You know how over priced that is?
I sold 1000 FeatherCoins for 20-25 LTC not long ago and people were calling that overpriced - now look at the value...

The client has a param that tells you - send getinfo() via RPC
[moneysupply] => 2524.442583 is the current value.

it will soon reach bitcoin diff levels, right?
then what?
then everyone moves on to Nextcoin Nah, bitbar is the end game. I'm not going to exchange my gold bars for some second-rate coins

BlooCoin is a crypto-currency like Bitcoin that uses a central server to handle all transaction, rather than using a peer-to-peer networking system. No thanks...

Could be positive if CNC authors went off the grid, where's BTC authors? Many people work on BTC now and their identities are known. I don't really see how it's comparable, if you are referring to Satoshi well Bitcoin was a real innovation, CNC is just a simple fork of Litecoin with no real changes. Which is fine, but where's the incentive to continue building upon it if the author himself is already calling it quits? I would just create a new ALT, lol.

I think you are setting your hopes too high for this one. The author went off the grid (hasn't posted in 3 days) and interest is waning. I find it hard to support when the author hasn't taken any initiative to promote services or participate in the community. It may well be a scamcoin.
Granted there was a lot of buzz when it launched and if the author set up some bounties I think it could have taken off like Feather, but I get the feeling he just mined a few thousand coins after posting it then cashed out later. I don't see it getting much traction on the Chinese side of this site, just a bunch of people posting wallet addresses...

I just found a block on my CPU (~60 kH/s), quite lucky I guess

This is the rarest coin out there, it is for stacking, not for mining!
Is it? I think Bitbar has this beat in rarity.

Sounds good, I will consider donating when the exchange is live.

BTC only. Highest price wins after 24 hours. Starting bid is 5 BTC.
I'm solo mining via pushpoold... getting decent returns (I'd think...if this is anything like mincoin... about 93 BTB over the past 30-45min...I have about 20,000 KH on it)...
Nice profit there, for "not premined" coin that should spit out no more than 1 BTB per 10 minutes. What a fail launch. From your perspective, then, every coin released so far has been a premine. That said BitBar has been one of the better launches since difficulty retargeted fairly quick.

They will add it. And NMC. Mark (the owner) said so, why do people believe what some random support guy says
|
|
|
Neither is 'better' than the other on paper. They're all based on Litecoin and only minor attributes were changed.
Now, FTC is more developed in the sense there's a lot of different sites supporting it (exchanges, faucets, etc). The developer is also making an effort to improve it (in fact he just released an update today)
CNC seems to be going nowhere - the developer has been MIA since the initial announcement, no updates on the official site. I don't see a future for that coin currently. People are always going to side with the more developed coin.

Not the first time the login on the front page has broke, just saying. Whenever they are under high load the ajax stuff starts to time out.

You can take me off the list, sold 2000 CNC to Majormax - great trader!

Difficulty is rising steadily on this, up to 1 now. You'll get 0.25 BitBars every hour or so on 1.2 MH/s
|
|
|
Erm... nothing has changed on the site from when it first went live?
|
|
|
Some random person puts up a forum and that convinces you to not sell? Good luck. I see no future for CHN because the OP seems unwilling to support it. He probably mined like 5-10K worth, traded it in for LTC/BTC and called it a day.
What exactly changed on the official site? Looks the same as it did on day one...

0.7 actually, send the rpc command getinfo() to see it

You guys are forgetting, CHNCoin dev is chinese, and doesn't post on this forum. He is active on the Chinese forums. He just registered here to get attention for the coin. Well, he hasn't posted in the Chinese section here since release, despite having logged in today. Doesn't even seem to be getting much traction on other Chinese forums (BTCMan being a notable one).
