Does anyone have any idea how many cents in the dollar we should expect back from this class action? I haven't seen any breakdown of accepted claims vs total assets anywhere.

They couldn't do that at least until after October 5th, when approved Claimants must submit the IRS. form etc.

Even then, I doubt we'll know right away.

if it is 1000 claims you may get $1500

I think total assets were $2000000

minus lawyer fees of at least 25%

speculation but all i got

Much longer until all those overseas snail mails arrive. Maybe in early November, so don't expect payouts until December.

I find that very interesting, and now the thread is gone. I looked for more info but can't find any. The google cache page just shows people asking for airdrops.  I wonder if more info will come out soon. Good find.

edit : could also be some dumb scammers who didn't think people would catch on so quickly. Will be interesting to watch in the coming days

Thanks for taking a look. I hope none of those folks actually sent him anything. Glad it's taken down now for the most part.  I doubt it's any of the cryptsy guys but I guess we will see as time goes on.

I'm glad that i made you chuckle Cheesy . At the moment im feeling burned out, i read to much of this, and not going so fast. I am really interested what is happening after Vern's announce that hack happened, Mulick is still in exile. I'm stuck around 266th page. Reading it slowly, few pagers per hour/day now. I have seen just by googling that Cryptsy has went down totally and law suits are on the way(but still all process how went down that road I am interested to see what happened and what brought to it). I mean common! How can you not see that someone already reported bug on github(Lucky7 backdoor)
