Start listening to documentaries on youtube and you will be asleep fast.

 If you are sitting in front of computer all day... it is normal...
 you are not enough exercising, try to get tired!!!!gym would help you...
 try to avoid from stress (easy to say by words,but non of us could avoid it!)
 Take a shower before you go to bed....
 Try to keep away electronic devices from the room where you sleep...
 If these doesnt help.... Go to a doctor....:-)

First of all I am very sorry to hear that
Actually proper sleep at least 6 to 8 hours is very important for good health
Mostly people's don't sleep because of
Hypertension
Lack of time
Or when the don't take their meal on time

I suggest to you. you eat banana or drink herbal tea 2 hours before you go to sleep.

oh shit ! you regular sleep at 4-5 am that is not good for your health .
I usually sleep at 12-1 am = ) I'm trying to sleep earlier

Try to take sleeping pills. Insomia is hard to cure. I suggest also don't stress your self on thinking any problem every night that stressing you. Take some exercise or jog before to go to sleep so you can sleep fast.

I have trouble sleeping every night and I always sleep in the morning. It makes me hard to make an appointment in the morning and always makes me wake up in the afternoon and it made me feel embarrassed with my family.

My advice is to make sure your room is very pitch black dark when you go to sleep.
If you have sleeping issues than the slightest light in the room will keep you awake.

Also stay away from computer or TV screens an hour before going to sleep, if you read a book it will help a lot.
