641  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i make 100 $ daily from online casinos on: May 05, 2023, 07:09:27 PM
Irs not going to be easy though, you need to make effective contributions on the forum so that people can rank you up by sending your merits, I found a signature campaign to be a lot safer than gambling because you are not using any money and it's not a game of luck.
But that is not what the OP asked though, because the OP is trying to know whether if there is indeed a chance that he could earn a clear 100 dollars per day while gambling and quite frankly, I don't know what's with him for asking that question because that is surely a feat that is hard to achieve. Even the professional gamblers even have their own share of losses, and they know that it's not every day you will be that lucky to earn your targets every single day.
642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Devin Haney vs Vasiliy Lomachenco - May 20 on: May 05, 2023, 05:17:45 PM
I sure do hope that we will still see the old Loma, so that he can give Haney a good fight and might dethrone him from being the undisputed champion in this division. But if not, I'm confident to say that it will be like a walk in the park Devin Haney.
I think we all are rooting for the same thing though, I guess not for Loma to defeat Haney, but at least he should be able to give the current undisputed champion an interesting fight, which is the latter. Especially the people, us, which asked for this fight because we totally believed that Lomachenko himself deserved a shot as that shoulder injury he had was the reason why he lost that 3 belt he held once.
I guess it’s hard to believe that Haney will eventually lose to Loma, as his performance can really tell it all. However, if the old Loma’s boxing myth will be seen back in the ring, that would mean a very challenging fight for Haney, and a very exciting and interesting fight for the audience. Haney could be the crowd’s favorite and it’s an obvious fact, but who knows if Loma will surprise us with his best shots and give Haney the best blows ever.
Upsets happen in boxing, so it's not hard to believe that Haney could lose. He may be the favorite in this fight, but that doesn't mean he cannot lose. The likelihood of Haney winning the fight is probably high, based on the bookies and some experts, but we will only find out if that's true once the fight is over. For now, if we want to enjoy, we should place our bets already.

Well said. I know Devin Haney is a brilliant boxer that is why he attained such feat to be the undisputed boxer in the lightweight division and even defended it once from George Kambosos but he probably knows too that this time, his status will be tested by a man who would've been the undisputed boxer if it's not because of his injury which resulted to a loss and then the war which made him inactive for quite some time. And this bout will be Devin Haney's first ever title defense since he held his title because I don't count that rematch against Kambosos as that was already a one-sided fight.
643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 05, 2023, 04:47:04 PM
It was a good Game 2, Lakers started strong but when the 2nd quarter came, the Warriors didn't gave them a chance to recover again. Surely the Warriors are not letting the situation embarrass them again where they will be defeated in a court where they are the strongest.

Also, I've seen some stats of Anthony Davis wherein he was dominating every 1st game in any homecourt particularly what happen in the first round versus the Grizzlies, but in the 2nd day, his stats drastically fell down. So, if that stats will indeed come true again, it means that AD is set to be explosive again in Game 3 in their own homecourt.

Quote
In odd numbered games, Davis is otherworldly, averaging 28.5 points, 17.8 rebounds and 4.0 blocks while shooting 55.5 percent from the floor. Conversely, in even number games, he’s pedestrian, putting up 13.0 points, 10.3 rebounds and 3.8 blocks per game while shooting a grisly 40.4 percent from the floor. Unsurprisingly, the Lakers are 3-1 when Davis plays well, but 2-2 when he struggles.

644  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: May 04, 2023, 08:08:32 PM

Boston Celtics on the other hand will be in big trouble if they lose another game at their home. Their road record may be good but so do the home record of the 76ers. They must know how to close the game efficiently because their loss from the previous game was just because of being careless of the ball.
76ers +8.5
Over 214.5
The game starts in 2 minutes.

I like the situation of the Boston Celtics now as I'm sure everyone will be jumping on the 76ers since Embiid will return. The thinking of the people will be that if the 76ers beat Boston in Game 1 without Embiid, they'll surely beat them with their best player playing in Game 2. That's my theory, and with that, I think Boston will win and cover the spread easily.
Very good analysis Natalim, you won it and any spread is covered. Nice!

