I signed up a long time ago for this with a secondary email, but once I found out Erik Voorhees was involved I decided it was a no-go. If the amount of spam I get equals the amount of ShapeShift spam his other company generates, I'd spend more time deleting emails than actually playing the game.

I received a PM from a community manager or something. I still echo the statements others have brought up, and was provided no information in said PM. 1) What purpose or target audience is this for? How does/will it differ from Ethereum? Initial develoment seemed limited to little more than: find ./ -type f -exec sed -i -e 's/ethereum/soil/g' {} \; 2) Lower block times increase the likelihood of double-spends and orphaned blocks. 3) Premines and IPO's are overdone and unecessary. No serious developer wants to be paid in an untested currency. Genuinely curious as to the response on these points.

Good to know, Siameze. I shan't visit here regularly -- my 'screen time' gets so limited as summer hammers in -- but anyone can always PM me.
[And I forgot to mention: a very good old friend of mine has great radio-folk contacts here in W.A. He's a radio tech officer with our state Fire and Emergency Services. He's not a krypto-geek, and I don't know if he's a ham-radio fan . . . but he works all over this immense state.]

Spread the word then mate. I routinely idle in their irc server, people from the world over pop in and out, and many contribute to the community. Most of them are former miltary, police officers, firemen, etc so he'd fit right in. The goal of the group is to have a cryptocurrency system that is available when other systems fail, i.e. during natural disasters or surprise Government coups. The meshnet project will certainly help further this aim, and may help the average user that doesn't have a licensce, or like me doesn't want to be restricted by the rules on broadcast of encrypted data. ( A very important thing to me!)

Pro is Uno sidechain/testnet right? Uno is merged mined with btc! So can Pro be merged mined with test btc or even hold test btc in the vault? Or what if Pro vault can hold SHA256 test coins It can be merge-mined but the prototanium vault is for Pro or UNO testnet only. BTC testnet coins would not validate against the chain, and would therefore fail.

Hey, guys.
We are ‘IndiaMikeZulu,’ established Australian hobbyist (non-profit) krypto geeks who don’t squabble (so much . . . ) about which coin is best. Shinohai is a respected ‘known quantity’ to us.
If you have any Australian ham radio folk who need assistance with setting up wallets, buying coin, etc., please feel free to PM me. [And my phone number is 08 9857 1000]
Mark Blair, South-West Western Australia
@IMZ good to see ya mate! This is a great project and a lot of talented folks are here. (Thanks for the kind words as well!) You won't find a more geek crowd than this. I believe there is one member that has a faucet running on solar power. The other stuff is too numerous to list. A crypto that can be transmitted over radio waves is fascinating to me. Garmin keeps me in check to be sure my experiments don't make me violate FCC rules.

Nice job, Sorry for the delay, I will email in a day or so, we have been having may meetings since the European Founders are here in the US discussing and planning the Upcoming expansion of HAM we have some very exciting unprecedented things on the horizon, we are in uncharted territory.. Very exciting things to com =)
Ha yes I figured you guys were having the International founders meeting! I was excited to get back to work on it. Getting a lightweight and stable server that goes up quick on linux is my priority. Forgot to mention above: This is the line I patched in src, where rpcrawtransaction2.cpp is the original code located here: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hamradiocoin/HAM/master/src/rpcrawtransaction.cpp └─(05:29 $)─> diff rpcrawtransaction.cpp rpcrawtransaction2.cpp 240c240 < const CScriptID& hash = boost::get<CScriptID>(address); --- > const CScriptID& hash = boost::get<const CScriptID&>(address);
No problems thus far. I will post the qt-pro and makefile diffs later. Will probably post the cleaned code as a fork instead of submitting a pull request as there is still so much to be done. UPDATE: Working hamradiocoind on Debian 8 and latest Ubuntu server. I am building a Gentoo and stripped-down makefile for it now. QMake is horribly bloated for development purposes, glad I don't need/use it.

Well, this just got pretty weird. I knew TF since CoinChat and he was really good, nice back then. I know that glados.cc belongs to him as I forgot my CoinChat password once and TF gave me this email address to send a mail to him and reset it later on.
Well, I feel bad...
This address has been on the scam radar for a long time, ever since right before the inputs hack.

