That seems peculiar given that they've yet to return my phone call from last week or acknowledge the change of shipping address request I returned to them last month.
A customer is someone who hasn't paid them yet. Someone who HAS paid them is a victim. Ask to buy some more hardware and see how fast they get back to you.

Well, everybody can just write them with some inane question about a possible hardware purchase and then, when they reply, say "Ok, so, while I have you, I wanted to ask about... [insert problems with existing orders here]."

Nothing happens after that.

Yeah, hashcrap sent me a pretty email ad for an evo, but not a single word about when I'd receive the sierra I paid for last September. They can't even be bothered to return my calls.
On the other hand there's bitmain. Ordered --> Paid ---> Shipped.
Take note craptastic American based hardware makers.
20+ Th of antminers running.... sometime in january i decided the hell with the american companies.....

Interesting, I just talked to Chris the new support guy. It was amazing to actually talk to someone other than the outsourced call center. They're holding to the March 31st for all batches being shipped out. It might be nice to talk to someone at Ciara to see if they are working on more than just the HashFast units. Ramping up and down a production line isn't very efficient.
They have a new web based phone system that picked up my caller id and he knew my name right away. They seem to be trying to fix their reputation (if that's even possible). But Chris has a good attitude and seems to be trying hard to satisfy the customers he comes in contact with. (I wouldn't want his job.) I guess we'll have to see, from reading on here I think that asking for a refund would not end of getting my money back in time to do anything with it.

"Bitcoin enables ordinary people to fight back, to avoid and evade snooping governments, which enact, use and abuse laws that allow them, without due process, to investigate, tax, control and seize privately owned assets." - Leon Louw
“We can say without equivocation that firms like MasterCard, Visa and the TBTF banks like JPMorgan and Goldman hate the idea of ever having to compete for business again. They have grown comfortable in their corrupt world of writing laws for themselves without any regulatory oversight. They enjoy the exorbitant privilege of bilking the American economy with extortionary transaction rates. They are scared of Bitcoin. And they should be. It offers transparency, cost efficiency and anonymity.” - Max Kaiser

Ok. So when is MPP being delivered for Batch-1 customers?!!? No one cares about your new products. Batch-1 customers essentially funded the entire operation, yet HashFast has been aggressively silent on MPP delivery. We won't even ROI in $ terms without IMMEDIATE shipment of the *full* MPP obligation. Nevermind the 90%+ *LOSS* in BTC terms, even with MPP... You guys seriously need to make this up to customers somehow if you have any intention of salvaging your now-worse-than-BFL reputation. Delivering 4x Yoli boards to Batch-1 customers as the MPP obligation might be an ok start.

And the Batch #1 product we got is still under development, there is not even a stable firmware. We are alpha testers for a product they are now finishing up and with those lessons learned, sell on to future customers
