@Olegya199:
What you're offering is physically posting a gift to WO members you don't know IRL (and who don't know you), and expecting us to accept it. This doesn't make sense from an OpSec point of view, especially considering that many of us have in their possessions the private keys to hundreds or thousands of BTC.
For all we know, you could be:
1. A thief, trying to locate our physical addresses, by exploiting our trust in revealing them to you, or by placing a geotagging device in the package, and then paying us a visit to steal our coins using the $5 wrench method.
2. A member of a criminal, government, or terrorist organization, trying to fish for potential targets to extort and blackmail.
3. A mentally unstable person, trying to poison or harm us, because of envy of what we have that you don't.
Who, in their right mind, would risk dealing with you just to get a home-made bar of chocolate? Would you?
If you really like WO, and want to show your appreciation by giving us a gift, just do it the Bitcoin way. Send a small tip in Bitcoin to those of us whom you respect the most. This would respect our privacy and show us that you really mean well. Alternatively, just post some photos of you making the chocolate (you already did), and a hand-written, dated dedication to all WO members, just like The Dude and LFC have done several times, by sharing their cool resto-adventures with us. All nice and clean. And more than enough. If I want some hand-made chocolate I can go to Max Perry's down the street, thank you.
Coming here out of the blue, trying to send us chocolates and other physical goods, and insisting in doing so by posting several times in the WO thread, raises some big OpSec red flags in my book.

I'm not gonna pretend that this isn't happening or be insensitive, just relaying sentiment from the ground level as I had passed through my own fears of what this virus could mean personally to now feeling calmer in general.
Can we get this optimistic/realist creep removed from the thread? This post needs to come down before too many people read it. we all know its really like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jdf5EXo6I68[monty pythons "bring out yer dead" scene from "Quest for the Holy Grail"] "im feeling better... Shorting this close to the halvening is going to be financial suicide for some rekt bears.
Im worried that too many bears filling the homeless shelters would cause Gembitz and Roach to have a hard time finding shelter.

In the U.S., quarantine is the most extreme use of government power over people who have committed no crime. As a legal matter, the U.S. Supreme Court recognized a seemingly unlimited local power to quarantine as early as 1824, in the case Gibbons v. Ogden. It reaffirmed this power in 1900, noting that “from an early day the power of the States to enact and enforce quarantine laws for the safety and the protection of the health of their inhabitants … is beyond question.” America’s defense against epidemics is divided among 2,684 state, local, and tribal public-health departments. Each one is responsible for monitoring people within its jurisdiction, imposing isolation or quarantine as needed. CDC officials are “preparing as if [the new coronavirus] is the next pandemic,” but in reality, the laboring oar falls to state and local health departments. https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2020/02/coronavirus-quarantine-america-could-be-giant-legal-mess/606595/

The way up is as volatile as the way down. We are Pavlov’s dogs being trained by the whales to think that after each up there will be a down, to try and separate yourself from your precious.
Don’t be stupid, close that XBT-USD ticker and enjoy your day. It is really that easy/hard.

How to do private giveawaysHmm someone was working on this all along. Note that it's still pretty un-anonymous, there being so few of us. Not sure about the codes but... we can ask some respected and well-known WO member (El Duderino? LFC? Bawb?) a favor to arrange a courier to collect the gifts and then forward them to us. This way the guy won't even know where the choc is going to... At first, i thought: Good idea! And merited it. The second thoughts were more about repackaging the chocolate asap because of hidden geotracking electronics. Call me paranoid, but i was careless with my OpSec in the past and i have learned some things from that. On the other hand, i would have been called paranoid too, for claiming that the CIA is behind major established cryptography hardware companies in the 90s I'm sure we can get them scanned for bugs?

More BS from Masterluc?
Yeah. I think we're going sideways in 9000-10000 range for a while. Short-lived dips to 8xxx are possible, but not very likely, and irrelevant anyway. Predicting 6xxx just before golden cross and so close to halving is simply crazy.

Yeah. I think we're going sideways in 9000-10000 range for a while. Short-lived dips to 8xxx are possible, but not very likely, and irrelevant anyway. Predicting 6xxx just before golden cross and so close to halving is simply crazy. I agree masterluc's lost his charm - but I also think he never had any special touch for short term to begin with. For those who aren't up to date, here's a collection of all his latest posts. Feb 11 Everyone is shouting: halving, halving. And in the comments under my posts, they rave about them. So, here's a fresh look. I have the audacity to say that the halving, as a scalar event, does not affect the price chart at all. I experienced and observed two previous halvings. Generally no substance. Halving points fall into completely random places of different trends. And they do not cause anything, not even the slightest reaction of the market, despite the general excitement and fundamental nature of the event. Feb 11 You know, this is probably a phenomenon, OK. But there is an explanation. Halving is the nature of Bitcoin, a metaphysical phenomenon that creates its essence and the manifestation of which cannot be found on the surface. Halving is manifested in the fact that bitcoin is growing for a long time. And in the spring you will not see anything special. Feb 13 I was surprised by the reaction to my last short-term forecast. Surprised by the dissatisfied bull roar And the overestimated bull expectations only gave me even more confidence in their rightness. Feb 17 So, if my idea is correct, then I see these two options. Red is a smaller triangle with the next bottom at 7500. Blue is a larger triangle, support is in the weekly ma200 area and the bottom is in the region of 6000, but no less than the previous bottom of 3200. Both triangles are quite bullish in the long term. Feb 17 Oh yes. I prefer the blue version. It looks more ergonomic) And it fits the timings. I repeat once again, I deny halving as an event that affects the price in principle. It is wired into the bullish nature of Bitcoin and you can already see it, looking at the whole chart from 2010 to 2020. Specifically, on the day of halving, you will not see anything unusual,

I see we broke the downward channel Due to CME or rumors about Mnuchin (how do you spell that name correctly? Looks like a typo...) is about to downregulate BTC markets. If so, "USDchain" seems to be in the making or at least seriously considered by the minister of finance? Let's #hodl this out again
