I have some blackbytes in my mobile phone wallet. I have full backup for this wallet already.  Would i be able to get my coins if i restore the wallet on my desktop? Little help would be appreciated.

Next 10% hodler reward is in the beginning of November, right? How many merchants are already participating in the Byteball Cashback program so far?

BYTEBALL AIRDROP -What's wrong with your Transition Bot, when I use my Trezor segwit address it says "Only P2PKH addresses are supported".

Sigh... Bitcoin is wrong. I know it is hard to take:
Your Trezor Wallet uses Segwit adresses. Segwit adresses cannot sign messages.
You could theroretically still confirm with a transaction BUT bitcoin also now uses HD-wallets which means that after you payed with an adress the wallet will move your remaining balance to a new adress.
Get a classic adress.

Alright, so I've been on the BYTE train since distro #1, last December. Been running the full client, open 24/7, without issue, until about the middle of last month.

Since mid-September, my wallet has been syncing slower than real time and is now about 36 hours behind. It will nearly catch up, only to fall behind again. No transactions were initiated and nothing has changed on my end. I've attempted closing and re-opening and all the usual first steps, but I just can't speed this thing up.  What does one do in this scenario??

Is it possible to convert to a lite client? It's frustrating because now my coins are inaccessible until this issue is resolved. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance! Smiley

I have no idea where i should start when it comes to writing about byteball. I stopped counting how many times it was dumped. Funny enough, its dumps has nothing to do with the current market trend. Anyway, this coin is a real waste of time. By the way, DUMPDROP is coomiiing.....

Oh good, so you're going to sell your GB and stop writing about it?

Nice.  Give me a good deal on your GB then.

Yes.  Install the wallet on the desktop, and then do a full restore from your full backup.
(Don't use that wallet on both devices at the same time though.)

You could restore your seed on a light wallet but that will leave your blackbytes behind. The only way to move both of them from a full to a light wallet AFAIK is to use a second computer to send your coins to yourself.

Latest news - not good: https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-altcoin-exchange-bittrex-eyed-with-suspicion-due-to-thousands-of-mysterious-account-closings

Maybe it is time for Byteball to get out of Bittrex...

I just noticed myself that despite being able to deposit and withdraw at will for the last few months, that recently, they where asking for strange questions and they blocked my account for withdrawals this week...

I just managed to buy some Byteball with Changelly, didn't want to risk having my funds stuck in that exchange...  Changelly exchange rate was decent.
They are pruning all old/legacy accounts it seems. This probably caused all those non-verified users to leave the stage. I personally left bittrex as well. I do not trust any exchange having my personal data. To exchange bytes and blackbytes I will have to rely on either cryptox or the bot exchanges that we have on byteball wallet.
Hard time for crypto, guys

Hey everyone! I'm introducing a way to get free tickets in LuckyBytes , with referrals! 💛

This feature is not yet fully implemented but you can already start to invite people to LuckyBytes. As soon as i implemented the feature that you get bonus tickets, it will also count the referrals you already had invited!
I have even more features in mind how to get free tickets, but it will need some more time to implement these!
Check the menu and click "free tickets" on the very bottom to get started!

By the way: Weekly Jackpot is at: 1128 MB

Appreciate it, CryptKeeper!

That I can do, but won't the wallet need to be fully synced to successfully complete the send? I was under the impression that creating a send transaction would slow down the sync process even more.

It's been about a month since I've been synced up, so I don't want to slow this down any more than I have to Smiley

Let me know, man.....

peace!

I think part of the dumping is due to Trex' consolidating for BTC

I guess we would really need some more major exchange. How are prices vs exchange if you change actually with the bot in the wallet?
