1941  Economy / Gambling / Re: STAKE SCAMMED $100K AND NOT REPLYING EMAILS FOR 6 MONTHS on: October 12, 2022, 12:39:19 PM
Where is your evidence? But even if having evidence, why fake KYC? You have your money with a gambling site and you prefer to use fake KYC, what would happen last? It could bounce on you in a way you won't be favoured when the gambling site knows that you are manipulating with fake KYC.

I read the trust comments given to him, and one of them had a link referencing to a post by Stunna replying to OP. He said that OP sent them four attempts for KYC to verify his identity, and each KYC verification attempt had four DIFFERENT identities used. Hahaha.

Match fixing yes or no, we did not see any proof for that, only words from a stake representative.

There must be solid proof these matches were fixed, otherwise what's the discussion?

What's the names of the players, which tournament? There should be a public record of that.

KYC is a whole other story, first the match fixing thing should be proven with solid evidence. If there is no evidence there was no reason to not pay him in the first place.

It's probably true that OP's knowledge or non-knowledge on match fixing can't be proven, but the casino decided to ask for KYC because of the change in his/her betting patterns. Why did OP try to use four different identities, which has given the casino a reason to believe that none of them is his/her real identity.
1942  Economy / Gambling / Re: What are the Bitcoin casinos with first deposit bonuses? on: October 12, 2022, 12:22:12 PM
BetPlay is in the list. I made a deposit in the casino through Lightning, I didn't see a bonus. It's probably because I lost the whole deposit in an hour? Hahaha.
I don't think that's why you didn't get any bonus.
According to their website, you should get the bonus offer once you make a deposit. Maybe, you didn't notice that.

Quote
Once you make a deposit you will get a bonus offer. You have 7 days to claim the bonus and after that 30 days to complete the bonus.

Of course, they have a 35x wagering requirement

That's OK, and very understandable. The casino wouldn't want everyone to take advantage of their first time deposit bonus.

35x wagering requirement? For a $100.00 deposit, I'm required to do $3,500 worth of bets? That's NOT OK. Haha.

Quote

and I doubt you could withdraw that even if you had received it.

That's OK too, I don't mind returning and playing again and again in that casino if their service continues to be  good. BlackJack.fun has also been very good to their customers-/players, and the BJF community is growing!

But I believe I'm not qualified for BetPlay's first deposit bonus anymore.

I found another problem about the first time deposit bonus of some casinos. It's unclear if the games from other providers are included in their counter. I might need to ask for further clarifications.
1943  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy the DIP, and HODL! on: October 12, 2022, 05:47:31 AM
I never said you, or anyone else, is "wrong". I was merely point out an opinion that whether we are HODLing for long-term, trading, spending, or gambling through Bitcoin, we are already participating in the utilization of a censorship-resistant cryptocurrency, whose underlying nature, or one of them, is to weaken political strongholds. The more of us who participate in Bitcoin, whatever the goals, will be worse for them and their goals.

I might be repeating myself and even quibbling with minor points - because ultimately, each of us will need to figure out which aspects of bitcoin motivate us into establishing a strategy that involves some form of accumulation rather than merely getting in and out in order to get more fiat (in the short term).

So probably we mostly agree, even if we are phrasing some of the matters differently - because I have largely gotten to a point that I have difficulty appreciating that I would sell large portions of the bitcoin that I hold, so even if I perceive that we might be at a top, maybe I might shave some off, but I am likely going to just ride out the volatility - yet the fact of the matter is that if my own conditions change, then I might start to consider that selling larger portions of it might be feasible.. under certain conditions.. perhaps?  perhaps?  I am not really there now...

I'm very sure we 100% AGREE in the mentality/philosophy of the HODL. Our differences are in the "how" to accumulate, and probably also in the "why" we should be accumulating Bitcoin. They are both minor points/differences, but I'm very happy that we do both are aboard in the same ship, ser. I've always noticed that if you ask 5 different people "What is Bitcoin?", they could give you five different answers.
1944  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google partners with Coinbase to accept crypto payments for cloud service on: October 12, 2022, 05:34:41 AM
Good news!

