the first appearance of bitcoin many people forbid it because it considers there will be a greater crime, but all or just an opinion that makes people afraid to do it and that opinion really happened crime. bitcoin has determined crime wars and just as I work on the internet, but bitcoin has a positive value that makes users who do not commit crime. it all depends on its users because the action will bring success and ugliness.

There are always two sides of a coin.  Night is linked with day.  After every sunshine there is sunset.  Every man has good as well as bad habits though the ratio differs from person to person.
Criminality can not be linked to just the usage of bitcoin.  Criminality existed at the times of paper currency too though payment modes may have been some different. 
Criminals are criminals ; they always try to find their own ways to perform criminal activities ; they try to do it with any source.  With strict supervision; laws etc society always try to control them.

Yes, it is the mode of payment on dark web, since it is decentralize and untraceable. It is the negative side of bitcoin because the identity of transactors are anonymous.

criminals are very close to bitcoin, bitcoin is also very easy to be used as a crime or criminal tool because bitcoin can not be audited as a person's wealth, therefore this can be used as a tool to store criminal proceeds such as corruption and others but not just bitcoins that can used as a tool of other currency crimes can also be used as a criminal tool such as bitcoin

Not all criminal activities can be linked with Bitcoin
Bitcoin cannot be used with any kind of criminal activities
But we can can agree that with the use of Bitcoins, those who are into ransom has increased their chances of not blowing up their cover.
Those who use money as payment to drugs, gun smuggling can use Bitcoin to pay and remain unknown
However, not every criminal in this world are into this kind of technology, keep in mind that there are more small time criminals out there that those who are big time and small time ones prefer cash and fast money.

I agree with you, not all criminals use btc in their bad activities, because not all criminals have an ideas how to use it, but maybe this is the simple way to make their transactions faster and they can hide their personality. Maybe those big time criminals used btc on their illegal, because they want to get easily money. But before it was created their already criminals in this world, i think they will not use bitcoin in some illegal activities.

Bitcoin haters are claming that bitcoin is linked to criminality but this is not true for me. Criminality is linked with everything. Not only bitcoin, let's say.

I think everybody knows already that Bitcoin is a decentralized digital currency which means that there is no government involve in it. In addition of being decentralized, transactions made in the blockchain are also completely anonymous since you only have these cryptographic addresses in the whole process. So bitcoin is indeed a perfect tool for criminals to commit crimes because they can easily hide from authorities since their identities are concealed and the transactions are completely anonymous.

The crime rate has been increasing because of bitcoin it is true because criminals could use it but I think that would always be connected to bitcoin.
Since bitcoin is so easy to use and they could send it everywhere around the world,Bitcoin would always be part of the black market .

Would you believe that the existence of bitcoin has increased the number of criminality in some countries in the world? This is the issue that was being thrown by the Europol and the UK Metropolitan Police. According to them, bitcoin has played a huge role in the increasing criminality in their area. They added that a huge number of cybercriminals were using bitcoins in their activities.

This just shows that as bitcoin develops both advantages and disadvantages will tag along.

I do not agree with this opinion. Because crime rates across the country are already very high prior to Bitcoin.

Bitcoin can be used as a medium to support criminal acts in violation of the law, because in every transaction anonymous folds will only show binary addresses without displaying the identity of the sender and the recipient, this can only be prevented by the provision of legal rules governing bitcoin and its transactions. Maybe thats true that some countries believe on that reason. Because thats how the world is balance sometimes can do a good to those people who are jobless and not to do bad things or criminality but some times it can also be reason for them to continue their bad habbit. Because i think they are some people who used to be a Bitcoiner and they are not using their earnings on Good instead they using it on bad things like drugs or Buy anything like Guns that can pushes their limit to do more crimes and that is the reason why because Bitcoin having a bad reputation in every part of this world. How come you say that because of bitcoin the crime rate is increasing? even though bitcoin transaction is anonymous but still the online site needs KYC for security purpose, and you know that all things about money is hot even the real currency so we should not be particular on pointing bitcoin as the one escalating the crime rate.

criminal activities were happening even before bitcoin. for example the ransomware that everyone is talking about these days have been around a very long time before bitcoin was created!

and besides since bitcoin doesn't offer real anonymity it can not really help the criminals as much as things like hard cash helps them.

Yes you sir is correct, crimes have been long happening before bitcoin existed. Yes we know that bitcoin has been used for crime before and still being used right now but that doesn't mean it is bitcoins fault. Anything that is good can be also used in evil, should we ban knives because itbis commonly used for crime? No that would be stupid. It's up to the government to do their job.

Like any other technology, Bitcoin has its advantages and disadvantages depends on how it is being utilized by the public. There are a lot of things that can contribute to the rise of criminality nowadays, like internet, dark net among others. But to tag criminality to Bitcoin because of this disadvantage is just too much. Criminality and illegal activities have been around long before Bitcoin so don't use it as a black propaganda against Bitcoin.

For me, this is the worst disadvantage of bitcoin. Bitcoin can be used to some illegal transactions in the internet like buying illegal guns, drugs, hiring a hitman and many more that can cause to increase the criminality to some countries in the world that support the idea of bitcoin in their place.

bitcoin are anonymous thats why criminal take the advantage of it for them to be more anonymous, also many people dont want to involve in bitcoin because they think that bitcoin is just for illegal purpose. Well knowledge criminals and Millennial criminal are using bitcoin as payment for every transaction as it is not detected by government and banks. but still there are more criminals that go to old school as it is cover instant/quick and really money. Criminality happens anywhere and anytime. It does not require any currency just to happen. So linking bitcoin with criminality that is happening around us is beyond. Yes, bitcoin maybe used for payment in their activities but not necessarily bitcoin is the root of the increase of criminality.
