Haasonline Simple Trade Bot For BTCe and Bitstamp[Main topic]

Hey Stephan,
I am currently testing the Auto-tune feature and haven't been able to make it work yet. I am trading on Bitstamp using version 0.9.9.1 of the bot and Windows classic interface (if that matters). As you described earlier i only setup the exchange, currency, trade amount and the indicators at the update speed i want to use. Then i press Auto-tune and i get two possible results:
1. The indicator settings aren't changed at all. The trade history shows that the bot wouldn't have been profitable.
2. The settings of some indicators change to impossible numbers (such as -4711). The trade logbook doesn't show trades at all.
Could this be due to the current downtrend? And if so isn't there a way at all to make use of the Auto-tune-feature when a downtrend is going on?

How i can rollback at 0.9.9.0 version?

So my bot just tried to sell and i got the message: "The current trade amount (0,005) exceeds the current available wallet amount (0,0)". When i checked my wallet the bot showed the correct amount. So i went to Bitstamp to see if the order went through and it never even reached Bitstamp. So i sold the coins manually to check if an amount that small could be traded and it worked. After that i received the message: "The current trade amount (0,005) exceeds the current available wallet amount (0,00493760)" which is nowhere near my wallet amount.
I checked the permissions of my API again (which has been created today) and it says:

Balance
Open Orders
Cancel Order
Buy Limit Order
Sell Limit Order

Am i missing something?

I also have that BTCe api disconnection issue, cant use BTCe at all :<.

My (new) issues:
- BTCe API disconects ocassionally
- Cryptsy don´t work as it should (ghost trades which never hit exchange), tested w DOGE / BTC and MAX / BTC
- Trade bots settings disappear after trade server restart
- If trades on CEX.IO are only partially filled, trade bot thinks they were filled comlpetely and switch position
- Trading amounts based on percentages produces nonsense numbers (I don´t believe nor am brave enough to try "all in")

Would it be possible to use bots as advisors only, like making some noise or sending emails / IRC advices to buy or sell instead of TRYING to do trades (which they OBVIOUSLY CAN´T!!!)?

I get blank screen in approximate 1 day of running. Then I have to restart tradebot. When I restart tradebot i lose settings of bots. This version of tradebot is the worst. Completely useless.

I switched on 9.8 build. It is working better  .

Hmm, got buy signal and robot tried many times to trade but it not never got filled.

in 20-25min timeline log have many times this kind of message

24.3.2014 19:45:47 Order failed or timed out: Buy 2,79062904 Ltc @ 0,0274000 Btc/Ltc. Reverting to previous position.

then finally it said

24.3.2014 19:48:15 2,77040609 coins bought for a price of 0,02760001, the last sell price was 0,0

and robot went to bought side

Then I wondered for a moment why bought balance not increase and went look to crypsy website... there were open order for 2,77040609 coins.


So BTCe API get disconnected for me. Cryptsy not work right, announces the successful trade, although this has not been ever happened. Is there anything where this robot work? Please stop adding new features before the old works. Its the most important rule in software development.

interesting service good job.  I assume there a fair amount of people that have been putting this to use as BTC-e and Bitstamp get a good amount of traffic to my knowledge.

So last one reliable exchange (Cex.IO, which works wit this bot well so far) stoped to work for me, as theese price drops caused me decent loses:





I can´t see this price drops on Cex.IO website (second screenshot), so what are they, where they came from and how can I defend against them? I even tried to create new bot and after backtest i get same price drops..

I am really disappointed now, because CEX.IO was the LAST way someone can do at least tiny profit with this bot, despite previously stated bug. So as I wrote before, I am still thinking that hassbot team developed ultimate trading bot few months ago and now they are succesfully trying to cripple it somehow for ordinary users. Is there any "inner circle" person, who is actually making profits with this bot while not watching it 24/7 ? Or are all theese issues related only to STB, nor ATB?

I was able to get some very good results this weekend. I was trading at Btc/Usd at several exchanges at once with a dynamic drop-loss and roof-in strategy. This strategy works very good for almost each weekend. (feel free to try, i recommend to get in this strategy friday and get out on monday)

And what about that price drop issue? And all of my previously posted issues? Do I still have to write my reviews / bug reports even when I don´t even get an answer? I can / want to use only BTCe, Cryptsy and CEX.IO and Your (obvious and well known) suggestion about Fr to Mo DDR and DRI don´t work there, as BTCe api disconnects randomly (for more users) and CEX.IO don´t trade BTC/USD. And Cryptsy simply don´t work at all with all that ghost trades.. If You can put hand in the fire for Bitstamp or CampBX to work, I´ll move there, but I am sick to death by trying same things over and over again just to find out that its still broken.

Furthermore, I did not want to write it to main thread, but I spend last 2 days by occasionally trading BTC/USD on BTCe and Kraken manually with help of online charts by Bitcoinwisdom with decent profits and during the same time I was performing various haasbot backtest on BTCe USD/BTC market and I was not able to reproduce at least compareable results even with completelly same indicators set. Even more, yesterday was all over uptrend and even that, haasbot did make only loses (MA, MACDhisto, PPO, stotchRSI, nameit..).

Please join in with the test we are doing. The chances are big we have solved your problem already. And you can help us confirm this (or not). As i wrote before, there is no risk if you do.

I can not give a real estimate of the final update date (yet). If i have this overview on it then i will share it.

As one of those testing the new beta I will say that it appears the BTCe connection issue has been solved. I'm also no longer getting that 'open order' error.

This is a new problem, last version would just crash properly. I haven't been able to run a trading bot for more than a few minutes at a time since the last update.

Strange, LTC/USD has been working fine for me. I to get those two errors but I haven't thought much of them because trading still occurs. I figured it was a bad gateway between localhost and one of the other exchanges. This beta doesn't reveal the tracking info so it's impossible to know.

Now bot reporting LTC/BTC price like 0.0000 - show only 4 digits after comma
if price is 0.0286 its ok, but if price 0.02865, bot reports 0.0287
or
if price 0.02854, bot reports 0.0286
its imposible for trading