But to play the devil's advocate, they "accept" Bitcoin "payments" through a centralized third party? Technically they're not truly accepting payments through Bitcoin. They're merely accepting payments through Coinbase, like they accept payments through PayPal.

though using coinbase means google will be selling a % of coin for fiat.. i think the point is this

google customers that have bitcoin dont have to themselves sell their bitcoin to fiat and then put it on a credit/debit card to then hand google debit/credit card details to then buy a google service

in short people can buy google services with bitcoin

My point is this, unless there are many jobs that pay in Bitcoin, do they expect Google service users to buy Bitcoin then use that to pay Google? Because it would have been more efficient to pay in fiat directly, unless Google accepts Bitcoin only.

Plus just ignore me, it was just a shower thought, I know I look nit-picky posting it. But it is still probably a wasteful way to use Bitcoin, especially if you have other payment methods.

1947  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy the DIP, and HODL! on: October 10, 2022, 11:35:40 AM
You're right, many investors collect Bitcoin at the lowest price so they increase their Bitcoin portfolio all the time for future assets, because if we refer to the lowest price then we certainly don't lose the moment to buy at the current price because the bullish phase in the future will increase the market price very quickly. Be a smart holder to increase the number of Bitcoins in the portfolio gradually, and our biggest hope for the next ATH is that $100k will be achieved in the future.
Not only do you have to be smart in holding Bitcoin and other important assets in current conditions. But you also have to be patient in facing every condition that is currently happening, because maybe the bearish condition like now will be a little longer so it obviously requires patience to wait for the bullish to come and must be bigger. Because it would be great if they had bought more Bitcoin in the $18K - $20K price range, then sold it when the price was already at $75K which is also ATH for Bitcoin.

We are not talking about selling here..

We are talking about establishing yourself in a good long term position and to keep on building.. Many folks might take 30 to 40 years or longer to build their wealth and their investment portfolio, and some of them never even reach a solid investment portfolio, even after 30-40 years of building.

It's not only about "building wealth" anymore when it's about Bitcoin. It's about adopting a new technology that gives us some power back, to be as sovereign individuals. The financial system has been used against us that HODLing is not about "investment" anymore. It's about freedom, revolt, and through cryptography, it's the leveling of the playing-field. The Cypherpunk Movement would never have existed if the cabal that rules over us are benevolent.
1948  Economy / Gambling / Re: What are the Bitcoin casinos with first deposit bonuses? on: October 10, 2022, 11:17:56 AM
I'm a pleb who would like to build capital only for gambling. I want to start from scratch/small amount, but I also want to build it up as fast as possible. I was thinking one good path to start would be through first time deposit bonuses. The plan is to deposit $100 to one casino and complete the bonus requirements there, then go to the next casino and complete the next requirements, and continue on to other casinos.

It is better to be very careful than to be looking for bonuses and a way to look for money through gambling. Know that gambling is very risky.

It's just a hobby to see if I can do it. Mr. Brightside, a whale in BlackJack.fun, is "inspiring"! Hahaha! Plus don't worry about me, all of my Bitcoin HODL savings are in cold storage in an offline computer.

Quote

I went to each "ANN", but complete information about first time bonuses is unclear, and I'm not sure which casinos are the most trustworthy. I need some help. Post your favorite casinos with first time bonuses, THANKS!

These are lists of most gambling sites that have official thread on this forum, check if they have deposit bonus.

Loyalty Bonuses & Promotions on Crypto Casinos and Sportsbooks

Thank you! That's what I'm looking for!

BetPlay is in the list. I made a deposit in the casino through Lightning, I didn't see a bonus. It's probably because I lost the whole deposit in an hour? Hahaha.

Hello

So some of you might recognize my username, for those who don't I am one of those "whales" at blackjack.fun.
Some people in chat asked for my footage, therefore I have recorded a session.
You can find the link below.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XgrVAArlFYg

To be honest I have no idea if it's even interesting to watch lol.

Regarding blackjack.fun I think the site has got some potential, certainly with the upcoming changes regarding the leaderboards, it can have a downside that if wager is low the prizes are low, but it also works the other way where we could have insane leaderboards, unrivaled by any other site.

