Look for Mining options on the first page. I have 3 gpu .. I have to write the command line... In the config.txt file need to disable GPU 1 and GPU 2. The GP3 alone must work. Please help... Well - i had a chance to test RTX 3060 12GB (Palit Dual) DaggerHashimoto - 24.8 MH/s (Power 141W) So there is really nerf for ETHash algos (tested also with Gminer and NBminer)... sad, but other coins are untouched Nice to see some statistics on this card but looks like its not doing well on the DaggerHashimoto Algo or ? My 1080 Ti 11GB get more on it and its runnin around with 32 MHs. Havnt tested lately other Algos with the 1080 TI but looks like its better then the 3060

What are your settings? My 1080Ti wouldn't go above 30-31 mh.

Havnt tested lately other Algos with the 1080 TI but looks like its better then the 3060 THE RTX 3060 HAS BEEN NERFED-- Nvidia has OFFICIALLY nerfed the 12GB RTX 3060. As of the driver that supports the 3060, there is code that will not mine efficiently on a 30XX card. If you have a 30XX level RTX already, you will need to use an older driver for best mining. The 12GB 3060 will not run on an earlier driver. On the hardware websites, you can find quotes from nVidia executive personnel stating this fact. GPUs are near impossible to purchase new just now. This step was taken to alleviate the supply/demand imbalance. --scryptr

Hello everyone. I've been having issues starting my PhoenixMiner 5.5.c. I have an Acer Predator 15 shitting around at my house and thought to put it in some use and make some profit out of it. It has Graphics Card GeForce GTX 970M, Driver Version 461.72, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7- 6700HQ CPU @ 2.60 GHz 2.60 GHz, 6GB VRAM. The error that I am getting is the following:
"GPU1 CUDA error in CudaProgram.cu:465 : the launch timed out and was terminated (702) GPU1 GPU1 search error: the launch timed out and was terminated wdog Fatal error detected. Restarting."
I saw in the begging of the thread that there are some issues with the newer version of NVDIA and that is why I picked the newer version of PhoenixMiner but still I got this message. I downgraded the driver version to 442.19 and to 457.51 but I got the same thing with both of them. I tried to get an even older driver but couldn't get it installed. I tried with an older version of PhoenixMiner but nothing again. I saw online someone talking about a motherboard issue maybe be the cause. But I haven't noticed any issues when I used it as a gaming laptop.
Does anyone have an idea of what the cause of the error is?
Beside this, as a trying to be miner, I believe the Phoenix team has done a great job to. Thank you in advance.

Guys, please help me! I've run my newest rig stable for the past 2 months and recently i changed locations. Ever since both my rigs are highly unstable and I see often times this as the main reason:
2021.02.27:00:51:31.522: GPU3 CUDA error in CudaProgram.cu:465 : unknown error (999) 2021.02.27:00:51:31.522: GPU3 GPU3 search error: unknown error 2021.02.27:00:51:31.523: wdog Fatal error detected. Restarting. 2021.02.27:00:51:31.554: GPU4 CUDA error in CudaProgram.cu:465 : unknown error (999) 2021.02.27:00:51:31.554: GPU4 GPU4 search error: unknown error 2021.02.27:00:51:31.558: GPU1 CUDA error in CudaProgram.cu:465 : unknown error (999) 2021.02.27:00:51:31.558: GPU1 GPU1 search error: unknown error
Has anyone experienced such issues ? The cards mine normally with 70pw, -200 core and +700mem RTX3080

Hello, everyone. Started to mine with some GPUs, and I would like to know how damaging to the performance/profitability would instability cause? In other words, is pheonixminer constantly restarting a big issue for gaining profit? I assume it is, but I'd like to know more details on the matter to better understand a situation like that. Sorry if somebody already asked about this. Don't have much time reading the whole thread.

What are your settings? My 1080Ti wouldn't go above 30-31 mh. You dont need pill so much now. you can use -straps 1 or 2 or 3 look which stable and also -nvmem 2 it is for GDDR5X then is all good add -vmr 5 or 10 or more if dont crash. good luck

What are you mining?ETH? if it is gtx970m not able to mine due to dag size(and it is notebook). look for other coins like rvn or beam. If you are new just donload nicehash it will automaticaly show you what can be mined.if i were you i wouldnt hussle because that notebook will not bring.good luck

This video card is obsolete, and you have a laptop version what is even worse. Modern cryptocurrency mining programs are not optimized for such equipment. According to what is written on other related forums, this video card has always had low profitability. You need another video card, not a miner.

Sorry no help for the specific errors but if you moved your rigs and they aren't stable I would first look at thermal issues. For me this is the #1 cause of rigs crashing/issues. Monitor your gpus temps and see if any are getting higher than expected, if so deal with it. If not thermals then I see if your rig updated the cuda drivers since it was last stable. Best of luck in your mining.

A bit of guidance/insight please.
Been doing a little mining on 2080ti rig with Phoenix (5.5c) & latest Nvidia drivers (to date 461.72) - all working well.
Managed to get hold of a 3080, put into a very similar system as the 2080ti (X570, 5900x...) - trying the same script, receiving an error message;
Unable to enum CUDA GPUs: no CUDA-capable device is detected No OpenCL platforms found No avaiable GPUs for mining. Please check your drivers and/or hardware.
All 'seems' fine, am I missing something really obvious?
Thanks for any advice

Having trouble getting my rx 570 8gb Pulse with Samsung memory stable. Using Windows 10
Use 1 click BIOS editor, flash, then Phoenixminer to change clocks/volts
I have tried 1130-1150/850 and 2050-2100/860 and none of the times stay stable with a Blue screen hanging in the driver. All seem to run 5-60 minutes.
Any suggestions? Never had a 570 outside of these paramaters unstable unless going higher but 1130/2050 are my beginning settings.
Thanks

RTX 3000 series fellows..
What straps do you guys use in windows? sometimes my 13GPU RTX 3070 rig crashes and does not load well after the restart the only way to fix it is system disk clean up turn off the GPUs and then turn everything back on if I don't do that the DAG takes very long to create and I get errors halfway through DAG creation and the system crashes again Is there a certain memory clean-up, DAG leftover files somewhere , or some mess that I can set to have cleaned during a start-up to help with this? Log file is here https://pastebin.com/ffxrrWEDSeams like on the startup it skips creating the dag or it is a messed up dag creation...

start with 950-960mv then slowly decrease to see which card crashing

Is it possible to go further than +1000MHz mem oc with MSI GeForce 1060 6gb Gaming X? Seems that the "unofficial overclocking limit" by afterburner is only unlocked with AMD cards... I am using +1000MHz mem clock with this card and it doesnt show any errors/crashes, but how can I go further than 1000? Or is it bad for the card

Finally I couldn't fix this problem. I've tried with Windows and HiveOS, PhoenixMiner 5.5c, TRexMiner and NBminer, upgrading drivers or downgrading. But nothing worked . I think this card is troubled for mining, can't infer why. So, I'm giving it back to the seller or selling it just for gaming.
