Here's the link to the receivers 5th report to the Court.

It's at the bottom right of this page:

http://cryptsyreceivership.com/court-documents/

They Finally make mention of the Missing Ripple.

I hope they're at Poloniex, which has some wallets frozen, per the report.

If I have a transaction record from my BTC-E account listing withdrawals of BTC and FTC to my Cryptsy account in 2014/15, will that be sufficient evidence for a class action claim?

I had 3.5BTC, 2500FTC and a bunch of Doge Sad

I tried using WalletExplorer as someone mentioned to prove the wallet's connection with Cryptsy but had little luck.

Cheers.

Maybe, if it was at the Point where you couldn't withdraw anymore.

Who's to say you didn't lose it ?

It's worth a try but hurry. Time is running out.

How is it possible to put in a claim for fraud against them when I got my IFC coins out...eventually, but not before they locked them down so they could ride a wave of up, cash out, and then give back my access after the price crashed?

I figure I am out about $1000 but I have no proof on my end. Never bothered to detail it...my bad. I just decided to never deal with them again...and this was back when most were still defending them.

What's the penalty for using a Louisville Slugger up the side of the head to an American expat on the run in China?

Is there a chance that the receiver has knowledge about which wallets belong to Cryptsy?

I've rarely had a problem on COINBASE.com.

Ya neither did BigVern  Cheesy

I also have to remind HippieTech the idealism of Crypto was shot & pissed on long ago.
Once Doge took over and then the mass ICO bullshit ..it was then game over.

Bittrex ?
I have noticed over time a very suspicious amount of users who did not have 2fa ended up "hacked"
Make of that what you will..

Dox ?
Ya like my name that i registered at Cryptsy with ?
Seems someone or someone(s) has been ghosting me around the web with it for 2 yrs now.
Funny how Mullick replied here he had no idea how my name showed up here by a troll account..
And how he then vanished for a year etc etc.. just as Cryptsy was getting in trouble here.

I don't usually believe in coincidences.
Sure they happen but how often ?

I guess a lot in a greedy corrupt crypto-asshole scene huh ?
Say what you will about me guys but i never fucking ripped anyone off ever.
There is a legion of shitheads loitering around here who would gladly burn you for $10.
So when they are sitting on a fortune and the Fur Coat, Diamond Wedding Ring and Mansion in Florida money dries up.. then ya don't be surprised there is "FUD"
Them darn "Troll's" ..always ruining a good crypto-scheme  Angry

If the auditors can access the servers surely they can see the user names/pw and the coin amounts remaining in the accounts?

Don't we have the right to our property whether it is tangible or digital before the courts distribute the remaining seized coins?