I must say, although not all providers are available due to geolocation, blackjack.fun did a lot of effort to make the games that I was playing bugfree (like in the one in the recording).

If anyone has any questions, just ask in their chat, most of the time I am around.

Kind regards

MrBrightside

Thank you so much for posting this! It is our honor to host players like You like on Blackjack.fun.
You have been very skilled and lucky! Congrats!

If other players will realize that you have a 150k Balance already, I believe that it is very interesting for many here.

If he collected that amount through BlackJack, then that would be VERY impressive, and also inspiring for anyone who believes that it might be possible for them to be skilled enough to profit that large.

Personally, it's not for me, but I love playing Craps during my breaks at work, or if I'm home with nothing to do. My experience in trying wasn't very successful, just like my day-trading. It's better to gamble for leisure in games with low house edge.
1951  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Synthetic trading on: October 08, 2022, 11:31:22 AM
OP, I believe it's better to buy the actual thing/asset, no matter whether you are buying for a months-long trade, or a short-term trade/day-trade, UNLESS you want to trade with leverage, which is probably the only advantage in buying and selling these synthetic stocks/indices.

I tried actively "trading" with both no leverage, and with leverage. What it did was make me lose money.

Let me do the honors of giving you your first merit in our forum, ser. I believe we should appeal the negative trust given to you by one of our trusted members. The people here have been scammed many times that sometimes the paranoia takes over our mental processes.

I'll watch the video later. Thanks for posting, I always wanted to learn proper BlackJack because I found it hard to win, and it's stressful. Craps is currently the game for me, more relaxing.

Plus BlackJack.fun admins, the chatbox is becoming stupid with spam. It's probably to stop giving free spins to those users who post, "digdigdig" or something useless.
1953  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun | Live tables | Baccarat |Slots| InstantWithraw on: October 08, 2022, 09:03:54 AM
Didn't Real Winner fix the issues regarding BlackJack.fun and KYC?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5415969.0

It would be very unfortunate to see him leave the casino, and the growing BKF Community. He was always very responsive in the chat, and he also very helpful with some of the users who have encountered minor issues when using in the site.

It's probably why the admins are changing the way the casino calculates the rewards and the leaderboard, of perhaps it's more efficient to have another leaderboard for high rollers?

-snip-

Read your own post again after three years, OK? The current price, and the DIPs from the current price are the BEST opportunities to buy that have been given to everyone during this part of the cycle. It's THE SAME opportunity. Don't tell us we were merely just lucky in 2025. NO, because we paid attention when it was THE right time to pay attention.

LOL I like your sense of humor but am not going to regret or swallow my word's because adaption is the name of the game and to survive these crypto waves one has to think like a trader to buy when market enters into a bullish state and to sell at a premium when markets are in a bearish state.... We have to be opportunists at the end of the day because you real intention is to make a profit.

I wish you good luck in your "adaption" ser. I'm merely a pleb who is looking for golden opportunities to buy more Bitcoin at "discounts" during DIP cycles, THEN HODL them like it's my second savings account. I'm happy, and I don't need to stare at a computer screen all day pretending to be a "trader". But you do you, I'm happy to  Buy the DIP, and HODL.

Quote

Bitcoin is not a collectors item which will always appreciate with time unfortunately so Hodlin in 2022 is not the same as it was 10years ago!

That might be true, or might become true someday, but I believe during 2032 the same people will say "HODLing in 2032 is not the same as HODLing in 2022", no?
1955  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy the DIP, and HODL! on: October 07, 2022, 01:58:29 PM
Am starting to think this hodling process is easier done if you have a small stake to grow, the whales with deep pockets will continously buy and sell coins to realize any small profits at any given opportunity which is the smart way of investing if you ask me... Buying the dip now and throwing the key away to your stash will just bring headaches and should be discouraged, times have changed and we need to adapt with the new game!

Read your own post again after three years, OK? Ey anyone notices this?

https://twitter.com/OWLDAOio/status/1576600511125639170?cxt=HHwWhMC-pfnzmuErAAAA

So, two gaming platform we have here work togheter until now?.

Really good news for both. And the two are running signatures campaings here.

