Truth. I decided to take my trades elsewhere after they refuse to do anything about reddcoin's script. Suggests manipulations and security issues. The paid votes are fine, but when you bring bots in the mix it raises ethics questions. |

For the social media coin, it sure is fucking annoying to try and read though all their shit coin spam on reddit. Seriously, it is just full of people tipping 1/10 of a penny. It is 'big' on reddit because there is a core group of like ten people who throw minute amounts around everywhere.
So yeah, not a fan.
I couldn't agree more. I have been tipped a grand total of 5 cents in reddcoin by the same 10 people you mentioned. Just declined them all. Mostly spam and if you look at the metrics, the membership has flatlined despite all the hype. 99% of the posts in r/reddcoin never even get more than 20 votes. |

I just installed a bitcoin client on my PC , a was thinking before i download my wallet from blockchain.info, If someone has access to my PC or if i am infected by a virus will this compromise allow my bitcoin to be stolen?
Yes, the file containing you wallet can be stolen that way, but put a very hard to break password on it and you'll be fine for a while. The time and effort wouldnt be worth the thief's time for stealing whats in your account.  Cold storage ... TradeFortress should definitely have a good education on that by now. TF has always been 100% behind cold storage. He always put down web wallets because then you don't control your keys. Even when he ran Inputs.io he was against web wallets, :p. Then saying you are sorry and giving out free hugs fixes everything. Got it. |

BitSpeculate: n/a BitBing, BitMeetup, and BitListing all show suspended accounts. As for BitArmored, we all know online wallets are pointless except for pocket change. Besides, all any of these sites needs is a "As Seen On T.V." tag to make them look any more like what they are. I think all you need to do is sit back and watch. TradeFortress is back on here. Maybe the thief can hire him to make a site similar to bitzuo.com to launder the stolen DGC. Always helps to consult with fellow experts in the field, and bitcointalk has no shortage of those. |

im not invested in DGC anymore nor do i care for where its going. theres so many other coins that have the same potential as dgc has now with less risks.

And now. I have been banned from the Reddcoin Reddit. This is an amazing way to help your coin by banning people who not only hold Reddcoins, but mine them as well. Is there some sort of exclusivity required to be a Reddcoin holder/miner? Do I have to bequeath my first born and my lifelong devotion to just Reddcoin? Simple question, requires a simple answer, yet Reddcoin Reddit does not allow such. r/reddcoin does not like any questions that have the slightest hint of negativity. I personally know of 5 redditors (myself included) that received the shadowban. So welcome to the club. I just dumped all my reddcoins and stopped mining. Plenty of other good crypto communities that foster real discussion and not "yes men" posts. |
