Try to blink your eyes as fast as you can in 6 to 12 secs.
It will make your eyes tired.

can not sleep, it is sometimes inside me I do not know what cause, maybe because I am used to sleeping at midnight.

1.You should ventilate in the bedroom before going to bed.
2.You should take a warm relaxing bath before going to bed.
3.Before bedtime, you can listen to quiet music or read a book to calm down.

This past few months i dont know why but its hard for me to get sleep Sad any suggestion or opinion that would help me to got better sleep at night . Huh my regular sleep 4-5am Sad
Try to drink milk and soda, and then you will sleep  Smiley

When I am suffering from depression, I was also having a hard time taking some sleep. Maybe you are also like me, you think too much that is why your brain can't rest. Maybe you should try to drink warm milk before bedtime to help you relax your mind. This will help you to sleep deep.
