What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017?

For 2017, I think bitcoin will be more popular as people discovers the benefits of BTC. Especially in helping people who doesn't have work earn money anywhere they are. And also it helps students to earn money for their school or family purposes.

Even till this day, their are some people who complain about bitcoins. if the price grows up, they will say it cheers! if it goes down, they say its not so usefull. so it totally depends on ones individual thinking based on their experiences.

I guess the bitcoin will become successful in its segwit in the coming months so probably i will hold on in my bitcoin and still dont sell my bitcoin in the coming years until i get and become rich so maybe i will wait until i gain a really great profit.

Since there is a lot more to be mined.
I am expecting it will spike in value as it goes down.
If another halving will happen then it will be a large possibility for the price increase considering the miners will need to pay their bills. At lease, the price could pay up all of that and there will be profit also from mining. So maybe a double in price again.

You are definitely correct, when there is a panic that is the right time to buy, whatever problem bitcoin may encounter will surely be temporary
because supporters will not allow to fail their great project, decentralized is the future and bitcoin will take over the online currency.
If you are confident with what you believe you should not panic, instead be smart and buy more.

I guess so, but bitcoin has still a long way to go, there are still going to be problems that bitcoin will face, for example in this coming August, the SegWit activation or hard fork is the one that we are worrying about here, because the bitcoin's price is at stake here, the possibility that bitcoin's price would be on the DUMP state. Splitting the bitcoin would a real problem, which is why let us all think that this SegWit thingy is not going to happen in August 1.

The bitcoin ETF is the one that we should be wishing to be propose again to the SEC for the second time rather than launching this SegWit activation thingy which is so very confusing.

but i am sure that we will not see bitcoin in panic situation anymore. people have now mature and they even hold bitcoin in hard selling, i thin k the present time is the best example for that when the 1st August is approaching and the doubts of the people about the price of bitcoin still continue but still the price of bitcoin is too much stable and and trading above 2500 USD.

Bitcoin already crossed our expectation in 2017. I was expected the price would cross $2000 by year end, but at the beginning of the year, only it crossed my expectation. And now it is stable at unbelievable price %2500. This price I was never expected on this year I thought next year mid it will reach but Bitcoin my all expectation breaks and running towards the another milestone let's see where it will go and stop.
