"Perv" Vern WIPED the servers, people....

He did, however the Receiver already said they recovered some of an older database.

Probably in use to verify Claims.

Older as in it will not have an accurate accounting of who had what etc.
We know this is true because the receiver mass emailed us all who had an account there about the settlement.

Holy cow this thread is still alive!  Head over to Poloniex. We are making a killing.  The STR run up was EPIC.  It crashed their servers, or maybe not ;-)

A house he did not own, probably a fake zirconia ring, a beat up inifinity suv which will amount to five fifths of nothing after all of the legal fees.

Do you have any evidence of having sent funds of any kind to Cryptsy in the first place? Anything is worth a shot.

If I have a transaction record from my BTC-E account listing withdrawals of BTC and FTC to my Cryptsy account in 2014/15, will that be sufficient evidence for a class action claim?

I had 3.5BTC, 2500FTC and a bunch of Doge Sad

I tried using WalletExplorer as someone mentioned to prove the wallet's connection with Cryptsy but had little luck.

Cheers.

Yes, reach out the receiver representative and let them know what you have. Anything at all is worth a shot.
You are the man who is near the bankruptcy curator...do the right things!

Are you referring to me? If so, what do you mean by right things?
No friend, I refer to Horus, the man who knows everything and is close to the bankrupt curator and the lawyers. In fact, I wanted to ask, who decides to bring some of our coins to the auction? Moon, XRP...ecc

You might be lucky ==>  the Receiver recovered an OLDER Cryptsy database!  Be sure to apply for reimbursement.

There wasn't electronic submission at first without permission so I collect all my screenshots (thanks to this forum). e-mails, and my own excel spreadsheet of every trade I did on Cryptsy.

It may be a bonus for us who have that. The Sad thing for me was I had over 100,000 xrp now worth 8 Grand Canadian Smiley

Wow that's huge amount of money. I don't have any proof that I had those coins. But why they don't just let us login and withdraw our coins. I know my password for cryptsy.

Vernon destroyed (shredded, not just delete, so recovery failed ) all Cryptsy databases and bacups of DB after shutting down site but before court and Receiver got access to servers.

They had found only very old bacup copy of DB. Balances in this copy very outdated (and many users accounts even does not exist if it was created after bacup) and not relevant to moment when Crypsy fall. But they use it to collect contact info of users (if account was old enough) - this is how many former Cryptsy users got emails with official notice about settlement.

Yes, it worth to try.
I submitted my form yesterday. I do not have screenshot or video like some of others(only excel copy of balances), but i managed to dug up some of my old Cryptsy deposit addresses. And whole history of deposits is securely stored in according blockchain where it can be checked and confirmed independently.
It is a old addresses (created in 2013 and beginning of 2014), so it must be included in that old DB backup recovered by Cryptsy Receiver.
