Does this work on win 7? I have no problems with my win 10 machine with 5 1070s, but I recently put together a win 7 machine with 2 g1 1070s and I always get thread exited with code 30 or 77 or 46 or a driver crash, have tried last 2 nvidia drivers with same results and all solvers, won't run with a powerlimit less than 100, crashes even at 99

wtf, how are you guys getting 120w with 1070, no matter what I try, I cant get that low of a reading (at wall).
My comp idles at around 80w, (1070 and 970). I use MSI afterburner, I have to cut power to -50% for both cards to get around 300w total consumption,
which is around 100w per card, then sols are at just 530 vs. 700+ with full OC (0.3.0b).

I found a sweet spot @ 650 sols and 380w @ wall, but still I cant get near your power consumption numbers...

Your mem is too low and it has significant impact on Zcash. Overclock it.-

I have the same card, and I have currently roughly your settings, buy my mem clock is around 4000, I'm getting 400 sols out of it.
Up the mem.

Weird thing is, if I set only power limit to 75% with core 1800, mem 4300 it stays around 430 sols. To undervolt using MSI curve editor using same clocks but only lower fixed voltage it backs down to 375 sols. How can i undervolt that damn thing to stay @ 430 sols ?

I didnt fiddle with the curve, tbh. There is a guide over at crypto mining blog, but I must admit there are some weird stuff going on with both of my cards.
KFA2 cant keep the OC, if I push it to 2050+ generally it resets to 1518 after a few hours, and with gigabyte 970, I cant OC the memory clock not one bit - it just resets it to stock value immediately. Strange indeed.

I assumed that NiceHash would keep up with their GUI miner and I was thrown off by the reported hash rate for a 1070 stated in the OP

I am getting 470-475 Sol/sec average on one of my 2 1070's and this is the crappy one at that

I would usually flip between NiceHash ZEC and EWBF ZCL for holding based on when the NiceHash exchange rate is within normal mining profitability or when they are shorting me in the earnings projection on the GUI. Thing is I can't make EWBF miner read in the NiceHash GUI if I were to use this for ZEC dumping

Seems like by calculations I make 2 dollars a month more by using EWBF even after factoring both the dev fee and the pool/exchange fee.

Wth, how are you getting 470+ on 1070?
Which brand do you have? Which settings? I can get like 420-430 at most with my KFA2 card.

For anyone interested, pimpOS has an nvidia release that uses EWBF as 1 of the miner options.  I had to do some tweaking to get OC settings to start on bootup but working great out of the box.

MSI GTX 1070  465 S/s core +245 mem +490
                     445 S/s if i reduce power to 60 %

I think the KFA2 is already maxed OCed out of the box. Just my opinion.

G1 Gaming 1070 (samsung mem)= default everything 100% tdp= 456sols

G1 Gaming 1070 (samsung mem)= +155 core +595 mem -30% tdp (112watts) = 437sols

Interesting guys, I got it cheaply, but still I see more trusted brands are getting more hash rate.

PS, I'm getting MSI rx 480 8gb, gaming X, I know AMD's are weaker on Zcash - but by how much approx?
I found only old data online.
