Don't know if that was asked before, but are there any plans for 'direct' BTC deposit to the card? Without detour via the fiat-wallet.
How would you know the exact amount you can spend then? What?

Edit:
Sorry if i was unclear. Don't mean "use bitcoin on card", i mean "deposit and exchange automatic". So no need to login and transfer funds from fiat balance to card. /edit Don't know if that was asked before, but are there any plans for 'direct' BTC deposit to the card? How would you know the exact amount you can spend then? Either it works like now: Enter that i want to deposit 50€ and the system show me the BTC i need to deposit. Or i just could send as many BTC to the Card Adress as i want and it gets exchanged automatic. Then i have to check my account balance before using it, of course. See no problem here. A email or push-message would be nice. Something like "0.1 BTC recieved. Exchanged to 56€. New Balance: 56€." -- Btw, looks like there is a problem today. My normal BTC deposit from 6 hours ago did not arrived in my account. fixed

Basically because Bitcoin deposits take a while so you can't just move the funds right when you deposit the BTC. A dropdown with "Deposit to wallet balance" and "Deposit to ****1234 card" would be perfect.

Everybody charges for card funding, there is no such thing as free funding of these prepaid cards with e-wallets attached to them, as far as I know. Even if it may be theoretically cheaper or free (let's imagine that), you need to look at the entire fee structure, not just at this one fee. I think combined with the extremely low card price and no monthly or annual maintenance fees this is one of the best offers on the market. Even with the 'ludacris' card funding fee. As for the BTC to card thing, I'm not sure about it right now. Many factors here, technical and legal alike. We'll discuss it.

The Fees are fine. We get a good product for that. I especially like the fact that there is no 'Lifetime Limit' such as at Xapo (If you are not verified). Or am I wrong? And 0% Fees for normal paying with the card is great. I charge the card sometimes only 1 time per month. Every now and then 4-5 times. I think for the possibility that I can practically go shopping immediately with Bitcoin, this is a good deal. I wonder if you can operate profitably at all. You're almost suspiciously inexpensive

There's no catch There is in fact a lifetime limit if you are not verified by our card vendor. I believe this is pretty common with prepaid card providers if you are not verified. Once you are verified, the limit is gone.

Oh, maybe you should add this to the FAQ. I could not find this information on the site. But yes, I will verify soon anyway. Thanks for the fast reply.

So is there any other way to deposit money from outside the EU til swift/wire is back again? Paypal? I've really enjoyed to use your service and I am a bit sad that I can't deposit funds on it anymore.
Everything is inside the account, there are no hidden or secret methods that we are not showing you Today we added a section that lets you find an e-currency exchanger if you are lacking funding or withdrawal options. Check inside the account, perhaps you'll find something. Yes, of course, it's just really sad that I can't deposit funds anymore via bank transfer from outside the EU. My colleagues and me used your service a lot for higher amounts, and it worked very well. Unfortunately I don't know another site which provides this service we could use meanwhile, and we were using Advcash for months and never lost anything, so I really don't want to use another service but Advcash anyways, as you got our trust. I hope it get fixed in the near future, however I understand there might be some bank problems etc and I understand it's not your fault. If you have any ETA for swift/wire transfers, it would be great. Or if you think it most likely wont come back in the near future, please let me know. We still use your service with Bitcoins, but we would love to have it working again for normal wire transfers from outside the EU

There is some progress and I hope we're like a month away or so. This is, of course, a rough estimate. Thanks for your trust and for using Advanced Cash.

If you want to contact me about a particular ticket so that I can see what's going on, you need to email me at andrew@advcash.com with the ticket number. We do not post any account-specific information on message boards, every individual issue needs to be addressed by contacting us directly using the details provided inside the account. As far as I know, there are no global issues like you described. I will be happy to answer your further questions via email.
