nochmal zur Strategie "was tun":
Wenn man sich selbst nicht zutraut eine sinnvolle Entscheidung zu treffen und wir mal davon ausgehen, dass es zum Stichtag weiterhin nur diese 2 Möglichkeiten gibt, was sollte man als "normaler" Bitcoinuser dann tun?
Ab Stichtag eine Woche lang keine Bitcoins verschicken und annehmen, und warten was passiert?

can anyone withdraw? Has anyone successfully withdrawn in the last few days? I get to the withdraw page, enter all my info and click the button and it does nothing. Tried it on 4 different browsers (opera, firefox, chromium and chrome) 2 different vpn ips and in the clear, then I tried on firefox on another machine on another ip address and still nothing.
Today I have the same problem !? Cex? What could the problem be? If I click the Withdraw EUR SEPA button, nothing happens. |

The OP here says that the deposits are insured, so I'm not sure what your question is in reference to.
ah, sry, did not noticed that. I only wanted to say, that I don't know any exchange, that has a real insurance with a 100% gurantee, that if a hack happens, all customers will get their money back. |

I'm just now hearing about Exmo... and have a question about insurance. Who is insuring the funds? Does it cover ALL deposits on the site?
do you know any exchange, that is insuring founds? I only knows bitcoin.de with their Fidor partnership and the german 100.000€ bank insurance. |

Order placement is possible with WebSocket API. Moreover, when using WebSocket API, you sometimes just don't need additional calls, and although WebSocket API is limited as well, it may solve your problem.
okay... you wrote that I can subscribe to something. So does that mean I can subsribe to an order I placed, and get notified when it is partly or full filled? That would be great, because most of my calls are every 5 seconds asking the open orders, to check this. |

I'm not that familiar with the API terms... websocket does mean it is for read access only, right? So I can place no orders or simular with this? I have a big big problem with your low call limit of your trade API. 600 calls in 10 minutes is much too less. I would like to have at least 5 buys and 5 bid orders at your orderbook and monitoring them all the time and change the price as bitcoin price elsewhere moves. But this is not possible with 600 calls. I just can place 2 buys and 2 bids. So how to get more calls? Can I use the websocket API to get orderbook information, to save a call at trade API ? |

Hey willi9974 , da bist du ein wenig zu spät dran mit deiner Idee  Ich hab genau das knapp 2 Jahre lang gemacht... aber dabei ist wirklich sehr viel Lebenszeit draufgegangen (weil man die angebote ja ständig überwachen muss... auch wenn man nebenbei was anderes machen kann, muss man doch ständig online sein.) Zusätzlich ist die Konkurrenz natürlich deeutlich mehr geworden... früher konnte man da wirklich ohne Probleme 5€ pro Bitcoin gewinn machen. Heute geht das kaum noch, zumal es tatsächlich schon den ein oder anderen Bot-betreiber auf bitcoin.de gibt (ohne API, zb. der Typ mit 0,1775btc mindestmenge), welcher den Preis dadurch schon extrem runterdrückt. Bei deinem Beispiel mit 2 € Differenz ist nach fee praktisch nichts mehr über 0.3%+0.4% = 0.7% fee, also ca. 1.8€. Dabei lohnt sich der Zeitaufwand edit: @ whywefight: natürlich fallen auch als Käufer dieselben Gebühren an, wie beim Verkauf 0,4% für Fidor trades und 0,5% für andere. |

@serpens66 bei dir haben sie das Konto vor der Rücküberweisung gekündigt!? nicht so helle von der Postbank oder:D dann fordere doch mal per Fax/Brief die 50 Euro zurück - und verweis darauf das die ihre Sorgfaltspflichten einhalten sollen etc. , und wirf denen vor das die unter Vortäuschung einer fehlenden/unklaren Rechtsgrundlage/Drohung deine Zahlung erzwungen hat o.ä. die Reaktion dürfte sehr spannend sein der Bank... (aber ist nur ein Vorschlag) weißt du ob bei dem anderen Postbank Fall, das Geld zur Rückbuchung ausgereicht hat (also genügend Deckung da war?), falls nämlich mehrere Rücküberweisungen angefragt wurden, und nur ein Teil zurück ging - und hier stelle ich mal eine Vermutung auf - erstatten die Banken die Meldung vllt. nur wenn sie Geld verlieren - nach dem Motto, wenn eine Bank schon Geld verliert, das uns nicht zusteht, dann kriegt der Kunde wenigstens ein Ermittlungsverfahren an den Hals --> um die Drohkulisse aufzubauen vielleicht. Deshalb will ich ja auch wissen, wann die Geldwäsche Meldung rausging von den Banken, erst nachdem ich mein Geld wollte oder schon davor ... und ob das nur eine blöde Theorie von mir ist wird sich ja dann noch zeigen mein konto wurde direkt aufgelöst und ich hab einen Check über die Summe erhalten. Keine ahnung, warum sie das Geld nicht direkt einbehalten haben. .. naja, es ist aufjedenfall sehr löblich, dass du so einen Aufwand betreibst Aber ich hab nicht die Kraft dazu, besonders nicht bei meinen 50€ ^^ Uff.. ich weiß nicht mehr, wie genau die ganzen Fälle waren, von denen ich hier und da gelesen habe Aber ich glaube es war genug gedeckt. Ich weiß leider auch nicht mehr, wer das war... Für Euro trading ist Kraken.com am sichersten und am meisten Volumen (bitcoin.de ist natürlich auch sicher, aber für richtiges trading eignet sich eine börse eher als ein marktplatz). Wie es mittlerweile bei nahezu allen Börsen üblich ist, wirst du um die "lästigen ID Checks" kaum rumkommen. Ich bin bei nahezu jeder Börse angemeldet, die €/BTC anbietet. Und eigentlich funktioniert nur btc-e ohne Verifizierung (sofern man über OKPAY Euros ein-auszahlt) Zum Thema trading allgemein kannste auch mal ins Coinforum schauen: https://www.coinforum.de/topic/1843-prognose/page-1227boardfreak und Co posten da ab und an Tipps und tricks und auch über hebeltrading auf bitfinex wirst du da ein bisschen was finden |

E.g the "save account" bug, for saving bank account information. I'm not that happy, to always copy paste the missing information, when doing a withdrawal. =/

Bitte versucht etwas freundlicher und offener gegenüber Emil1987 zu sein. Er ist bisher der einzige der wirklich hilfreiches beitragen kann!
Also wenn ihr anderer Meinung seid, schreibt es bitte etwas höflicher, denn sonst vergeht ihm verständlicherweise schnell die Lust am Helfen.

ja ich war bei der postbank und hab eine gefälschte überweisung eines anderne postbankkunden bekommen. Mir wurde "nur" das Konto nach ein paar Wochen gekündigt und erst einige Wochen darauf erfuhr ich warum.. und das auch nur, weil ich einen Brief mit der Bitte um Rücküberweisung des Geldes bekam.. in welchem dann später bei Weigerung aber auch gedroht wurde rechtlich vorzugehen (was ja offenbar nach hinten für die bank losgegangen wäre, aber bei 50€ war es mir der stress nicht wert).
Von einer Meldung oder Anzeige habe ich nichts erfahren und es kam auch keine Anfrage der Polizei oder ähnliches (muss aber nichts heißen, es gibt auch einen postbank zu postbank Fall, wo das Geld automatisch zurückgebucht und meldung erstattet wurde!)
Jedenfalls gibts wohl 2 Arten: Entweder wird geld automatisch zurückgebucht, oder man erhält Bitten und dann Drohungen der Bank, dass man das Geld zurückbuchen soll.
