I agree, the problem now is fiat transfers to exchanges and whether the exchanges can cope: BTCe has a dubious record; Gox is a nightmare all round; Stamp has failed this week; no volume on Coinmkt. The list goes on - its the fiat interface that hampers crypto adoption.
Indeed. I'm trying to get money into bitcoin RIGHT NOW, and I just can't do it. And that's with me having a verified account at Gox and Coinbase. No coins, or 7-10 day international wire transfer? Hmmm. Well this blows. Keep checking Coinbase. I was able to buy last night, price lock-in and all.

Even the co-founder of Bitpay gives BTC an 80% chance of failing and returning to near zero in the next few years. Until then, you might be able to make a nice return engaging in speculation, but I:m still waiting for that killer app that:s going to convince everyone to cut up their credit cards and jump onboard the train.
*chrip* *chirp*
The train is slowly leaving the station, and you're standing on the platform. By the time your killer app is developed it'll be 2000 miles away.

The bot doesn't exist to make you money. It auto trades EMA lines with parameters you set.
If you don't understand this method of trading DON'T USE THE BOT. EMA trading is a long-term strategy.
In fact there are smart traders who know that noobs use this bot on default settings and trade against it. I'm sure they are grateful for your extra coins. Be careful.

everyone can't be on the future train, larger part of the population has to stay behind. natural selection. This is exactly the kind of fascistoid anti-egalitarian discourse (usually spewed out by capitalist thieves who like to get rich without producing anything valuable) that the world is getting increasingly sick and tired of. You must be high on crack if you really think such a toxic system with a minority of winners and a majority of losers can go on indefinitely. But by all means keep talking and behaving like this - if your right-wing extremism helps some sort of Neo-Communism come to power in the world as a reaction I'll be a happy guy. You should be so lucky. A large percentage of the human race lives in abject poverty, and is born to simply die again without modern food or medicine. A utopia is impossible without an incorruptible centralized control, so until that happens (if it happens) there's gonna be winners and losers.

to buy in this uncertainty is begging to lose money.
To not buy means missing out on a great opportunity. You'll be one of those 'I could have bought at $400, but now it is $10,000. I'm so sad, please give me some coins'. I bought near the top of the April bubble around $230. Felt a bit silly temporarily, but do I regret that decision? Nope! I'm actually buying a little every week with disposable income. Dollar cost averaging.

given the market price ramps we've seen and after yesterday's Senate hearings, Team BTC-USA has already formed.
I'm just not sure how these Senate hearings usually go. Is this just them being polite? Are they gonna figure out that Bitcoin is un-regulate-able and blow a collective gasket? Or is this really the US embracing cryptocurrencies? It just seems too good to be true. Perhaps their way of thinking, the fact that they believe in centralized control, is exactly what keeps them from seeing the fundamental potential of Bitcoin to rearrange the world. My favorite line from yesterday's hearing was after the first panel testified. Senator Carper said, "We will resume after a short break and a phone call to my colleague." *Brrrring* Carper: The regulators are on board. Buy buy buy!!!

There's a part of me thinking that, at least in the eyes of the non devotee, Bitcoin has just embarrassed itself. Pissed it's pants in the playground of public opinion out of over excitement. The day after just about the best PR anyone could have ever expected we've proved conclusively how fucked our infrastructure is - how manipulated our markets are - how sentimental the idea of a crypto currency as the guarantee of any stable value is. Not only are the markets rigged, effectively run by an unholy cartel of early adopters, Miners Guilds and ASIC manufacturers: but the three biggest Exchanges in the world consist of a perpetual motion machine running on thin air, a market who's operation is so opaque that not even the most heroic of commentators appear to have one_fucking_clue of what is going on with it and a clunky start-up in a country with a banking system on the brink of bankruptcy.
Way to go BTC - mass adoption here we come. Not.
ps. Still on the train - just pissing in the boiler so to speak.
Bitcoin conspiracy theories have never panned out. Occam's razor applies well to markets.

Why is Bearstamp doing the opposite of all the other exchanges? For the past couple of hours they've been slowly dropping in value, but all the others are either holding steady or rising...
Profit taking, daddy wants a new car, girlfriend wants a tennis bracelet I'd say Stamp has a nice bearish streak, but they eventually get dragged up along with China.
