My question:
"What citizenships does Eddie hold, and has somebody confiscated his passports yet?"
Oh, and:
"What's the real deal on HF's relationship with the porno crowd?"
I'm sure neither is actually possible to ask and that the questions need to be directly pertinent to the bankruptcy process....

My question:
"What citizenships does Eddie hold, and has somebody confiscated his passports yet?"
Tim Wong, with HK citizenship, was the CFO in charge and should be responsible for the "millions of dollars unaccounted for". Is there a police report about Edward's house fire? Because it looks perfectly like what the mafia would do to push him to deliver something to someone before everyone else. And you know everything else, push them on their "core competences" until when they contradict so much that they will laugh at themselves. It should take like three questions. And if Barber doesn't show up you should call it a joke and do something to have him there/refuse to proceed without him.

If I recall correctly, Tim Wong didn't show up until February when things were already totally messed up. Who was the CFO prior to that or did they even have one?

Is there a police report about Edward's house fire? The fire story is at least partly true, but, really irrelevant to this case. The address that burned is listed in the court documents and you can see on Google street view that it did indeed burn in the fall of 2013 and is now boarded up.

It would be if a report concluded that the house burned because of a tank of gas and not for an electric something. I mean, in Italy it happens all the time. Well it says in the court documents that he was from December 10th to April 17th. What documents are those? In the schedules?

Does the creditor council have any details on the offer made by Liquidbits? Was this offer made through Ray Gallo, perhaps some of his other clients may be privy to the details? It appears that the Creditors are fragmented into groups, with the common interest of wanting a resolution however it may be one that does not particularly favour the greater creditor collective. There was mention of $100m debt if this is true there needs to be one hell of a 360 deal struck to somehow get our money back!!

Close the company and liquidate. Whats the point of keeping them afloat? Management will always try to draw salary as long as possible. They have no new product on record so cash out now.

I hear you, but it's a double edged sword, if the company closes down and liquidates its inventory the amount of money recouped from this action won't even scratch the surface with regards to paying off all the creditors, on the other hand if the creditor committee agreed to allow the sale of 600 chips to fund the payroll etc this May allow them to stay afloat long enough to work out a mining operation with Liquidbits or A Another hardware company to put the chips into working machines for resale! What I am unclear about is if a mining operation deal was struck how will that benefit ALL CREDITORS?? What happens to the proceeds of the new miner sales containing the Golden Nonce Chips etc. it's all very confusing. However I imagine a deal would be the best way for the little people (creditors) to get back anything close to what we have laid out. Providing the deal has everyone in mind if and when one Is agreed.

Does the creditor council have any details on the offer made by Liquidbits? Yes, the creditor's committee has the details of the proposed deal. Ray may have also shared it with his clients, I can't speak to that. As a batch one customer and member of the creditor's committee I don't support the deal as proposed. I understand Ray may have spoken favorably about the deal to his clients if any of you wish to discuss the finer points of the deal with me privately I would be happy to explain my reasoning but doing so at this juncture publicly would be counter productive. The majority of the committee members are small to medium sized customers so I'm reasonably confident that whatever outcome the committee ultimately arrives at will keep the little guy in mind.
