Can someone write a poem about Bitcoin?
"Ode to the Hashrate" or something like that...
There once were two men from Nantucket, Who kept all their coins in a bucket, They bitched about math and said f$*% it. The rest of us said they can suck it. this belongs in Best Of BitcoinTalk That is why I quoted it.

There is a reason I stayed on Bitcoin until I have found Monero, this is one of them, the number of unpatched and dumb code in shitcoins is as alarming as unsurprising.
I would love to see a chart with the list of coins that have this or similar problems.

Well, no news from the developer, and c-cex has announced it is de-listing in one week. I rest my case.

I have only gotten ponzi PM's, 99% from newbie accounts, I normally just delete messages from people I don't know without opening them. Problem solved.

I think if the faucet was smart enough to realize someone was using it via radio, it should pay a lot more.
0.1 HAM doesn't really seem like it's worth the effort by radio.
On the web, sure, that makes sense to only pay 0.1
I recommend using some premine funds to up the ante if someone uses a radio to obtain HAM
It pays 0.1 every min instead of 0.01 every 12 hours on the regular faucet if you check the APRS info someone is using a solar powered linux box and getting HAM over radio every 60 to 80 seconds 24x7. Someone likes it. Edit LOL they even said so on the 23rd in between withdraws 2015-01-23 18:01:41 EST: AF5SI>2E0RFU-11: 1GiiPkiXC7DpFK2hTTnPfA96wFZ7Qotk9x 2015-01-23 18:11:42 EST: AF5SI>2E0RFU-11: Thanks for this. irc was stable for a full day, but today I keep disconnecting. I am returning to oftc + freenode later this evening. If anyone wants to withdraw their balance from the tipbot, I will have it available in a stable channel sometimes this weekend.

I gotta love it when the 2 people that come to defend this place are newbs with neg trust ratings. Any more word on what happened here?
EDIT: I see tomatocage figured out they were shills, hence the neg trust ratings.
you were newbie a while ago too Of course I was at one point. Difference is I a) Never tried to scam anyone, or b) Set up sock-puppet accounts to help me do the same.

I have been trying to withdraw a few doge I had left for days now. Every time I get a confirmation message it returns "service temporarily unavailable" I was lucky, as I stated previously, to have sold off my GH/s a few weeks prior to them stopping cloud mining. Not sure I will resume there when it does start again.

I do for the most part, limited to transactions from one particular wallet I use.

Hah nice banner guys! A fork of the azeteki ncurses terminal wallet is now available for hamradiocoin: https://github.com/shinohai/hamradiocoind-ncursesSeems to be working fine, though my copy did not display the Net graphs. All in all a nice lightweight solution for your desktop. Nice Job, we will add it to our wallet list.. Thanks a bunch! I saw it on the website. Being a command-line junkie I couldn't resist.

Why does a Bitcoin wallet need access to my Identity, Contacts, SMS, Call information...?
I noped when I saw that myself. It was incompatible with my primary device but does run on my tablet. There are much better apps that require less info.

I am also interested in other Bitcoin-related PHP scripts such as escrow scripts, dice scripts, faucet scripts, inputs.io clone, and Microwallet-style wallet scripts.
I am sure TradeFortress would be glad to sell you the inputs.io code, but I daresay it wouldn't be a price within your target budget.

nice, i hope new owner is more active than before and we can withdraw faster than older one good luck
Completed all payments today, and into the future payouts will be done in 1 batch, once a week - every Monday from now onwards. I am sure that will be welcome news to all. The old site was very sporadic with payments. While they did always pay out, you might have to wait some time to receive even after meeting the withdraw limit.