I am one of those people who jumped for the 76ers when I heard the news about Embiid's return. But, I was correct in my prediction that it will slow them down. Sadly, my biased emotion won over my instincts.  Grin I didn't win anything today and that stops my winning runs. Over 214.5 could've been reachable if only it didn't end up in a blowout game. The 1st half score was high, but when the Celtics disable the 76ers in the 3rd quarter, that's when everything was messed up.

Anyway, 1 game later. I do believe the Warriors won't let a 2-0 on their own turf, that's not how former champs should play and it will be a disgrace to their fans. Let's see how Steve Kerr will make his adjustment and I wish it will work out.
Golden State Warriors - Los Angeles Lakers - Golden State Warriors (-5.5)
Bet Builder - Curry Over 35.5 PRA + Looney Over 17.5 PR + Wiggins Over 23.5 PRA = @2.63
Good luck everyone.

I was also in the impression that after winning the MVP, he will add up with his best performance.

But it didn't happen as Boston use their good rotations to produce good offensive attacks they manage to
even the series and now it will be the best of 5 for these match up.

I like your Warrior's handicap they need to win here as the home crowd will be disappointed seeing them
losing their third straight playing at home.

With your betbuilder, I'm positive that coach Kerr will adjust here. Wiggins' numbers need to improve
he needs to attack more and try to get his confidence. Good Luck!

Yes, that's somehow unfortunate because those odds really tempted us as we took that as an early present because the bookies are still giving the Sixers a good moneyline even after the Sixers said that Embiid will play in Game 2. In the end, bookies won again and they practically used that trap to bait us Grin

For the game later, I'm also leaning in-favor of the Warriors -6 to win because I don't think that they will just let the Lakers embarrass them again for defeating them in two consecutive games that are played in their homecourt. Although, I strongly think that the game will be tight again and the team who will got a better defense will have more chances.
645  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you blame someone for your gambling losses? on: May 04, 2023, 07:53:55 PM
Although I believe that someone can change for better but it should start with them. And it can only happen if these mistakes they've made will be admitted by them.

They have to recognize that their actions were wrong and it's not going to do any better if they'll repeat it.
Only they can change themselves for the better. I also believe that if they want to change for the better, they have to be strong-willed, not complain, and always try because the temptation to go back to gambling will be even more intense at that time. This is why they have to take it seriously and realize that what they did was wrong. And maybe there's nothing wrong with asking for help from other people, including our family members, because they know us better.
And before they do that, take the accountability first and pay for the penalty that's given to them whether it's jail time or fine that they need to pay.

That's the start that they're about to do better by doing those things. But with those and they still negate to their mistake, they're hard headed and that's not a good sign that they'll change for better.

Betterment will only come to them by doing the right thing of what should be done after they've been caught and admit they've lost and no one's to blame but them.

As per the OP's shared article, both the mother and son was convicted for a total 7 years jailtime after they pleaded guilty to the crimes they did and the article also said that they got a fine of 150,000 Naira each ($324). Seems little enough, right? But for a third world country like Nigeria, these money is large enough for them to start reflecting from their sins.

Hopefully, after what happened to them, they will renew themselves and start doing things legally instead of gambling and then blaming somebody for the losses.
646  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: May 04, 2023, 06:51:40 PM
I can blame Ryan only for taking impulsive decisions. If it is mentioned, that coach wasnt with him during post-fight conference, it seems that he has fire his coach straight after that lose. I think it is wrong to take such decisions without re-watching the fight, finding your own mistakes and etc. It looks like when you win, coach is good, but when you lose, you throw your coach away, like it was 100% his fault of your lost.
To be fair, I would say the coach is partly to blame for his loss as well. Devastating as the punch may be, I think a boxer that has accounted for Davis's skills and move would've been able to counter it, if not dodge the punch outright. Which surprise surprise, is something that the coach will be able to help with. No matter what the reasons are for the layoff of said coach, I think Ryan's more aggressive and more hungry for a comeback. He'll definitely put his A-game in this next fight and provided that Gervonta keeps up with his record, this could be another great fight and potentially another rivalry that could very well sit alongside the likes of Pacquiao vs Marquez. Only time will tell though.

