Let us found the Church of Crypto Coins (CCC) Well, I think if cryptos will be a widely spread payment option sometime, many of the early members (and it's still early time of crypto coins) will become rich. Well believing in crypto is the most important conditions.
So let us all believe we ll be rich.
yeeaaah now I have believed in crypto and this will make me rich. and now I just hope to crypto If bitcoin becomes a religion, then it will be tax free, right? At least in the states How can it become a religion?

http://astrohacker.com/ahc/bitcoin-is-the-economic-singularity/After reading this, the scale of black market and digital economies and the effect Bitcoin will have on them I am pretty certain we are going to be very wealthy men -- even with a sum as small as 10 Bitcoins. It's just so hard to believe. We are only in the beginning storms with these significant rallies from 10 to 20 dollars. I will not be surprised to see prices from hundreds to thousands in the coming months. The world just isn't going to be the same and we have been blessed as the pioneers. What are you going to do with your Bitcoin wealth once your coins hit upwards of $10,000 a pop? And, I am quite surprised that this thread is still going from 2011 This thread will be quoted in 2040 as well. Just like this quote which says it will happen. What the fuck, I might quote myself in 25 years if I'm still alive. Well, then I hope that in 25 years from now you will learn how to quote properly LOL! Just kidding...... or not Whoops, you're right. Fixed it

Does anyone have a good pic with a skeleton at a computer. I think that would be a good way to communicate how long it's taking to become part of the wealthy elite.

OP may be quite naive. The only way any Bitcoin HODLers will ever become new wealthy elite is if all the current fiat holders go ALL IN into Bitcoin. And so far, only a tiny fraction of those fat cats have dipped their wallets into the Bitcoin wishing well. So if Bitcoiners value Bitcoin, value it for being Bitcoin, not because you're looking at US Dollar value of it. Otherwise, just worship the US Dollar.

So far, Bitcoin seems to be stable for several months now. Higher probability, it will go up. Why don't you multiply your bitcoins by investing in good startups? Try Triple your BTC at ArchVentures SA, Portugal.

It all depends on the long term adoption and usefulness of bitcoin.
That's true. If the adoption goes high then we are gonna very rich in the future but at present the scenario is very few people are aware about the bitcoin so the rate of adoption is very low at a moment so if the demand increases in coming future then there would be great hike in the value of bitcoin.

My guess is that in the future a lot of people will be using Bitcoin without handling any BTC themselves. Abra ( https://www.goabra.com) is doing this, people can send money to others around the world, it's using the Bitcoin blockchain and I don't think there is any mention of "Bitcoin" on their site. So massive user adoption MIGHT not be neccesairy but would help ofcourse.

The global currency circulation is doubling every 10 years or so. In 2009, there were banknotes and coins worth some $4.2 trillion in circulation. So we can expect some $8.5 trillion to $9 trillion by 2020. If we assume that a 10% market share will be taken up by Bitcoin (the current share is less than 0.1%), then the market cap and exchange rate of BTC can increase by 200 times. The exchange rate will go up from $250 to $50,000.

Yeah the future of Bitcoins will also depend mainly on the adoption and the stability of the price. If the price is stable it would attract more and more people to invest in bitcoins and if the adoption level is higher then the price of bitcoin will also reach to a next level.

If we assume that a 10% market share will be taken up by Bitcoin (the current share is less than 0.1%), then
The "just 1%" or "just 10%" idea is a very common fantasy when people think of the potential of new technologies. If I start a search engine and get 10% of the market share, my search engine will be worth billions. That's true, but this line of reasoning totally ignores how difficult it is to get a 10% market share. You can account for that possibility. But make sure you account for the other possibilities as well.
