Hi, Advcash.
Will you be adding Tether USD any time soon as a deposit option?
Thanks,

They won't! Although it would be awesome.

And where could we see the custom exchange rate ? Custom means you select it, right ?  I would prefer having real currency + 3% fee, than bad currency that hidden fee is 5% for example. This is just my opinion! But 0% will bring more customers  Grin

It's shown on advcash.com in the header and also all exact amounts are shown before you confirm any BTC transaction, whether a deposit or a withdrawal.

Custom means it's our own commercial rate.

We believe it's just easier this way. You're making one calculation. With a different, 'better' exchange rate and a fee in % you would need to make 2.

I speak for this moment only :  822 EUR/BTC to convert btc to euro in your site and for withdrawal to BTC you use 909 EUR/BTC ! I dont think this is the best trade in the world!

Probably not, but we never said our business is provide the best Bitcoin exchange rates in the world. It is just one of the features, and this is how it works. We are not competing with Bitcoin marketplaces here.

Paypal started to stop cards from Ware Crest ( the bank of advcash ) . A verified card should work in paypal . But last month these cards and paypal have some problems .

Just today, my VCC is unverified but I've put all the correct billing information and matched it with the billing address I put. The amount on the card is $24 USD. Are there any changes that I need to make?

Was your card verified? Did you use this card with a PayPal account or with the "pay as guest" feature? I still can't get my card to work.

In their website[1] It says 3,000 USD/EUR daily limit for ATM cash withdrawals so yes you should be able to do that without any problems.

I cant understand why they remove option to withdraw our money to bitcoins! This is a joke with them!!! In the same time we can deposit money to their account with bitcoins!

So that you have problem with your partner is not something that we believe!

I start thinking about scam if they don't put this option back asap .
