1.You should ventilate in the bedroom before going to bed. 2.You should take a warm relaxing bath before going to bed. 3.Before bedtime, you can listen to quiet music or read a book to calm down.

This past few months i dont know why but its hard for me to get sleep any suggestion or opinion that would help me to got better sleep at night . my regular sleep 4-5am Try to drink milk and soda, and then you will sleep

ohh i feel sorry for you. Not sleeping well hampers the daily tasks. Please do a meditation after that you will able to sleep well .
