I cant understand why they remove option to withdraw our money to bitcoins! This is a joke with them!!! In the same time we can deposit money to their account with bitcoins!
So that you have problem with your partner is not something that we believe!
I start thinking about scam if they don't put this option back asap .
Everyday you remove option to withdraw to bitcoins when price of btc goes down! Deposit with bitcoins is always there! This is not serious service at all mr advcash! |

Yes , It says on the fees page[1] that card creation costs is $/€ 4.99 (14.99 after 7 days) they probably forgot to update the website. [1] http://advcash.com/en/solutions/card/ |

I dont know why but from 7 days of the week 4-5 days option to withdraw to bitcoins is not enabled... Also guys advcash is not the right website to trade with bitcoins... as fees are too high. Difference between buy and sell is 100+ usd / eur . But they have 2 coins: 1) card with 3d security ( i dont know other with same feature ) 2) they are fast with support / verifications . Hope i helped.  |

It's not a scam actually. They use their own internal exchange rate when we deposit using bitcoins. It's clearly stated at the fees section and the rate can be found at the front page. I believe other services like wagecan and e-coin also use their own internal exchange rate which is also lower than the official rate. The rate is not favourable but that's how they earn money, it's business. But I agree they should state their own exchange rate over there instead of stating 0 btc fee which might mislead users to think there is a hidden 2% fees.
As for withdrawal to bitcoins, I think they disabled it temporarily from their own perspective business point of view (?) Anyway, I only use advcash to load my card so I can spend my bitcoins conveniently and don't have the need to withdraw it back to bitcoins as I don't see the point in doing so since you will lose money due to being hit by the unfavourable rate twice. I just hope they can lower their fx fees and ATM withdrawal charges so I will use their card more often when traveling,,
For new users,, it took abt one month for card to reach my place situated at south east asia but hey, the card only cost $5 if u purchase within first 2 weeks of registration and last for 3 years so I don't mind.
