They couldn't do that at least until after October 5th, when approved Claimants must submit the IRS. form etc.

Even then, I doubt we'll know right away.

I am really interested what is happening after Vern's announce that hack happened, Mulick is still in exile. I'm stuck around 266th page. Reading it slowly, few pagers per hour/day now. I have seen just by googling that Cryptsy has went down totally and law suits are on the way(but still all process how went down that road I am interested to see what happened and what brought to it).