But the funny thing is, Goosen is saying the opposite thing where it was Ryan Garcia who didn't obey his advice that could've made a little difference compared to what we have seen throughout the whole fight where Garcia was literally like an amateur boxer or a newbie facing Gervonta Davis.

Moreover, Goosen also explained before that Garcia was lazy during their sessions and it's like he was not really 100 percent focused about their trainings.

That, I think was the reason why Goosen left him and didn't show up in the post-fight press conference because why should he be there if Ryan Garcia didn't even listened to what he was saying during the fight.
647  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 04, 2023, 05:30:02 PM
76ers fans might not be happy with what Embiid showed today, they must be thinking they are way better when he was not available having a close fight in game 1 and better, winning it using fast-paced type of plays. In game 3, Embiid should prove why he is the MVP.
Embiid probably hasn't fully recovered from his injury, and I think his knee pain was one of the reasons why he didn't perform as MVP in Game 2. By the way, even if Embiid hadn't played, the 76ers probably still would have lost to the Celtics since Harden also had a poor performance in that game. In any case, the next game will be at the 76ers home arena, and it seems to me that they can take advantage of that.

The 76ers were not able to perform well in this match. Embiid was not able to perform well. And of course, that's because he is not 100% right now. I mean he is fit to play.  But he is certainly not going to be able to carry the whole team when he is not 100% fit.

I don't know if they will be able to take advantage of home conditions while they cannot play well as a team. They will have to perform well and all the players in the team will have to contribute.

I understand your concerns mate but their 3rd game is going to happen 2 days from now because the Celtics will have to travel first towards the Philly's homecourt and then do some practice before the official game will commence, so maybe by that time, Joel Embiid is already good to go and ready to play on his maximum capacity.

But the whole Sixers squad shouldn't be complacent of the fact that Joel might be back 100% on that day because the Celtics are still hard to contain and every player available that belongs to the Sixers will have to step up their game because James Harden is not that reliable enough to be a scoring machine and help Embiid doing the chores.

Hello! I Looking for the best tipsters in the world
winrate 80%+, better is 90%+(Asian Bet or Bet365), you know what I said
~snip~

To save you time, you are looking for the impossible and you will never find it because such tipsters do not exist. If by any chance they existed and in addition shared their tips with others, most bookmakers would fail very quickly, or they would be forced to block them. You have countless tipsters online who offer their "premium services", although the question is why they sell information that is supposedly very valuable for relatively small amounts?

I know why and how, and you will find out too if you try their services Wink
Tipsters do exist but there’s no guarantee if they actually know what they’re doing since majority of them are just after with our money, regardless if their tips are effective or not. That’s why I won’t advise to look for best tipsters in gambling since most of them are just scammers and just want to earn money illegally. Though there might be some who are giving excellent tips and made punters win, but that’s just very rare to happen.

I just thought I could drop this piece of words of inspiration for my personal experience, before this time, I have been discouraged and pushed back from being active here in the forum even though I have been here since 2021, to be sincere with you guys each time I try to be more active and write some posts I always feel discouraged and afraid because I don't know what to say that will be interesting to my readers or having the needed technicality knowledge to make me stand out this feeling have affected my activeness in the past.

Until recently that I made up my mind to start from the basic I know and use whatever tool at my disposal to improve my knowledge and general conduct here, I am from a region where Bitcoin is legal so I have been more open to bitcoin investment and trading.

I urge you all to please bear with me until I build up enough information to meet up with the standards of this forum discussion.

