins that can be invest and forget until 2026. I'm currently thinking to spend around 600$ for altcoins. Right now I'm holding BNB & ETH only as altcoins. Don't say buy BTC cuz already have nice amount since 2010.

Is it good to invest in HOOk, SUI , ARB or ID altcoins? Since they are new just thought to give a try. Thank you
ARB is one of the best options among them but as I always said, you should not hold altcoins for a longer time, especially new projects than just buying ETH and BNB. If you have this coin in your wallet, you also have to monitor its progress and keep updated because it happens several times that some projects show impressive growth during their early days but it turns to low and shitcoins after. I'm not saying ARB will be like them but who knows exactly.
914  Economy / Speculation / Re: Correction from $30K: Reason to worry? on: April 26, 2023, 09:52:57 PM
With price dropping today from $30K to around $29K, are you worried there will be a deeper correction, or return to bear market, or is this just the short-term correction before re-testing $30K?

Many speculators anticipated rejection from $30K level, as this was previously support for 18 months in from 2021 to mid 2022 and could become strong resistance. Although so far (as of writing) we have only seen a -5% correction to $29K. Ultimately I think it's too early to tell if price will correct further to $25K, $23K or break the recent higher low of $20K. But nonetheless people have started to get concerned, hence this thread.

If we all had felt worries about every price drop, it only means that we don't have faith and trust in Bitcoin. And most of all, it was an indication that we still don't clearly understand the volatility of the market and it works. In fact, you can never think that it is all an increasing price trend but correction is normal in the crypto market. Therefore, we never have to expect that dumps are impossible because even if the price of Bitcoin will reach $30k, there is a chance that it drops back to $20k. But if we have faith, why we should be bothered with such a movement as it eventually rises back again?
915  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: April 26, 2023, 03:35:20 AM
Big Beau has been suspended. This guy really cannot control his temper on the court. He's already in the PBA, so maybe his pride was hurt by whatever happened in Cebu. I'm not surprised, actually, as Big Beau sometimes has altercations with his opponents in the PBA, but this one is just too much.

Technically, the suspension wasn't because of the brawl. Regardless if Beau Belga was involved in the brawl or not, or let's say the brawl didn't really happen, the game where he was involved was not sanctioned by the governing league. A PBA player under a live contract can't just be involved or participate in the league outside the PBA. What if they got injured? That's why it should be subject to suspension.
Thanks for the correction, but this suspension might not have happened if the brawl did not occur. Additionally, since this game is public, is Big Beau foolish enough to play in that league despite knowing the possibility of getting suspended?

Can this game-fixing allegation affect your betting behavior on the game we love in the Philippines guys?

Saw this news too but decided not to share it here because I have lots of questions that will make my mind blow and since the news only stated a few and lack of information, what we will have here is only guesses and speculation. Some of my concern is, even though Sangalang intentionally takes part in it, if his teammates don't know what will be the supposed scenario, therefore, how Sangalang can even control the supposed flow of the game?

As for the question of yours kabayan, no, it won't affect my betting behavior in the PBA as one mistake by a player, for let's say it was confirmed, won't generalize the overall behavior of the whole league. Still, I do see most games are fair and square regardless if it's between sister teams or not.

We each have our own betting style, and personally, every time I bet on PBA, I always consider the possibility of game fixing. With this kind of thinking, I have found myself to be more successful compared to the past where I only relied on the stats to determine a team's chance of winning.
916  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: April 26, 2023, 02:36:40 AM
I think Ryan has overcome his mental issues already, since that one went into public, he has made a comeback already and now it's just the best boxer won in this fight.
I hope Ryan Garcia can bounce back from his loss to Tank Davis. It was a huge loss for him as he thought he was the better fighter and could knock out Tank Davis, but the opposite happened. It's crucial for Garcia to win his next fight because a boxer who was previously undefeated and suffers their first defeat may not have the same level of confidence they had before.

It's not that Ryan will be affected or has been affected by this big lost, for sure he can make a comeback again as he have said in the post fight interview. And he has give us a hint that he might go up in weight class as obviously he looks drain at 136 lbs + rehydration clause of 10 pounds in fight night. Might take some time for him to recovery, but he promise that he will be back. Rematch with Tank is out of the picture as 135 lbs.

Is a rematch still possible? I thought there was a clause or something that stated that no rematch would happen if Davis wins.
917  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: April 25, 2023, 10:48:33 AM
Milwaukee Bucks -6.5 Lost, they are in danger.
LA Lakers -4.5 Won, Grizzlies in danger.

Both teams are in danger, but the Milwaukee Bucks still have a decent chance of coming back if they can win their home game in Game 5. The Bucks will need to focus their defense on Butler and learn how to double him, as his hot streak is making his teammates confident and that makes their team very dangerous.

Despite not having a great regular season, we shouldn't forget that this team was once led to the NBA Finals by the same leader.

Congrats on your win betting on Jackson anyway.

919  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it advisable to invest on Solana? on: April 24, 2023, 09:41:50 PM
There is something you need to know about altcoin, investing in altcoin doesn't really depends on you trying to choose a suggestion or even wanting someone to give you the go ahead order before buying. You should look at when making a lost those who have suggested for you may not be there to bear risk with you or even share lost with you, so i just suggest you should make the final decision on whether to invest in that project or not. But get one thing for sure about altcoin since we are closely looking at the bitcoin halving, there is every tendency that most of the major altcoin or all will certainly do well, where i don't encourage buying altcoin is inside bull run because you don't know what may come after Green time.
Some people are preferred to invest in altcoins instead of Bitcoin because of possible huge profit but granting it was intended for long-term investment, I agree it was a wrong decision for OP. However, I wasn't really confident that OP can manage to hold Solana or are able to buy it after hearing some bad news about it. I don't want to discourage him but must also aware of the situation as well and while investing Solana is taking a huge risk, unlike when buying Bitcoin which we could really have peace of mind no matter what will happen in the market.
920  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future of play to earn games on: April 24, 2023, 01:58:15 PM
What do you think about play to earn blockchain games? Do you think that video game players will one day abandon Sony and Microsoft companies for play to earn games or Microsoft and Sony will one day be forced to allow play to earn games to run on their gaming devices?
the future of play to earn is still very long, we all know that at this time in 2023 Play to Earn really miss Fomo,
but this technology is very useful and can be a great opportunity like NFT, I believe 2024 or 2025 NFT and Play To Earn will rise again,
don't waste this great opportunity to buy some coins in that category.
You actually never know how these P2E projects work but what you have seen is the opposite view of these projects.
Very useful technology? Have you ever seen that most of these projects turn into scams? You really miss what happens to them, they are dying after the hype, and their time is over. So we don't have to expect them to rise as it never has the chance.

Might the new sets of P2E projects be reliable as it backup with big companies but as I said, they won't stay long.
