We breach psychological price barriers on the way up. I think $6,000 is one as that’s when we started to drop fast at the peak of the bear market, it was fucking horrible.

$8,000 is a big deal to me, I dunno why but it just seems like a big jump.

$10,000 is obviously a big sticking point, I think there will be people selling when we get there.

Then we have, as you say $15,000. The next one after that is a new ATH.

I’m not selling anything until north of $30,000 - $40,000.

You are assuming a lot, aren't you?

You are assuming that the trust story is actually true, and if it were true, then whoever has the keys can do whatever the fuck they want with the coins, including dumping them all.

We don't need to DAO hardfork in bitcoin.  This is not ethereum, and the mere fact that some goofball like craig might gain access to such coins should NOT worry anyone.

It's a hypothetical based on their claims, would it be better if it was reworded to: what if two billionairs are not completely insane and actually have some logic to their madness? I'm having a hard time explaining their actions and timing, so dismissing it off to their stupidity feels like an easy way out. To me that's the biggest risk holding BTC back right now, everything else seems to be going as planned. Trusts cannot do anything with assets they hold but beneficiary can do whatever the fuck they want, and in the wrong hands BTC1MM can do a lot of damage. But as i answered my own question, if that has any merit to being true their first step would be proving that he's Satoshi in the eyes of the government. And if that were to actually happen we would most certainly fork to original and Satoshi's frozen stash chains the next day and then market would assign risks appropriately.

This prediction is as hazardous as saying the bottom is in 100%. In fact it is nonsense : the two probabilities are mutually exclusive.

99% and 100% likelihoods are opinions of conviction which are usually wrong. Reading most of the comment over the last few days, it seems opinion is polarised.


Using a standard contrarian analysis here, the low will not be $1000, but the bottom may not yet be in.

From $6k + there could be a final low of ~2k.  That will make all consensus wrong, as it usually is.

I don't have an opinion either way, just trying to bounce off the whole range of views.

True bhai , steady movement is very much required here which is very necessary in longer run. that's why I don't appreciate unexpected pump that much because I am not trader. I don't fomo usually but sometime fear of missing out kicks in when we look around us and its worse for people like me who cant read charts like a pro

Having said that its good to have fomo when its on 4 figure. but no-one can predict anything with 100% conviction so everyone must ready for any outcome.

Stable price action movement is good for me as if we can increase every day by $35, in that case, we can see an increase of $3150 by just 3 months. I much appreciated this compare to flash pump, then suddenly dump again .

I distinctly remember that WO participants were talking about leaving the $xx behind us for 3 digit figures. Then we were talking about leaving the 3 digit figures for the 4 digit figures. Now we are talking about leaving the 4 digit figures for the 5 digit ones (and beyond).
I don't really sweat about the swings in between, the overall trend is in the right direction.
Just chill and HODL boys and you will be rewarded.
