If it is only one chip and you are getting the nominal hash rate, I wouldn't send it for Bitmain.

Well I'm a Finnish fellow right here next to Russia and I too haven't got any answer for over a month.

There actually already exists a product listing here for the Chinese market: https://enshop.bitmain.com/productDetail.htm?pid=00020161229040715306ygMSJQLh06C0 Antminer L3Price: 11000 CNY (=~ 1583 USD)• Hash Rate: 250 MH/s • Power Consumption: 400W ± 10% at the wall (with Bitmain’s APW5 PSU, 93% efficiency, 25°C ambient temp) • Power Efficiency: 1.6J / MH ± 10% at the wall (with Bitmain’s APW5 PSU, 93% efficiency, 25°C ambient temp) • Noise: 60dB • Chip quantity per unit: 144 x BM1485 • Rated Voltage: 11.6 ~ 13.0V • Dimensions: 230 mm (L) * 135 mm (W) * 158 mm (H) • Operating Temperature: 0°C to 40°C • Operating Humidity: 5% RH-95% RH, non-condensing • Network Connection: Ethernet Doesn't ship until Jan 5th in China. It is a new product. So not quite "available" yet. That is correct. I said that there is a product page. I didn't say that the miner is available. And yes, for the release date they say "January 5 shipped from Inner Mongolia".

Please dont drag the thread down. I will be back later.
I'm sorry for you that you find someone suggesting you use the search feature as "dragging the thread down". Welcome to 2017, where we ask that you use the most basic features of digital life to be self-sufficient, self-reliant, and as technologically advanced as the average 9 year old. Yeah. My advice helps you mr. blacksmithtm in the future as well and was not meant to by a mean comment in any way. ------- Great to see the current BTC vs. USD ratio!

Groovy. I just brought in more PCBs, so next week I'll be restocked on board and cables for anyone wanting to order direct.
Funnily enough I have messaged macyntyre (bitshopper) about your breakout board and cables (heavy duty ones they call them). They have a little shroud around the board they sell which was quite neat. Do you do those aswell or is that an addition by bitshopper? I agree with this, it is a nice addition indeed

Just got my R4 today and both chip temps are running HOT! Chip temps 108/120. No HW errors. I have chip temps 81/ 111 been running solid for 3 weeks with no HW errors. I got two batch 4 R4 today as well and I'm also having quite high temps despite the cool conditions.

I really hope you hit a block some day soon Phil Thumbs up

You can always explain people that what it is and use it if you have a permission. In this case I guess the R4 is used somewhere where no permission has been asked. Not accusing anything, just a wild guess.

OP: I can't really understand in any situation the quick and dirty solution and when you say it's only for four months..
And I can't still understand why do you need a case for it? To cover up something?
That case is a NZXT S340 Dimensions 200mm x 474mm x 432mm No way to fit a R4 in there. Antminer R4 is already silence as it is, so I'm wondering why you have to have a ATX case for it?
Just make sure that you put the R4 in there horizontally. If you put it vertically, you may have a problem with the temperatures and the fan is probably not made to last so well in the vertical position. Too much force for the bearings etc.

Yeah it has been nice to participate in btc mining in this pool Merry xmas to all!

1. There is no such miner as Antminer S6. 2. Yes, they can mine any SHA-256 cryptocurrency.
So basicly you guys are suggesting to give rap music related names to the miners Can't argue, 2pac is a good name for the 2-chip stick

One unit sold for the asking price.
I have still one 12Th/s S9 for sale.
edit: The last one is reserved for a potential buyer at the moment. edit2: both miners are now sold!
