Can you look at order-id: cc2c7a23-9f31-44ad-adb5-51ee140b56e0? Sure, it's just $30, but Can you push it forward manually soon?

Have you read any of this forum? URSAY has been very active the last couple of days and he has created many lists of users who are currently on the list of being helped. They can't get to everyone immediately. Comments like this are not helping anyone. This is also not the only way they are getting issues, as they also have emails, and the live chat, and I believe they even said they were feeding things through facebook. They are helping people, it just might take a little time.

Hi I am new to bitcoins but have made a handful of deposits before.  I made a small moneygram cash deposit for just over $100 yesterday to a new wallet created on blockchain.info.  I received a email saying it was done at 9pm last night....

The problem is that they deposited the money/coins in a different wallet!  I contacted bitinstant and they said they cannot help me. I have also contacted blockchain via email but have not heard back from them...

I have the wallet address that the coins went to but cant access the money as it is not my wallet.  What can I do to get my coins in MY WALLET.  Please can someone help me?

Hey, I am new to this thread but also having issues with bitinstant today...

Tried to send money from dwolla.com to my online wallet. The money was taken out of my dwolla account but I got "Dwolla failed verification - unable to locate" on bitinstant's site.

What do I need to do/what do I need to post in order to resolve this issue?

I do appreciate YOU following up on this thread and trying to help.  I also understand you guys are overwhelmed with the onslaught of demand.  It is just starting to get annoying how long this is taking especially with the market moving the way it is.  Do you have any ETAs or updates on the situation?  Question, assuming I get my funds, is the service back functional for someone to make deposits via Moneygram/ZipZap now?  Or is it best to wait for your team to resolve all the issues?  I made two transactions Saturday that went through fine and I love the service when it works.
