Added for user with 40 small balances. Egc8kS2F1jbpPQjM15atPZjEHUjCHX8CgJ  235,981
QBT work normally and later try some optimization to reduce CPU load.
Cryptopia balances: wait if @Tranz create hardfork for original CAP and roll back chain to November 6.
My plan was not to roll back. Rather make a small change to create a mega block for myself that I will send to Cryptopia. Waiting for Rey to finalize the CP server. Then I will work on the wallet change and HF timing.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I vote for roll back, otherwise hacker send his CAPs to cryptopia, mix with good coins and withdraw. In that case I can't separate his balance from others and not give any CAPP to Cryptopia users.

PS. I can take into account  part of cryptopia balances, if you proof it.
Open CAP trading, remove all sell orders and take 2 screenshots, I need see
Available: ***.00000000 CAP and "My Market History"
I remove from balance last days trading after November, 6.

The attacker's coins have already been distributed to those who had buy orders on cryptopia?

As long as no more attacks can happen in the future, I don't see any reason to roll back either.

And roll back and compensation. Hacker sell 18.6M to Cryptopia users and withdrew 30-40M good coins from Cryptopia.
22M superblock for compensation, because it was not first attack.

Well if you're counting cryptopia coins... let me know if you want a screen shot or something to show those coins... but I was figuring those were gone/toast/dumped...

Cryptopia users have balance about 35M, Cryptopia have no CAP in wallet, therefore hacker take 35M to his home wallet.

Here is all current hackers addresses, you can calculate balance yourself.
.............

you can't be sure which is which (for example coins sold could be withdrawn by some good ppl),
but surely one can't withdraw more than deposit, in total, if none was bought of course.

And some good ppl withdraw coins from exchange in 5 min after attack  Smiley
Other was prepared to next attack, or mix many times.

Preparation to last attack f7b66ebe433f0be7d8332cd8f2d2dd579b480880543a0980d20932f539d738e8
Preparation to next attack 377dbe6b55b8840115a4351ce4ca8b842501f190017f5be75bbb480b1a3e7dc4
coins from addresses in last transaction later was mixed to new addr.
82901b8f3f38bbebc6f19acf63bda7920ba4bb582c2a1ce71a4b399cf03b805f withdrawn in 5 min after attack,
most from my account on Cryptopia.

Based on this 3 transactions, I calculate all hackers addresses.

You can't calculate hacker positions based on top 3 addresses. Transactions not added to richlist after each block (may be hourly or daily), some was missed.

"good chances you're about to blacklist some good folk whose only fault
was to withdraw from topia around the time of attacks"

if someone say that it was good transaction and give me some screenshots, I add balance to white list.

"btw i'v noticed you improved your richlist position lately"

Yes I stake after 20 days, and stake soon again.

i wouldn't tell if not tested, all tx-es get caught by explorer database in 10 blocks for sure, maybe 6.
after that all orphaned ones (by 51) still remain there, which is enough 'coz cryptopia needs 20 confs,
and yes, they never go to richlist immediately, but after a day or so they'r all there.

Examples of misbehaving:
F23saSxaVWZsDG1GFFqCUuCa3wjbkwhSK1
Richlist say 6,159,206
Address check 4,159,206

EguenxPXyL4CZ41NXv1N7z45uJK2VathQu
Richlist say 980,000
Address check 0

That is why I check each address and not take balances from richlist. But if you check top 3, find not existing transactions.

then ask them, i hope Tranz won't reimburse based on a guess

(well unless that guy sold all coins to himself and needs medical attention now lol)
Total balances can be easy calculated and it is 35-40M, I do not know how much left in wallet, but if problems with withdrawal, less them 1 M.

35-40M now. Open CAP trading and instead "Chart" tab, set "Distribution" and calculate first 100 balances. Also you can set 1000 and calculate all.
first 40 = 32M

What the hell is going on with this piece of shit PoS coin?

So someone got hacked or forked the network or whatever and now someone made another fork and we have to send CAP to them or sign a message or something to get CAPP?

This is a $100k marketcap coin. Ain't nobody got time for that...
