Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

how much eth classic does DAO hacker have?
will eth classic move to POS as was planned with eth?
and if so doesn't that give dao hacker major portion of pos coins
and are implications of this already factored into price or is etc community planning to continue with pow

How is that important ? Theres no bailouts here and how is it better then the DAO investors dumping everything they have in ETH and moving into ETC at a profit ?
