If I have a transaction record from my BTC-E account listing withdrawals of BTC and FTC to my Cryptsy account in 2014/15, will that be sufficient evidence for a class action claim?

I had 3.5BTC, 2500FTC and a bunch of Doge Sad

I tried using WalletExplorer as someone mentioned to prove the wallet's connection with Cryptsy but had little luck.

Cheers.

Yes, reach out the receiver representative and let them know what you have. Anything at all is worth a shot.

When I see dash .potcoin going up up make me more n more angry .

Me too. I have millions of moon, dime, earth and other cryptos over there. Fuck you vern. Point is I can't prove I had those coins. I have no screen shot no log files etc. I was away nearly 3 years from crypto world. Then I came back and cryptsy was already down.  Angry

You might be lucky ==>  the Receiver recovered an OLDER Cryptsy database!  Be sure to apply for reimbursement.

There wasn't electronic submission at first without permission so I collect all my screenshots (thanks to this forum). e-mails, and my own excel spreadsheet of every trade I did on Cryptsy.

It may be a bonus for us who have that. The Sad thing for me was I had over 100,000 xrp now worth 8 Grand Canadian Smiley

Wow that's huge amount of money. I don't have any proof that I had those coins. But why they don't just let us login and withdraw our coins. I know my password for cryptsy.

Vernon destroyed (shredded, not just delete, so recovery failed ) all Cryptsy databases and bacups of DB after shutting down site but before court and Receiver got access to servers.

They had found only very old bacup copy of DB. Balances in this copy very outdated (and many users accounts even does not exist if it was created after bacup) and not relevant to moment when Crypsy fall. But they use it to collect contact info of users (if account was old enough) - this is how many former Cryptsy users got emails with official notice about settlement.

Yes, it worth to try.
I submitted my form yesterday. I do not have screenshot or video like some of others(only excel copy of balances), but i managed to dug up some of my old Cryptsy deposit addresses. And whole history of deposits is securely stored in according blockchain where it can be checked and confirmed independently.
It is a old addresses (created in 2013 and beginning of 2014), so it must be included in that old DB backup recovered by Cryptsy Receiver.

Say, I saw something in the news today about Mark Karpeles if that's how you spell it.

He was interviewed and said he's made back 75% of mt gox's losses.

Aside from a huge lawsuit pending,

He said if he hit 100% he'd refund everyone.

VERN?

He also said "hackers" stole all the Bitcoins..
Then shortly after that had his lawyer announce SURPRISE !!!!!!
Hooray he found all the coins (around 250k BTC or some shit) on a USB drive
..lost in his couch cushion at home.

nuff said ?
You believe anything out of that fat fucking fraud's mouth ?

Oh and..
I loved seeing the pic i photoshop'd on this topic earlier.
It was a controversial pic that got me a lot of whining that it offended some guys wife.
I hope the sensitive cow doesn't turn a TV on anytime soon (she'd see worse on Family Guy)

Krapeles and Vern are taking turns bending us over..

And.. and..
I *DID* get the receiver email too.
But my account was created in 2013 about 1 month roughly after they opened.
Although i left and never went back in early'ish 2014. <-- rough guess.
They still have my 13 cents worth of Cryptsy Points  Angry

I never got shit.
I think it depends on account registration date. My account @Cryptsy was created in 2013. And i got official notice from Receiver. And read other early registered users got it too.
While other users registered in 2015 and second half of 2014 did not get anything.

So probable DB backup was created somewhere in beginning of 2014. And notice was sent only to users registered before that date.
