*IMPORTANT UPDATE*

I am being told that I may have access to the new support software management sometime today.  In the meantime I need to keep trying to help.

If you have a current issue open...EVEN IF I HAVE PUT YOU ON A SUPPORT LIST OR OPENED A TICKET FOR YOU...I need your email address so I can try and contact you with any updates or questions.  I simply cannot manage all users issues thru forum PMs and forum posts with the increasing volume and amount of double posts and posts which do not provide me enough info to open a ticket.

WANT HELP?

Send me a PM with your email address AND order ID # or quote ID # so I can open you ticket or attempt to update you on your current status.

Thanks!  Cheesy

Hey Everybody!  This sending of a PM/email is just another SCAM!!! Fraud to delay!!

I sent a PM and got back a stupid idiotic 6 word question that made no sense!!!

I realize it is only an attempt to put me back into the rotation so that my situation can be delayed yet again.

And if I don't reply???  If  just run out of time for today?Huh  Well...they just get to keep my money a little longer!!!

I have been dealing with this since the 4th of April!

I'm not screaming anything, but this is pretty ridiculous, you have to admit. Their claim is 'Pay for your bitcoins in under an hour'... that's fraudulent, no? Like others have said, why are they still processing orders with such a backload? They are taking no responsibility for this either. I'll be patient and wait a few more days and hope for the best but right now I just want my money back. They need to put a disclaimer on there page to prevent new users from having this problem. They took our money and they shouldn't of, plan and simple.

I'm another one waiting in the wings since Apr 3. Since I've had successful history with these folks, I took a chance and have made multiple SUCCESSFUL transactions since this ongoing failed one. I think they will catch up and make it right. Though I also think they should update their website with info(it's not that hard to change the website.)

Well I hope you're right, for all our sake. I haven't bought bitcoins in about a year, and I remembered hearing good things about bitinstant, did a few quick google searches and it seemed everything was still going smoothly. Didn't find any indications of problems till after I placed my order and now I'm kicking myself for my stupidity. Between having to verify my dwolla account and this it's been about two weeks I've been trying to get some coins. Frustrating experience  Cry

FYI  The latest gambit to waste our time is this:

You now have to send a PM to Usray.....never mind what day you first got on the list.....no no no...now, if you don't send the PM.....you get no response!

And even if you do send the PM.....they will play PM tennis with you by asking crazy undefined questions that require you to answer back for further clarification.....all in a ploy to waste everyones time and keep our money.....even longer.

"The majority of the problems are from user mistakes"......I think not! Cry

Thank You.....you have just verified my statement!  You've responded to me MANY TIMES today....with a ridiculous undefined question that required my spending several hours going back & forth....where the question could have been asked the one time....clearly and answered succinctly.  Your own post verifies this!!! Undecided

And now BTC has crashed depriving me of the opportunity to sell at 250 or so (after potentially buying at 115), which I would have. Good stuff. So is bitinstant willing to reimburse me for the max I could have potentially made? I doubt it...

Update $142 and falling like a rock. Might see 90 again and have to retrace and fill the gap.

Someone is buying on the dips and filling orders. Maybe it's BitInstant filling our orders. There have been 30 point swings in a heartbeat. What do you say Usray is BitInstant filling our orders on the dips ?

I have been waiting since the 7th of April for my coins. I have used this service several times before and it was always better than most other services, I am a little disappointed that my transfer has not yet made it to my BlockChain wallet.

Details here:

https://www.bitinstant.com/order_status/50ece287-728b-4b58-b06a-abe83710a884

It has been 3 days at the time of this writing. I have been rather preoccupied with this matter since Bitcoins are currently out performing every other investment possibility on the entire planet. I should have known that with a $12,000 USD loss to hackers that there would be a bump in the road, I guess that bump is now

Well I got screwed pretty good. They finally manually pushed my bitcoin buy through at $255/coin right before the crash even though the price when I bought was $185. So I got 25% less coins than I should have and by the time I received the BTC in my account the price had already fallen to $185 before I could sell.

Ladies and Gentlemen we are being played by Bitinstant. I am sure we will all get push through but at what price ? We will by all the victims of :
In economics and finance, arbitrage is the practice of taking advantage of a price difference between two or more markets: striking a combination of matching deals that capitalize upon the imbalance, the profit being the difference between the market prices. When used by academics, an arbitrage is a transaction that involves no negative cash flow at any probabilistic or temporal state and a positive cash flow in at least one state; in simple terms, it is the possibility of a risk-free profit at zero cost.