Prestongold

You don’t have to push yourself out of your comfort zone just to be appreciated by the people in the forum. If you think you are still in the process of gaining knowledge and experience, then just enjoy it and take your time. There is no competition in the forum, so just slow down and learn and reflect yourself from the posts of other members. If you keep on doing that, your knowledge and experience will grow and improve, until you start sharing to others significant posts that they can actually benefit particularly for beginners. There’s no wrong actually if you follow a basic concept, but also learn to improve and grow your concept as well as that would mean more appreciation from those who will benefit it.
650  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to maintain profitability in crypto trading on: May 02, 2023, 09:59:42 PM
Crypto trading has always been regarded as high risk, which means it’s quite impossible to maintain profitability everytime you decide to trade. I guess everyone will agree to that. However, if you aim to reduce from losing and increase your profit amount, then increase your capital in trading every time you succeeded in your previous trades. But it takes a lot of risks and skills to do that. Even pros in trading cannot guarantee bigger capital results into bigger profits. That’s why a lot of traders only manage to trade on a small amount.
651  Economy / Economics / Re: Which do you prefer on: May 02, 2023, 09:35:30 PM
Working as a civil servants have always been my thing, I work from Monday to Friday which to me is normal, I feel proud doing it until I started trading bitcoin.

Trading started making me see things differently, because I no longer wait for my monthly salary, now I earn money daily and week, due to the kind of large amount of money I make in trading I fell out of love for my civil service job, because the money is small  but it is still a decent salary.

Note: in trading I earn base on performance, but even though the market is too bad, I still earn a decent amount of money out of it in a month base on my level in trading.

My question is guys which do you prefer, a steady monthly salary which you know that no matter what, it must come once the month ends or a business/ trading/ any other thing which you can do that you earn base on performance and you have the capacity to earn ten fold of what a civil servants might earn if you are good at it, but there is also a possibility that you may have a bad day in the office which you may even incurred some loss.

Which do you prefer an why.
If you are a low risk taker and just want to play it safe, then choosing your job over trading is not really bad. After all, being a civil servant actually makes a good amount of income. However, for some people who have more skills to show like you, then it’s never bad to make use of them at your own advantage. Keep your job and continue trading as your side hustle, that way you will reach your goals in life faster than what you expected. But never forget to take caution when trading as its definitely a high risk job.
652  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I may sound really stupid right now, but it's what I noticed on: May 02, 2023, 08:58:25 PM
I am present in crypto space years ago and I have witnessed two bear market, and I couldn't take advantage of one because of the condition that I was into at the time, but I heard about every good and bad things about crypto.

But I am curious about something and I will like to ask you old Bitcoin OG on here .

Why is it that bad news always comes in a bear market and when we are in a bull market, all bad news about Bitcoin vanished? Are they doing this on purpose? It's always the bear market, after halving everything will disappear and some bans will be lifted, and so on...

Are we been played? Are these people toying with us, knowing that crypto will work but let's scare the hell out of them and take advantage of the fear? I can't come up with anything that makes more sense than this.
The market has only one bearish market condition, one bullish, and then a market correction. But it does not mean that negative news only fall on bearish season, all the market conditions have its fair share of positive and negative news. But most likely, since everything in bearish market are going down, particularly the crypto prices, then you consider it a negative news. No, you were wrong in there. It’s actually a perfect start for newbies to enter the market to maximize buying on these cheap coins and hold them for years until they decide to sell when bullish market sets in.
653  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can a beginner fast learn and contribute to bitcoin forum on: May 02, 2023, 08:19:31 PM
Hello everyone I'm new here.
Please what are  the fastest ways to learn about bitcoin? and how can a software development student meaningfully contribute to the forum?
I will let your first question slide as I believe it has already been answered by users above. Now, to the second question which has to do with your software development skill; there's no special way to contribute here than offer what you know or think will benefit others. Whenever there's an issue raised around what your skill can resolve, don't hesitate to proffer a solution to it.
Learning takes a lot of time so never expect to learn fast because it may seemed you’re only here for quick profits, which will never be possible to happen. And if you want to be a significant member in the forum, then always take advantage on learning everyday so that what you will know and learn, you can share it to others and benefit from your post. It doesn’t have to be perfect, just learn and enjoy in the forum, and when you think you’ve gained good skills and experiences, then share it to the forum so that they will also learned from you. That way, you’re doing your part in the forum actively.
654  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading not a get rich quick on: May 01, 2023, 10:00:00 PM
The bad message of this story to everyone who will read it is that crime actually pays off - because just three years in prison (is it real prison or probation?) sends a message to everyone else with similar intentions. In the worst case, the "criminal" will be released when he has served 2/3 of his sentence, and maybe even before.

