Because of that block, I switched half of my miners to PPS

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

thank god that block is over Didn't lose a thing, been PPS mining the whole time. Figured I'd much rather like to have a consistent flow of coins rather then gamble it to luck.

Had some block processing problems. I've been re doing a lot of the internal code. I have no idea why it failed, that part of the code was pretty tested... must have been some tangential casualty.
Should be fixed now *crosses fingers* - if something breaks in the night, rest assured I will fix it first thing in the morning. All shares are stored differently than the web page displays, so that's all safe, even if the website reads incorrectly.

Sorry guys, no idea what happened there. Looks like bitcoind crashed for some reason. I will be looking into the issue. Pool should be back up now though.

Having same connection issues as yesterday. Same time and everything. Can see the pools H/R has dropped so appears to be reoccurring.

Well, it looks like there's a memory leak somewhere, but the system was so unresponsive, I couldn't even diagnose or trace down the source. I made a couple changes, but I don't think that will fix the problem. I am going to do some more in depth investigating.
