i'm new here.is this the thread where i can sell my account?

Seriously, I'm curious as to what my account would be worth, not that I'm interested in selling it.

Σας ευχαριστώ τόσο ευγενικά, chryspano. Η δωρεά σας θα πάει προς τη διατροφή δεκαεπτά άτομα.
I don't know how well that translates to actual greek, but I got the message. Thank you so much chryspano

The link was in Greek, my ex-wife was Greek, and I like baklava.

Pay a week at Budget Suites, just barely off the strip.
Phin!!!!!!!!!
really?
That is a crack house.
If he really is so broke that he needs to stay there, he should not come.    You can get REALLY cheap rooms at excalibur ($30 sometimes) or circus circus or new york new york.
Go to the casinos' websites and look for the RATE CALENDAR and pick your days based on price of rooms.

Maybe now, but I remember when they were built, even stayed there a couple times.

...we have never yet engaged in any formal fundraising.

Albeit not formal fundraising efforts, this thread, of which I maintain, and Jason's noble efforts on Reddit are probably the two main funding sources, with the latter being the most successfully, but only because it had a head start.
That's an accurate assessment. An I am eternally grateful for your generosity.

I didn't do for the pat on the back, but since you're there...  Grin
this is a lie...

phin does do it for a pat on the back....... not for the money. the money doesnt go to him it goes to charity Cheesy
so if you do see phin anywhere.. just walk upto him and give him a hug. Cheesy

the same goes for seans outpost.. give them a hug at every oppertunity

(imagines random strangers now assaulting phin with loving hugs even during inappropriate times)

Full disclosure: I received hugs from Rassah and Jason in Atlanta. Does this mean I will soon father a homeless coffee table?  Roll Eyes

The first non-coinbase transaction happened in block 170 and it was a payment to Hal Finney IIRC.

...of which some have claimed Satoshi purchased from himself to further show proof of concept.

Can I sell my products in my booth?

No. CES policy strictly prohibits over-the-counter sales (i.e.: cash, check or credit card). Only bona fide business orders for future billing, payment and delivery are permitted. CES will close down booths in violation of this regulation.

 Cry Cry Cry

There goes my bright idea!

There's probably a slight chance to circumnavigate this clause, but with everything else this endeavor would have curtailed, coupled with BitPay already have a lot on their plate, why add even another layer of uncertainty?

The Winklevosses, 32, say they own about 1 percent of the $1.6 billion worth of Bitcoins in circulation, making their holdings worth about $16 million. They say they see Bitcoin as a way around a sclerotic global payment system that is balkanized into rival currencies and competing financial institutions.

6175  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you think, where Satoshi does mine NOW? on: October 11, 2013, 05:01:45 PM
Hashrate like a rocket move out to the sky.

Satoshi made great premine.

But now, there is no way to mine SOLO. There are couple of large pools.

What do you think, where is this pool that Satoshi use to mine?

He is rich enough to retire, probably not mining any more.

You're never too rich to mine.

Surely not!

Brettley's voice mailbox is still full and no reply yet via contact via Rick's Restoration site of which only consisted of one of their Coca-Cola vending machines they have for sale sans any accompanied text.

Looks like I may have to use Tuxavant.

Tell us again how we know donations are actually being used for meals for needy?  Is there some sort of independent verification?

I'm going to let Jason King address your very important concern. I'll simply state that there's been more than enough proof on this here forum and national media to put any doubts to rest.

That said, your request is not outta line, and will always be welcome.

Since wood is the traditional 5th anniversary gift, I better get start on his barn wood shrine.

Since you're going to play poker, call the poker rooms and get the poker rate. Circus Circus may be one resort(?) to consider. Rivera is located across the street.

Now, if you're going to Nevada just to play poker for a week and want good action and very cheap rooms, consider Laughlin. The poker rate is between $10-$20, whereas the those in the know, like me, would get their rooms fully comped. Primm is another option.
PG:   for the man usually up on all the latest news, you have disappointed me.   Poker rooms are closing (I gave him a link to all vegas rooms and what games/tourneys they run) BUT circus circus' poker room closed a week or two ago.   Their room is now full of penny slots....

You're shittin' me! WOW!