Shall we bet that he will repeat the same thing as soon as he gets another chance?
Whatever crime you commit, it will never result into positivity but always put you at the losing end. That’s how this trader in the story might have learned his lesson after he was put in jail and realized that trading out from greed will always put you at its worst scenario. And bear in mind that even if you put the biggest amount of money when you trade, that won’t guarantee profits as long as you are investing on shitcoins and meme coins.
655  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's your most preferred Bitcoin investment strategy right now? on: May 01, 2023, 09:46:10 PM
For now, I would say hodling is the safest especially if you chose bitcoin as your long term investment. Though you can’t make quick profits from hodling alone, but it will definitely help you reap massive returns if you end up selling at its all time high. Trading is another way too but it requires a lot of preparation and needs skills and strategies before you can say you’ll make it work, and certainly more risky than hodling.

Congratulations, @yahoo62278!

That's a nice parlay win. It would have been bigger if you took the Miami Heat moneyline, but it's still a decent win. You know, we don't win parlays all the time, so winning one is already a huge success.

That's the kind of parlay where I would say you played it safe. Congratulations again!

It's indeed a good day for @yahoo62278 Cool Congrats again mate.

Meanwhile my bet for Bucks failed because the Miami Heat was just too hot mainly Butler and even if Giannis and Middleton scored impressively, it wasn't enough to keep the team afloat and force themselves a way for a Game 6 as the Heat eliminated them and did a history for being the first play-in team to play in the 2nd rounds of the playoffs.

It's also worth noting that aside from Jimmy Butler, they also got Bam Adebayo who did a good job as he got a triple double.
657  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 26, 2023, 08:21:07 PM
I don't think it's need a rematch, Tank clearly beat Ryan Garcia by knocked down Garcia down for 2 times. Even Garcia will have a couple fight with other boxers, it's just a way to convince everyone if he's still able to fight, but I believe no big change will happen when he fight with Tank.

I agree with you - there's no need for a rematch because it was very clear how Tank Davis dominated the fight. Before the fight, Tank Davis was already listed as the heavy favorite, so a rematch doesn't make sense since people won't be interested in watching it. A rematch would only be interesting if Davis had been the one who lost the fight.

Time for us to move on as I'm sure Ryan Garcia has already move one since he accepted his defeat.
There is no rematch clause so he will not pursue it, so does his team. And I doubt Tank Davis would easily accept that. For Ryan Garcia, I want to see him on a higher weight, his body is built something greater and he don't have to punish himself by weighing down just so he could fight champions like Davis. There is always a choice to let it go and try another champion on a higher weight.
We just saw how far their difference is and Davis mostly relied on his speed to take advantage of Garcia's slow movement and relying on his left only.
Jr. Welterweight seems to be a good choice and if he is still having a hard time catching weight try the higher one.

I very much agree on your statement mate, perhaps Ryan Garcia could be more lethal and dangerous in the upper division rather than forcing his own weight to fit in 135. But before all of that, he should try and improve his fighting style first because even if he can survive a few fights against the lower ranks, he will still find himself in the very same position where he can't really touch the champions because he lacks something. It's time for him to move-on and learn the lesson that was taught to him, and equip it to be a better boxer in his new journey.
658  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: April 26, 2023, 06:02:03 PM
Will we see another exciting match tomorrow between the Warriors and Kings? The last four games have been very entertaining, especially the last game where the Kings almost stole a win on the road.

Which team will win tomorrow and take the 3-2 series? And for the bettors out there, who do you think will win - the Warriors or the Kings?

As per the latest injury update, D. Fox is questionable with a finger injury, but hopefully he will play.

If Fox is out the Warriors will win, if he plays I think it will be a super close game and go down to the deciding last possessions.
Even though GSW are so weak at home this season they still have the experience and the "championship mentality".

