Amazing how people will buy machines BEFORE doing any research.

This coming from a dickhead who handed over 51BTC to a scammer in England with a totally fictional company:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=429513

And he still comes on here acting the expert and handing out advice  Cheesy

er Neptunes are going for $650 usd on Ebay I just saw today....even assuming you have the PSU's from say other miners....the
advice that mining with a Neptune is silly ...an't that much of a stretch imho

(esp at my rate of 12kwh ..this includes all taxes fees etc..the considerate xcel energy says it really is only 0.08c kwh ....heh ) Smiley

so in any case I'd not shoot the messenger over if getting a home miner and/or Neptune in particular an't the best choice now imho

and I can't throw stones at scammers...hard to tell them from the supposed 'legit companies' i bought from BFL when I was a newbie
and KNC.... a jupiter which I did well on ...and have a 1st batch Titan ...after they went the scammer route for more $$$

so again.....getting on bitcointalk and saying folk have got taken from scammer(s) in one way or another and they should stop posting
I think 80% of folk on here would have to refrain Smiley

whatever my view ...wtf do I know I got stuff from BFL (did get refunded by luck 1yr 20 days later) and KNC 1st batch Titan...I'll be the first
to admit I don't know zip

again as to Phoenix1969 ....drop him a PM and ask him what he sold all his BTC mined for at what price.....heh ....me I should paid more attention to him in hindsight!!!

oh and for the new folk..he did get his 51 BTC back again like me was lucky...live an learn ..exciting times in bitcoinland!

Default should be at 450mhz per miner on the Neptune. If you see them falling off it either because there is a problem with the PSU, or the cube(s) them self.

If the cubes that are behaving this way are all connected to one power supply, it might be an indication that the power supply is almost dead. It happened to me twice with Lepa 1600 power supplies after powering 3 cubes each for about 9 months. Those Lepa 1600's are junk. I was only using 1200W evenly balanced across 3 power rails.

yes, 1 psu. actually 2 different dps2000bb.......>160A on a single 12v rail.... sucked close to 2400w on this psu with 2 sp20

lepa is 30a on rails 3, 4, 5 and 6. 30a*12v=360w and the cubes are closer to 400w than 360w.....

i don't think the psus are the problem

if this guys court find them guilty they spend much time in prison... According swedish low its around 6 months per case. So around 20 people sued them as I understand, this is 10 years and much soap.

They have an open prison system in Sweden. As long as it was not violent crime, inmates can come and go during the day with an electronic tag. http://mic.com/articles/109138/sweden-has-done-for-its-prisoners-what-the-u-s-won-t

In Sweden, "Before you do the crime, don't even worry about the time".

Any thoughts on getting KFC extradited to the USA for prosecution? In a US prison, they would really be worried about dropping the soap in the showers  Grin

Did anyone take back 3 btc

I didn't for sure! But I know that I saw someone in this thread that wrote that he did it.

No the only way to get some more back is trough the group action against KnC. 2 lawyers from Sweden and 1 from USA.

You realize if KNC goes bankrupt in the process you will lose your retainer ($1,500.00 ish USD) with these lawyers. You'd be better playing poker at a casino! Smiley

And if you lose case you lose that + other's legal fee's it sounded like.  And a security bond.   So if you lose.... wow world of hurt.

And since the lawyers choose to get paid up front in retainer and not out of winnings, they win no matter what.
