UPDATE :
982176 BTC llinked which will bring approx. : 61,386 gb
and we have 365,903gb in circulation which will bring : 73,180 gb more after airdrop
So
365,903+73,180+61386= 500,469 Gb in total in circulation after give away.
That's 50% of all gbytes.
Yes i think in this rate we will have 3 more airdrops. Distribution : 0.0625 Gb for each 1 BTC of linked balance and 0.2 new byte for each 1 byte you already hold. 131.94375 MBB for each 1 BTC of linked balance and 0.42222 new Bbyte for each 1 byte you already hold (on linked addresses only).

In what wallet should the byteball sit before I get the airdrop??
It depends on what kind of operating system you are using all kind of wallet available to download from official website. You must explain what is exactly you asking about the wallet. https://byteball.org/

It is already weeks that I can't have my Byteball wallets on TWO separate Android devices (one smartphone and one tablet) properly working. Now they both have just a 1of3 multiwallet, but earlier they had other multiwallets and given the problem I have disinstalled and reinstalled the app. Same result: they endlessly try to synchronize and they do not work. Now I cannot even upgrade to the new release of the wallet, so I'll probably have top delete and reinstall everything once more. Any chance that this bus has been resolved in this latest version?
Go to slack and force the issue, keep asking about this, it's a real problem and they will help you solve it just keep insisting (politely). I'm impressed about the new update tonych, hats off to you, hope you can help this fellow here. Mobile wallet usage is the most important thing for BB imo, it looks nice, easy to use and fast, that's what the masses need. No way. It seems nobody cares on Slack. Weeks reinstalling again and again the multisig wallet on android and still multisig wallets do not work. They endlessly try to sync, for days and days, unable to sync the blackbytes. Bytes sync, but blackbytes don't, or they sync partially. On 1 android device only two third of the BB which I have appear, on the other one no BB at all. And here people on Bitcointalk people talk only about prices. Byteball as just a speculative toy, we should rather focus on pushing for having things which work 100%. Don't get me wrong, I think Byteball is one of the coolest things out there in cryptos from a technical point of view. But such a little big can jeopardize adoption.

hello byteball community. i got a question about moving byteballs to wallet for the 10% extra airdrop. the bot says :
You also receive 0.42222 blackbytes for each 1 byte of your balance on the linked Byteball addresses, which currently are: address1: 0.162175 GB address2: 0 GB.
Move your bytes to one of the linked addresses in order to maximize the amount of blackbytes you receive.
the amount in address 1 is exactly my wallet balance now but when i go to receive menu the given address there is different. i am worried that if i sent byteball to the address1 as the bot says i will lose the coins since it is not what my receiving address says. what should i do here? thanks in advance

Does 'on linked addresses only' mean on Byteball addresses which are linked to BTC addresses or do we have to also link Byteball to Blackbyte somehow in order to receive Bbytes?

Anybody can answer please? If you have 5GB, then you will automatically get 1GB added to your wallet balance when the airdrop happens. You don't have to do anything.

Anybody can answer please? go to bitviser.info and check procedure once you link own wallet (byteball address) you will have option to link btc wallet. Or if you have in that byteall address any GB you will get 20% on top if it.

The other DAG-coin, IOTA, can not even be cloned by scammers, due to its entire value being in the centralized closed-source "Coordinator"-software. Fun. what different about iota and adk, I find iota,s seed can use in adk 's wallet? The ending was so sour, did ADK copy the IOTA code? So here comes the question. Isn't the ADK worth buying? ADK‘s price is too low
I hope ADK copied Coordinator's code too, otherwise any price above zero is too high...

It depends on what kind of operating system you are using all kind of wallet available to download from official website. You must explain what is exactly you asking about the wallet. https://byteball.org/Actually, this doesn't matter if you're speaking of just Bytes (GB or GBYTES, is the typical unit). You just need the wallet seed, you don't even need to have a wallet installed anywhere, since your Bytes are stored in the DAG (the Byteball data structure that is similar to a block chain in most conventional crytpos). As long as you already own some Bytes before the airdrop (and they're controlled by the wallet seed in question) you'll get your airdrop Bytes in the DAG , and you can access them after the distribution by restoring any Byteball wallet using that wallet seed. Linked bitcoin balances and receiving Blackbytes during an airdrop is another matter, though, so it's best to have the wallet you originally used to link with the Transition Bot running to get those. Say "Hi" to the Transition Bot to review your airdrop details.

From what you've said, it sounds like you are fine for the airdrop (and by the way, it's an extra 20%, not 10%, as well as airdrop blackbytes). As with most cryptocurrency wallets, your Byteball wallet can create a large number of addresses, all of which belong to you. Your wallet adds up the balances in all of these addresses to report your total balance. But the important thing for the airdrop is the "linked" addresses that the Transition Bot listed for you. The address your wallet gives you in the receive menu is just a new address for improved privacy, but if it holds any bytes for you, you should either link that new address using the Transition Bot, or send any bytes from there to an existing linked address before the airdrop to get your blackbytes. You've said the balance in "address1" is your correct total balance, so unless you receive more funds before the airdrop, you are all set. You do not need to move your balance to "address1", it's already there.

Well no sh!t Sherlock. Who doesn't like free money? Things couldn't be better at the moment. Got BTC for these Byteball airdrops, got BTC from the Lumen airdrop, got BTC from the Bitcoin Cash fork and to top it all off BTC has hit a new ATH! These are great times my fellow crypto buddies.

couple quick questions if somebody could help clarify I'd appreciate it.
-If I use signatures to register for the snapshot, and after distribution move some or all of the bitcoin from my wallet to an exchange for trading and then want to participate in the next airdrop distribution with the same address do I have to register again? I'd withdraw BTC from the wallet then before next full moon withdraw from the exchange to the same address I registered with byteball for this upcoming snapshot, the coins would just be moved out and back in again. Would the address still be part of the snapshot or do I need to register for the second airdrop like the first? -If my BTC balance increases for the second airdrop would that mean I'd earn more bytecoin or is it based on the balance of the first airdrop I participated in? -I plan to leave my byteball in the wallet after the airdrop, do the extra coins earned from the byteball balance affect the amount earned from the Bitcoin balance? Or do you earn both extra byteball by having a byteball balance and the airdrop based on BTC in the registered address and amounts are independent of each other.
Thanks, I think I understand it and know the answers but wasn't completely sure about future rounds and the thread has grown so wasn't easy to find answers quickly, apologize if they have been asked an answered already. Wish I had heard about byteball in December, really interesting project surprised it hasn't recieved more publicity. I was told first rule of byteball is you don't talk about byteball lol, but something this groundbreaking seems hard to keep quit. Thanks for any clarification on how second rounds work, don't plan to miss anymore now that I've found it. Gonna buy a little byteball to play with, it's always easier for me to learn about how stuff works by using it not just reading how it works.

- Your linked addresses are valid for all airdrops. - Your BTC balance is read during the snapshot taken for each airdrop. - Amounts are independent from each other. The most important thing before airdrop is to check if all your bytes are on the linked address (they could have been moved to a change address), just send anything to the transition bot and it will remind you the balances for your linked addresses.