The Kings know, if they lose this once it will be a big mountain to climb to win this series.

I expect Curry to carry the heavy load and hopefully Klay can do his part as well, even though it's just game 5 and "game-6-Klay" is not in full effect yet.  Grin

It's true that without Fox, the Kings will certainly struggle as he has been very clutch for his team. I doubt there will be a Game 7 if the Kings lose in Game 5, so it's a very important game for them, and they should defend their home court. Although I believe they are a good team, the Warriors excel more in this kind of situation due to their experience and defending champion status.

Fox presence is so important with Kings and without him in the rooster for sure Warriors with complete rooster will take advantage with this. But since Warriors known to be a bad team away maybe Kings could take advantage with this and win on game 5.  To many things happen in their series so let see what will be the result since if Kings could able to win this maybe this could give a huge statement that they can still win even if Fox is not around.

Fox has already come out and said that he will be playing no matter what. The question is how effective will he be with a broken hand. I suspect we’ll get our answer very early on as to whether or not he’s going to be able to put in the same effort. I’m happy today the Kings and Lakers are both playing. Should be a good night of basketball to watch.

In the same sense, all California teams will play later, sadly the fourth team was eliminated already because the Phoenix Suns was just too much for the whole team especially without PG and Kawhi on the floor. Games later will be interesting, I'm looking forward to see the Lakers eliminate the Grizzlies so that the Laker cores can rest for a while.

But for the GSW vs Kings, it might be a close one even if this will be a road game for the Warriors and of course, the Kings badly needed Fox to be certain on his condition as that specific injury might be in the way to help the team in the offense. We'll see about that later on.
659  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Devin Haney vs Vasiliy Lomachenco - May 20 on: April 26, 2023, 03:47:10 PM

But for all Loma supporters out there, this is already a good timing to support him while his odds are much crazier as who knows it might decline in the coming weeks because, after all, Loma is a live underdog.

Current odds for Loma is 3.17 and to win via decision is 4.20

Good odds indeed for Loma's fans like me hehe. He may be the underdog for the bookies but for me, this is a 50-50 fight because Loma has the upper hand here on experience. Loma's previous opponents' skill level are up a notch compared to the opponents of Haney.

What do you think is better - Loma via KO or Loma via decision? Personally, even though the odds for a decision are higher, I still prefer the probability of him winning via knockout because it's more exciting to watch and people will be impressed with his performance.

Quote
The good thing I see here is that Haney is not a one-punch KO artist like Lopez where Loma was hesitant to brawl. On this one, I think he will attack early to try to hurt Haney as he could take the latter's punch without worrying of a knockout.

His KO rate isn't that high, so it's a great strategy for Loma to attack early. However, I hope he'll be able to hit Haney with clean shots because if he doesn't, he'll just get tired and eventually, Haney will take advantage of that.

That will be a tough one to decide for sure because both odds are tempting and I'd say both outcome are possible even the ML is sweet enough. But regarding about the odds, if via decision is already 4.20, how much more if it's via KO/TKO, right? Oh man! These bookies are really confusing us, but as a Loma supporter, I will take this as an opportunity which I'll surely take mainly the ML for now.
660  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: April 26, 2023, 03:04:22 PM
It's not that Ryan will be affected or has been affected by this big lost, for sure he can make a comeback again as he have said in the post fight interview. And he has give us a hint that he might go up in weight class as obviously he looks drain at 136 lbs + rehydration clause of 10 pounds in fight night. Might take some time for him to recovery, but he promise that he will be back. Rematch with Tank is out of the picture as 135 lbs.

Is a rematch still possible? I thought there was a clause or something that stated that no rematch would happen if Davis wins.

Yes, you're right. That specific rematch clause was just a one-sided clause because that can only be activated if Gervonta Davis gets defeated versus Ryan Garcia, which as we all know didn't happen, so that might not be possible as for now. But in the coming years, whether if it's at 135 or 140, I think it is possible if fate permits to have these two meet again in one same ring.
