Well, putty provides a ssh client that will let you access your Titan from your windows box. Before we proceed, let me ask you a couple of questions. For starters, I'm a linux guy and pretty much windows illiterate thankfully so there may be others here who are better qualified to help you. That said …

Has your Titan ever worked ?
When you say that you can see all the cubes, what do you mean ?
Have you checked all your cables from the controller to the cubes ?
What kind of power supplies and cabling are you using ?
Do you know how to use the shell and are you familiar in general with shell level linux commands ?
Are you familiar with common linux text editors like vim or emacs ?
What version of firmware do you have on your Titan ?

Make sure you are trying to connect it to a working pool too
and double check you haven't put the username into the quota box and left the password box empty

ok, judging from that screen its probably working ok and your pool setup is incorrect. You probably don't need to install putty unless you want to learn your way around your Titan Smiley

Just curious, what version of firmware is installed on your Titan ?

Sometimes ive noticed having the stratum+tcp:// can break it so try removing it and just have the url without that first part
But please do show us your mining tab

leave quota blank, using stratum+tcp://<hostname> works fine if your pool supports the stratum protocol. Please post a pic of your Mining tab.

Sorry i don't mean to chime in and make trouble i just figured be easier if he check the pool and save teaching him/her how to get putty going.
Pretty sure its a pool issue

stratum+tcp://usasic1.wemineltc.com:3333

more are found on the getting started page

BTW i just tried and i can mine to that pool using that username stratum+tcp://global.wemineltc.com:3333 username skatebird.1 password 1
maybe try removing the stratum+tcp:// and just put global.wemineltc.com:3333

no special router config necessary other than what you do for your Dell box.

if you have putty installed, try ssh'ing into your Titan using the username pi and the password you set up

once you are ssh'd in, type

Code:
screen -r

and then type 'P' to show your pool status.  If bfgminer sees your pool as dead,

type control-A control-D to detach from screen and get back to the shell. Then type

Code:
ping wemineltc.com

to see if your router can route your Titan to the outside world

I rea;ly dont care , in europe this is no proof.
anyone can alter saved a wibsite.
but the talk about 3 TH ,,, mine runs 3.6TH
they say about refund ,,, you can refunt up to shipment....
that means yes you can refund ,,,, BUT it does NOT gave you ANYTIME , you get your refund!!!!
So it was way better to receive  the shipment!
You can not blame them about ROI , since the price of bitcoin can NOT be predicted.
That was a gamble all the time.
they would win any lawsuits , but I can imagine you dont want this kind of shit when developing a product.
so they stopped selling to US consumers.
Sorry guts you just live in the wrong country!

No worries here.  It was proof enough for ARN and I received my refund.  If it helps somebody else, good deal.  I agree about the gamble, but the refund issue was purely their own doing by trying to get a datacenter up and going and not having all the financing in place.  As for wrong country, I love my country, but it's run by idiots and they are elected by idiots.  That's a different conversation best served up with some well aged bourbon.