Good news for both from a business viewpoint, but hopefully the Owl.Games family will also make some decisions to improve the service from a community viewpoint. I'm not much of a gambler in all of my life, but I believe that BlackJack.fun has found the recipe to take the service to success. The answer is a loyal community, not of real gamblers, but a community of ordinary people who merely want to connect with other ordinary people, and probably sometimes gamble. Have a chatbox where people meet is a good way to start.
1957  Economy / Economics / Re: China tells state banks to prepare for a massive dollar dump on: October 07, 2022, 11:52:12 AM
Although, isn't China still one of the largest HODLers of United State debt, and U.S. Dollars? Why would they start dumping an asset that they are largely exposed to, and crash the price of that asset? Do they truly want to crash the currency of U.S. economy, the largest importer of their exports?

If rather it's not China trying to dump the dollar they're trying to find a way to save their yuan, avoid letting it drop too deeply, seriously affecting the national economy. Japan and other countries are also planning to find solutions to prevent the devaluation of their national currencies to avoid creating a serious economic crisis in their countries.

The dollar is at a 20-year high and this is good for the US but for the countries that are borrowing money from the US, which depend on the US, they are having a hard time repaying the US government and do business with America.

The situation in Japan is their central bank's fault, the Bank of Japan. They planned, and purposefully printed trillions, and more TRILLIONS of Yen to buy shares of private companies to save them from failure. The effect which we're seeing is a weaker currency. Because of the Fed's strenghtening of the U.S. Dollar, I believe it will give them some capacity to do the same when the recession has done its worst. The Fed will be "investing", and will be buying shares of failing American companies/banks. The U.S. government will literally OWN a large slice of the U.S. economy.
1958  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun | Live tables | Baccarat |Slots| InstantWithraw on: October 07, 2022, 11:36:46 AM
Real Winner doesn't play with high volume anymore, it's currently Mr. BrightSide who is always the consistent winner of ALL of the wagering competitions. I believe the reason why I was given 80 free spins was because my votes form him on the Daily Competition, Highest Bet, and Highest Win all won! Thank you BlackJack.fun family, I "digged" 0.15 mBTC.

Plus, is there anything wrong when everyone plays live tables from Evolution? The video of the dealer for Live Craps, and other live games won't stream.
1959  Economy / Gambling / Re: WINZ.IO 🚀 WELCOME BONUS: 300 FREE SPINS 🎁 43 ETH ETHEREUM ADVENTURE 🌕 on: October 06, 2022, 10:20:11 AM
@Everyone, Read this post before trying the free spin bonus at Winz.io
They may force anyone to complete the identity verification process without any valid reason. If you give priority to your personal documents (Proof of Identity, Proof of Address, Proof of Payment system), then avoid playing at Winz.io. They reserve the right to ask for KYC documents. But they trap the users to apply this rule.

Even though this has been discussed so many times before, I'd still like to adress your post.
Almost every single casino reserves themself the rights to demand a kyc verification upon deposit or withdrawal of a certain sum of money.

If you don't feel comfortable doing so, you should probably stay away from most online casinos.

I've had a bad experience myself using the free spins on winz.io but I wouldn't complain about such basics to be honest.

It's a trade-off accepted by the casino to protect itself from cheating coming from, or through the use of muti-accounting. The casino truly doesn't care about who you are or where you live, but they are forced to implement a procedure to stop, and discourage people from cheating and taking advantage of the service. Because a casino that's always been cheated regularly is a bad casino.

Did anyone take part in Rainstorm yesterday? we got massive rain from @hellhound russian  streamer who plays on blackjack.fun
Rains dropped almost every minute with an estimated $30 in every rain I managed to collect $15-20 from all rains, not bad right?
We hope to see @hellhound again next weekend  Smiley

NO! What time did he start giving them in the chatbox? I was logged in for almost 24 hours yesterday, playing Craps, chatting/voting, and "digging".

By the way, Digging is VERY addictive once you have experienced getting those three Digs, and the slot machine takes you to another stage with 10 automatic free spins, THEN you get another three Digs again, with another automatic free spins. Plus the sound when you get one Dig, then another Dig, and the next spins become very fast!
