*snip* I have been monitoring some of the known Cryptsy cold wallet addresses. This is easy to do by matching rich addresses to dates and deposit behaviors. Two days ago, on May 19, the coins started moving. The person in charge of the coins appears to be a competent crypto professional. I assume the receivership hired this individual. In the case of Goldcoin (GLD), the receivership appears to have combined the hot wallets and cold wallets into a single address. Using the ownership claim feature of the block explorer, this individual even took the time to claim the address. He labeled it, "Cryptsy Receiver Wallet." http://gld.cryptocoinexplorer.com/rich~~ Based on this behavior, I would think this is a good sign that the coins of former Cryptsy customers are in good hands. Hopefully, these users will have their coins returned in the near future. Microguy from the goldcoin thread says the cryptsy goldcoins appear to have been moved to a new address labelled with "Cryptsy Receiver Wallet". If it really is the receiver moving coins there will probably be an official statement about it soon.

CryptoBullion CBX coins that were stored on Cryptsy never moved until now... It is hard to say is it receivership or Vernon. If it does not move further it is receivership, putting them in a new wallet. But if it moves further, then it means Vernon is again in the full motion. I guess this is what we call progress. Still such a shame a known alt coin currency exchange goes down. Since this whole ETH is on the rise that crytpsy could of been a part of.http://www.coindesk.com/coinbase-exchange-rebrand-ethereum-trading/Now coinbase is taking over crytpsys old job lol. I'm sure, Paul Vernon's somewhere in China kicking himself in the ass for not currently having Cryptsy up and running so to skim a few million dollars worth of ETH prior to commencing his exit strategy.

My guess is that a coin called "cryptsypoints" probably would not fair well.

What about if it was backed by Paul Vernon i mean Bao's personal promise with a default to his wife Lorie? What about if Mark from mt gox went escrow? Seems legit. Hahah paul is like garza.. what a fuck knuckle our lawyers are responding to this libelious attack. Just more of a reason for anyone in crypto that gets a cease and desist to tell them to go fuck themselves. Most are scam operators that don't have the funds for court cases... it risks them being exposed so everyone should just speak their minds.99.9% chance you won't be taken to court.

Not really, considering Paul went from acting liaison for multi-star US Army Generals to porn to mining bitcoins to registering cryptsy.com to providing support for non-crypto entities to mining Litecoin when the difficulty was already high but he said it wasn't to developing a Litecoin pool to developing umpteen more altcoin pools to then getting around to building Cryptsy as a altcoin exchange because the community overwhelmingly asked him for it to getting a team to work for Cryptsy for free to finally on-boarding his long-time friend and partner, Jim Shockney, trained by a non-paid Cryptsy hand to finally paying everybody on the 50-plus team personnel to getting hacked and operating a fractional reserve but declaring that such wasn't the case so more folks pumped more moneys into Cryptsy to... Feel free to inject where drugs came into play at any of the "to" junctions. Multiple injections allowed.

Thats crazy... does he take bitcoin? Just wait till the patients put their scripts in and pay... only to be told there are delays due to slow payments and they die from not getting their insulin. Don't you need qualifications or business accreditations to own and run a pharmacy to dispense medication? Wish there was a way to point the chinese nationals to him. Since he worked for US generals maybe he's an undercover spy... maybe not but lets let the chinese decide that

I'd love to see how he can explain that amount of money that he has in currency for the company considering 1) He said that he was bankrupt and his expenses outweighed his income... this was in the lorie court docos 2) Project investors is in receivership..

So all this money is in a new company now? How about the chance of the CIA nailing down this company and give back the funds to the rightful owners?

News from Mullick came to CBX dev: I have been contacted by Cryptsy regarding the movement of the CBX under their control. These funds have been moved to a secure address and are still safe and locked away as they have been for the several months Cryptsy has been closed. Below is the note from Mullick. I saw some people worrying about the coins being moved by Paul.
The coins were not moved by Paul. They were moved by me under order of the receiver to a secure wallet.
I don't want to get involved on the forums but since we have a history I thought I would let you know there is no need to worry about Paul dumping any CBX. CryptoBullion CBX coins that were stored on Cryptsy never moved until now... It is hard to say is it receivership or Vernon. If it does not move further it is receivership, putting them in a new wallet. But if it moves further, then it means Vernon is again in the full motion.

Good news. Maybe receivership should consider to put news about theirs coins moving to new wallets on former Cryptsy Twitter account or to open new one.

Either Mullick is 100% cooperating with the receiver or we are being played. Recall, Mullick would have been one of the first people to be aware of all the coinage moved soon after the pseudo-hack, virtually knowing who had control of said coins.

Wait, wasn't Mullick adamant that he had no access to coins inside wallets and was just managing wallet servers? Maybe it was some other ex-Cryptsy ex-employee. Hard to keep track of all the excuses.