Trying to fix some of the broken things on newer versions of linux. leveldb is the first/ That takes care of the missing file errors. I am plowing through this makefile, and will attempt to strip some of this mess out if I get a sane boost to build against. Good news is I did perform a patch to transactions.cpp that seems to fix one of the main boost errors. Will post source when I get everything organized. EDIT: DONE curl -O https://transfer.sh/Um6Vh/boost-1-49-0.tar.gz
tar zxvf boost-1-49-0.tar.gz
cd boost_1_49_0
./bootstrap.sh
./b2
cd -
cd src/leveldb
chmod 775 * -R
make clean
make libleveldb.a libmemenv.a
cd -
curl -O https://transfer.sh/nN6zA/ham-qt.pro
qmake ham-qt.pro
make
Temporary receipe that gives me a hamradiocoin-qt. I am dissecting the makefile.unix because I want headless

Sent you a response to your last post via email. Is possible to broadcast these images on a less-restricted band?

Can this be used on other wallets other than bitcoin if so would be good as I have lost a few wallets in the past on one drive that I have not used in ages and has had deleted partitions and all sorts go wrong on it. is their any windows version to t his tool or just Linux?
My code should work on any wallet and any OS with a C compiler. You may need to change the 8 bytes it looks for. Make a new wallet, load it up in a hex editor, look for the 8 bytes which precede each private key. I thank you so much for sharing this as well, light enough to use on my arm based node.

Hi is this campaign still open?
Last update the campaign manager said yes, so add your name to the list and then look to see when you are added to the spreadsheet.

Interesting thing I noted this morning, HAM has the global reach already that other cryptocoin communities dream about. So I have no doubt this meshnet project will be VERY interesting and could change the way we do some things. I am actually honored you sought me out for this, seriously. My connection to #hamradiocoin has been spotty :/ Hopefully hashbang has their services fixed so I should autoconnect now. Also @garmin I need ANY info you had on the radio steganography part of things. I know you probably have better sources than I

Digging up this old thread. http://pbmining.com/ is "under reconstruction" now. It was still working last week. Now that they believe everyone has forgotten, they will "restructure" with a "new team" that is totally not comprised of the same individuals that ran the operations before.

More participants please come Sir? What happened to my coins? When i withdraw it to my own adress and its say waiting for conformation i withdraw it last 5 hours and until now my coin was not on my wallet Just processed all withdrawals. We manually do so to ensure security. We use no hot wallet. I am really glad to see that at least one new company is doing this. The personal touch is lacking across exchanges, knowing that an actual person is reviewing transactions inspires trust.

A preview of things the HamRadioCoin team is working on. We are looking to incorporate p2p and p2p mesh communications into the HamRadioCoin project. The research and base testing phase is in progress. What is a P2P Mesh? http://www.hamradiocoin.com/talk/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=101If you would like to contribute to the HamRadioCoin Project drop us a message on our forum link above. I'll be idle in #hamradiocoin irc more often now, just ping me if there is anything I can do to assist. Still no luck on the android test environment for me, but I won't give up. I am going to explore a few new avenues on that. My weird workflow

Payment received. As for the people who are complaining a lot about late payments. You need to remember that you do very very little for this payout. It is a incentive to being on the site and should not be the only means for you to be and post here. I just came to acknowledge payment and basically say what sorryforthat said. It is just a way to get a few extra bitcoin for participating in the community. Nothing sucks more for someone running a signature campaign than having the same derps post over and over about $5-10 in BTC like their lives depend on it. Thanks for everything wangxinxi. playing some cool role Not so cool mate if there are explanation no will ask we are new in this campaign nothing is wrong to ask or also complaining if there is wrong in the post all what we see is weekly and the date when they will pay and the last payment so what is wrong if we will ask dont play to be cool asking is not a crime if you never ask or complain in your whole life i can say that your life SUCKS and all what you do in life is look around and sit around and do nothing.. By The Way Thanks Wangxinxi Receive my payment It's fine to ask about your payment, but posting the same post repeatedly is just spammy. Also, you know nothing of my life. Try making a valid argument instead of resorting to ad-hominem attacks which only serve to make you look stupid.
