Now, as we progress into making Bitcoin more scalable and efficient than ever, I would like to know what are your thoughts for the pioneer cryptocurrency in 2017?

If all goes well for Bitcoin this year, it might increase its value more than $1000, as well as become closer to being used as a mainstream currency. What do you think?

My thoughts about bitcoin this 2o17 the value of bitcoin will increase and you can use it different kind of transactions like you can pay bills,you can buy the things in online market easily.

That thing is already happening a lot of people now are using bitcoin to pay their bills online and they can do also a lot of things with bitcoin like buying items or shopping online and also making remittances for their love ones thru bitcoin because it is cheaper and faster than the traditional and much more.

We're not talking about bitcoin would be touch 1500 dollars anymore as you can see the price is 1583 dollars at this point. It never crossed my mind that bitcoin could passed the highest rate in it's history so my thought for bitcoin in 2017 i think bitcoin would be touch 2000 dollars or even more, many people would come to bitcoin as speculator not as an adopter where using bitcoin as a currency, we all konw that confirmation issue is a serious problem that making people too lazy to use it as a payment method, just my thought.

Yes the price increase will certainly attract new investors. We can already see that brand new investors are pooring in, the combined market cap is approaching 53 billion right now wich is crazy.

Of course I would like to see it but it's interesting where you have seen that people use Bitcoin massively? If you take my country in the post-Soviet space, this is practically nothing about crypto currency, although now more and more panels become information about how businessmen turn their attention to Bitcoin. The massive use of Bitcoin will come soon, but now it's too early.

You have very nice thinking for it in the this year and as we can see that in 2017 Japan has accepted bitcoin as legal so it means that in this ear countries have started to accept bitcoin on state level and it is hope that this progress will continue in this year and we will see some other countries accepting it.

Impossible to tell, of course, but clearly some things have to be settled.

Technical: segwit or not, but one of the other.
Financial: some calm to this insane volatility to garner a sense of security (in the financial sense).
Social: a psychological break in society where Bitcoin is seen as a proper threat to fiat.

For what I see this  2017 is that the projection by the bitcoin experts now about in bitcoin is now getting closely happening, Because the value  of bitcoin so far was 1691$ which is very calming to all bitcoin fanatic isn't? meaning there is a big possibility that before end of this year it will become 2000$ up to 3000$ cheers!

We will get these facilities in a short period. Because just now Bitcoin is becoming popular in all countries people are slowly addicting to this digital currency. Once at least 50% of people know about this Bitcoin and everyone started to use this currency. Then automatically the shoppes, online shopping sites, and other local merchants will accept Bitcoin. But wait has to wait for some time to use BTC in the real world.
